Miyabigaoka Academy is a private school with many requirements for joining, including recommendations from other students and/or faculty. It is a large school, and the large majority of its students are Storm Riders of the Black Order team.

Within the office of the President of the School a small girl sat behind a large desk. It was hard wood and ornately decorated in addition to being highly organized. This girl, was dressed in a green blazer and a plaid pleated green uniform skirt. Her sleeves perfectly creased and on the bicep of her left arm, a set of double ribbons with writing on them. One of which, marked her as the School President, and one of which marked her as the Commander of the School's Disciplinary Committee. This girl had hair neatly organized into two even pigtails which currently reached her chest and fringed bangs. Her eyes purple with slits like a snake as she stared at her door and waited for time to pass, and as she did, her left foot tapped against the floor silently because she was wearing green and black sneakers. 'It's been too long... I need to do something else.' she thought to herself, her impatience finally racking up as she reached for her cellphone before her and began flicking through names until she reached the "K" section. From here she would press send and dial the number of one Kuchiki Kohaku and hope it wasn't too early for the slightly older man to be awake. After all, she had a question to ask him.

It would be shortly after Chiyo's calling of one Kuchiki Kohaku - six or so rings, to be specific - that the man she sought to reach picked up the phone. Even then, a few more seconds passed before he actually said anything. "Moshi moshi!" he said, seeming as chipper as ever. "How goes it?"

Chiyo had almost given up, because of the number of rings it took for the phone to be picked up. But soon after she could hear background noise and eventually the happy greeting she'd come to expect from the man she sought. A smile crossed her face, which showed the fangs in her mouth as she took a second to respond to him. "Ohayogozaimasu~ Haku-nii. It goes well, I hope all is well with you, and I hope I'm not intruding?" she posed it as a question waiting for his response. Chiyo was not the most patient individual, but she was at least kind.

"Eh? No, no, it's fine. I was just getting dressed, is all." This was the man's reply as he continued to shift about at the other end of the line. "Did you need something from me?"

Chiyo smiled then, thinking it odd, but not saying anything about it. After all, she didn't like thinking too much about what the First Generation was doing when they weren't in public. And though she gave the Thunder King quite a bit of credit for being a nice guy, she'd still rather not let her mind wander too far. "Hai hai." she said thinking about how to phrase what she was thinking and having it come out a bit more irritated than she initially intended. "It's been three weeks, and four days and 17 hours. Can't I ride yet? I am.... going stir crazy." the fanged girl mentioned, a bit of her had been obsessively keeping track of time since she broke her leg. Even though she'd been doing her best to keep herself occupied, the idea of riding was way too good for her to be able to keep herself grounded. In fact she'd taken several steps to ensure she wouldn't have access to her ATs until she was cleared to ride. "Gomen, that came out more annoyed than I intended." she apologized because she knew her broken leg was her own doing and this man had fixed it for her. But even so, she really needed to know if she could go back to riding again properly so she could have a bit of fun and burn off all her extra energy.

"Yare, yare. Has it been that long? I didn't realize," he replied. There was a single thing he needed to check to figure out if the girl's leg had been fully healed, but he didn't have time to do so himself. Luckily, Chiyo would be able to do this herself. "I think you should be fine by now. The break was pretty clean. Try taking something small and metal, and run it along the bare skin near the break. If the bond is still in place, you'll be able to feel a light tug from your bones. If you're healed enough, it should have dissipated by now."

Chiyo wasn't surprised no one realized how long it had been. She was often the sort who didn't bother anyone unless it was an emergency of some sort, even though she enjoyed the company of her friends. After a few seconds she was given a bit of an instruction which she was able to follow pretty easily as she was currently sitting at her desk in a short skirt. "Hai, it's been that long. And will do hold on just a second." she mentioned as she she opened the middle drawer on her desk and pulled out a small metal paperweight. With it in hand she ran it over the break of her right leg right across her exposed thigh. She felt no tug and she was easily able to move the paperweight without feeling anything remotely close to tugging. "I got no tugging here Haku-nii!~" she said sounding even more excited about the prospect than a normal person should. "So, I can ride now?! Say yes!~" she chimed the fanged girl hadn't been so excited in a long time but right at this moment she was more than ready to ride and compete properly among her peers. She'd missed her run and the sky among other things.

"Hai!" The man waited patiently on the phone while Chiyo tested the bond he had placed on the bone in her leg over three weeks prior to this conversation. When she had finally done so, she reported that the charge had dissipated, which did indeed clear her to ride as she wished. "Yep! You're good to go!"

"Fucking finally. Thanks Haku-nii. Talk to ya' later." Chiyo said, slipping away from her normally cold demeanor for just a second to appreciate the amount of happiness she could have at this very moment. After any farewell greeting would take place Chiyo would hang up the phone and go on about her day, which as she looked at the time involved some very specific things she needed to do before she could actually ride. The next effort of her day would be made as she hopped over her desk and exited her office. She would be seen furiously typing a text message.

"Usagi-nee, I've been cleared to ride again. Will you fix me up with the stuff I asked you to hold on to for me?" the text message read, it would be sent to the cellphone of one Sasagawa Usagi. Along with the other fail safes Chiyo had worked into her time not riding. She'd handed off her Regalia and the new cores from the Thunder Regalia to her generation's Pledge Queen, to keep away from herself until such a time as she was cleared to ride again. As she did this she made her way towards the Kendo Club room, as there was something she intended to do there this morning which would have, hopefully a good outcome this time.

One Sasagawa Usagi currently resided within Miyabi Academy. She was en route to one of her classes when she received an SMS from Chiyo. After checking it, the wandering pink-haired girl replied immediately. "Sure! We'll meet up after classes, kay?"

In the meantime, there was a certain lad with long, dark blue hair and a light blue scarf was within the Kendo Club room. He was very much out of uniform, but this young man wielded his bokken without a care in the world as he took challenges from other veteran members of the club. Many others sat around him in a circle, seeming to be exhausted from the challenges. "Senpai... you keep getting stronger somehow," one of the lads in this group said. "No. You're all improving, so I have to hold back less. At this rate, some of you will be able to fight me fairly in a few years."

"Hai hai~ See ya' later. I'll be at the Kendo Club until classes are over." Chiyo sent this message to Usagi after reading the one previous with a huge grin on her face. As she entered the Kendo Club room she was given pause seeing a certain blue haired male in the room but the grin on her face would show fangs and a bit of happiness. "Ohayougozaimasu~" Chiyo said entering the room and sliding the door shut behind her. Having finished her business with her phone she tucked it back into her pocket and removed her blazer. She would then begin rolling up the sleeves on her white shirt underneath as she began walking around the group of them seemingly rather calm.

"Eh, did all of you get beaten already?" she asked of the group at large, rolling her eyes playfully. Though many would think that the tiny girl with the stern demeanor didn't belong in a place like this, least of all talking to an entire group of people like they were old friends.

"Alright, who's in the next wave?" the blue-haired male asked of the group. However, the Ice Queen had recently entered the room. He thought this was a mere effort to recruit him into the Black Order's Chimera branch... again. Yet, it seemed she was preparing for something more. "You again. What do you think you're doing?" It was then that the very same lad from earlier spoke up. "Senpai missed last week's orientation. Akaru-san is our newest member."

Chiyo was still seeming to have a very good time. But it seemed that the young man with the blue hair questioned her appearance here, only to have someone else in the club clear up the misunderstanding. As such Chiyo shrugged and nodded. "Hai, I joined the Kendo Club... partly because I needed something else to do, and partly because I wanted to learn something different. But..." she said having finished rolling up her sleeves she went to retrieve a bokken as well standing before this apparent veteran member. "I've already learned everything I can from them." she said waving around the room with the bokken in question. "I wanna learn from you instead~" she commented apparently still in a very good mood, as she was bound to be simply with the news she could ride again. She simply needed the time to busy herself until her ATs could be fixed again.

Kanda didn't seem bothered by the fact that Chiyo had joined the Kendo Club. What did bother him, though, was what seemed to be the preparation of a challenge from the young woman. "I don't take single challengers from members younger than six weeks," he said. In spite of this, he glanced over Chiyo. Even considering how new to the club she was, she lacked the demeanor new members normally had. Much to the surprise of the other members, Kanda soon enough held his bokken with its tip pointing at the lass. "On the other hand... fine. I accept."

Chiyo heard what Kanda had to say about not taking challenges from members who were in the club less than 6 weeks. Granted she could have waited that rather long amount of time without it being a problem, it would appear the young man changed his mind about this with a few seconds of consideration and the Ice Queen having to say nothing herself. "Oh?" she said bursting into laughter. "Fuck, I'd gotten so used to you saying no to me, I didn't think it possible for you to say yes." she mentioned bouncing on her toes before relaxing her shoulders her entire body falling into nearly perfect form as she held the wooden sword with both hands. "Now, I feel like I gotta be good or I'll let them down~" she chimed only to take a moment and a breath calming herself completely. She blinked her eyes closing for just a second and then she charged aiming to strike the young man before her on his left shoulder with a quick downward motion.

Kanda prepared for this battle the same way he did for all of his matches within the club; by holding his weapon with his left hand alone. This was the greatest handicap he was able to give to the other members, and until his opponent proved themselves capable of challenging him at a higher tier, he would always offer it by default. When Chiyo came his way with an attack on his left shoulder, Kanda raised his blade against it, blocking the strike above his shoulder before leaving enough slack on his grip to allow Chiyo's blade to slide down his own en route to the floor. The moment their bokkens were separated, Kanda tightened his grip and swung his sword in a circle, bringing it around toward Chiyo's face. Of course, even if she were incapable of dodging or blocking this attack, he would not allow it to hit. He fully intended to stop his weapon roughly one inch from the girl's face. "You should wear your equipment."

Chiyo attacked in such an aggressive way only to see what the young man before her would do in turn. In watching his movements and having her bokken be caught and lowered she was also given a moment to see exactly how fast and hard the coming single handed strike would be. Being the sort of person she was, she could have easily moved out of the way of this strike but she knew it would stop before it reached her so she didn't. Instead she stood there looking completely relaxed while twirling her bokken around in one hand. She'd open her eyes from a blink to reveal that her eyes were presently glowing like some unseen light shone behind them, staring into the face of Kanda from around the bokken. "There isn't any need for that. They can't hit me. And though you could hit me, if I think it will hurt... I'll block." she said gesturing to the group at large that she'd been practicing with for the days leading up to this one. "Besides, I knew you would stop." she said this as she stepped back only once and relaxed her shoulders once more seeming to like Kanda's posture, she took a variation of it, keeping her two handed grip while she did. "If you keep giving me that handicap, I might actually end up hitting you." she said a cocky grin coming to her face, but this wouldn't stop her. This time when she moved she did so at full speed, knowing that her body was okay to handle the additional stress she turned when she got close, instantly changing from her downward strike which appeared to be aimed at his right shoulder, to a side slash across his mid-section from right to left.

"Blocking won't get you anywhere," he replied. "Your form is still too weak for you to make such claims." With that said, Kanda prepared himself for what was next to come. His eyes were trained on her arms as she came his way, and it was more than obvious to him that the initial strike was nothing more than a farce. "Tension," he said as he swung his sword around to clash against Chiyo's during the true slash aimed at his center. "Shoulders. Elbows. Lack of fluidity. These are what give away a false attack." From his current position, Kanda performed a quick quarter turn to his right, following through with a right-to-left slash aimed at the left side of Chiyo's abdomen. If she chose to block, Kanda would be at the ready with a second strike along the same path, swift and strong enough to snap her wooden sword where it struck.

Chiyo still hadn't stopped smiling. The fact that the blue haired young man with her, was so concise in his explanation as to why her cockiness was misplaced was actually exceedingly refreshing for her. "I can do something about everything but the tension. It's too hard for me to relax." she replied absently. And the fact that she was using her eyes while doing this meant that she was getting glimpses of the things he was talking about. But beyond simply knowing and seeing the problems with her form and posture, she'd gone so far as to begin correcting them. In so doing, she knew that she'd be leaving herself to block and once she did this instead of simply backing away from the slash coming she watched as the bokken she held snapped under the pressure of an immediate second strike. Her eyes would widen as she watched the piece fly off and away from her person. "Sugoi~ You really are amazing... fucking yes!~ I finally found something else worth doing." she mentioned turning for just a second to look at the other members. "Gomennasai, can I have another. I'm not quite done yet." she wanted another turn but didn't want to interrupt if someone else wanted a go instead... she was at least polite enough that she'd leave this opening for someone else to take over if they wished.

"If you can't fix the tension, it's pointless to try fixing the other things. Tension is the cause of the limited fluidity and lack of follow-through." When Chiyo asked the other members for another bokken, Kanda gave no chances for one of the others to challenge him instead. He chose to hold out his arm and claim one himself, tossing it toward Chiyo. This one, however, was not the standard issue which other members of the club used. It was like his own: solid wood in the shape of a katana blade. "Come again. Perhaps without relying on your eye this time."

Apollymi
05-18-2016, 05:10 AM
"Hm, that makes sense. But fuck I really can't do anything about it... well not yet at least." she said a huge grin coming to her face. It would seem that none would be given the chance to properly face Kanda this day, as the young man before her handed her one of his wooden swords more like a katana than the standard issue and Chiyo found herself looking it over and moving it around in her hands to get used to it. It was odd to her that he gave her one of his, but perhaps, it was best not to question this. As it was stated that she should come at him again, this time without her eye. She grinned closing her eyes and opening them again to reveal that they were no longer glowing.

"As you like." she mentioned taking a moment and a deep breath trying to think of something which would help her relax. As she took form once more it would seem that it was much more perfect than it had been the last time, but since she was tense the rest wouldn't fall into place. So she tried something a little different she visualized herself falling from the radio tower, that instant moment of weightlessness and calm which she'd managed to achieve and something she wished to do again. And this thought was enough to relieve the obvious tension in her muscles. As such she stood still for a few seconds then went charged again, this time aiming a strike the man's right side with a downward slash which contained all the follow through her earlier strikes had been missing.

Kanda waited the appropriate amount of time for Chiyo to adjust to the new bokken. In this time, he saw the adjustment of her stance, as well as the relaxation of her muscles. This was good. If she could remain like this, perhaps she would make a stronger opponent than any other member of the club. In fact, she showed signs of this in her next attack toward Kanda's right side. During her approach, Kanda tossed his bokken over to his right hand before raising it against her weapon, finding himself to be in need of the extra power his right arm held. In her current form, if he had continued to use his left hand, Chiyo surely would have overcome him. "That's better. Your eye hinders your development. Again!"

Apollymi
05-18-2016, 06:11 AM
Chiyo wasn't really surprised when her coming strike was blocked. She was however surprised that Kanda had chosen to switch hands while doing so. Perhaps she was a bit better at this than she originally thought. As she fell back she rotated her shoulders taking the same stance but retaining the amount of relaxation and flexibility her muscles needed to continue. "Hai hai... I only used it to see what someone better than me sees. But I didn't figure you'd just tell me. I wouldn't have bothered at all if I'd known~" she mentioned. Now that she fully understood what kind of person Kanda was, she grinned. It would be much easier to get to know him, if they had some activity in common... and to be fair, she actually enjoyed Kendo. And since she was asked to come again she readied another attack.

This time when she approached she swung her wooden sword twice in rapid succession. Once towards his now unoccupied left then again towards his right. She didn't wonder if he had the speed to block both attacks she figured he did, she was instead wondering if he would bother switching hands and it was the easiest way to figure it out. These two slashes would be just as strong as her previous one only much faster now that she had the proper body to do so.

"That is why your eye hinders you. It isn't enough to see something." It was good that Chiyo could relax herself while attacking. Kanda was certain she would soon learn that earning momentum from a swifter and more concise strike was more important than having raw strength behind a slash. However, there was more Kanda had learned over the years. At times, pure strength was necessary. This would be shown the moment he moved his bokken to his left to block Chiyo's first attack. His muscles were as loose as they could be, yet his arm tensed at the moment of impact to allow him a block without any sort of 'give' as it were. An immediate switch to the looser form followed, granting him the speed of movement to perform the same feat with a parry at his right side. "You have to understand. When your strikes become fast enough to reach your opponent, what do you do next?"

Apollymi
05-18-2016, 07:21 AM
In doing the double strike Chiyo was allowed to observe exactly how Kanda was able to deal with so many opponents and so many different strikes at once. Such a thing was kind of interesting from this perspective. Beyond the point of defending himself from her strikes he was also teaching her how to attack more efficiently. This set of attacks now done Chiyo took a step back and exhaled. "Hai!~ Seeing and understanding. I can do that." she said as she rotated her head on her shoulders and forced that same relaxed state. As for what should be done when one finds the speed to attack, she thought she'd already figured that out. Instead of explaining she thought it best to demonstrate.

She moved forward once more this time she had a series of rapid strikes, totaling five. The strikes simultaneously fast and powerful as she aimed to break Kanda's stance. The alternating hits were aimed at his left and right until the fifth one was ready and once she thought her pattern had been established she switched from the back and forth to a downward strike. And since her muscles were relaxed would come much more swiftly and be harder to read by her own approximation. But that simply wouldn't be enough, even knowing this she tightened up at the end, giving it a bit of an extra kick, so that even if it was blocked it would be strong enough to break what blocked it.

"We'll see." At this point, Kanda fully believed Chiyo would be able to adapt, taking his advice into account. Her ability to do so with her next move was, however, still questionable. He would have his final answer soon. Chiyo's next charge was met by one of Kanda's own, and in place of the usual blocks against her attacks, he struck out at her blade each time. Kanda had gotten very used to holding a weapon in his hand over the years, and as such, the feeling of the vibrations travelling between the clashing bokken made Chiyo's development apparent to him. For a brief moment, one looking closely enough would see a smile upon the blue-haired male's face. Kanda's final move would be an upward slash against Chiyo's downward one. Indeed, her attack came with enough force to snap Kanda's bokken. He knew this to be true before it connected, prompting him to utilize the same force. After all, the only thing preventing Chiyo from following through after breaking his weapon, striking his body in the end... was breaking her weapon to put an end to the assault as well.

Chiyo was a happy small person at this particular moment. Still the feeling of a bokken meeting another with equal force was pretty new to her, and it was vibrating up her arms. Such a thing was easily adjusted to, but as she kept meeting the strikes of the blue haired male she realized that this wouldn't end in her victory. Even so, she couldn't well give up, and in the seconds leading up to the final strike she saw a smile on Kanda's face. Figuring this was a good sign she simply continued even while knowing that she wouldn't be able to properly follow through after her attack. Both bokken were subsequently splintered and broken but that was fine because Chiyo had learned a few valuable lessons she would take with her elsewhere.

"Fuck. I wanted to win. I guess this is fine though, I didn't actually expect to anyways." she mentioned pouting and rolling her eyes. Getting a feel for this shorter version of the weapon she had been using and determining that she liked it better. A few seconds of this passed and she gave a light smile to the man before her. "Arigatou gozaimasu, Kanda-nii. Let's go again sometime, huh?" she said bowing for a quick second before turning to deposit the broken sword in the trash and aiming to pick up her discarded blazer just as the bell rang to denote the end of classes. They'd been at that much longer than she'd expected, still the Ice Queen hadn't brought up this young man joining her team, for whatever reason she seemed simply satisfied by their interaction.

When their final clash ended, Kanda exhaled a deep breath. Even the more seasoned members of the Kendo Club had yet to give him such a match, and he had begun thinking no one would for a very long time. Chiyo bowed, and he did the same in return. "Hai. We surely will," he said while discarding his own broken bokken bits. "Ja ne."

Meanwhile, the Pledge Queen Usagi sat in wait within the Mechanics Club room for Chiyo, whom she was scheduled to meet. She held with her what looked to be a pair of dynamos, which were in fact the cores of the original Thunder Regalia. These would be the new addition to Chiyo's Ice Regalia, whenever she arrived for the tuning process.

"Heh!~" chimed the Ice Queen. This was one of the most interesting things she'd done in a while. Now that she'd actually really gotten into it, she figured she may as well keep it up. Now at the very least she had something to do when she was bored in school on Wednesdays. "Ja~" she said as she headed out with her jacket thrown over her shoulder. After all, there was no need for her to put it back on if she was going to see Usagi, she might as well not, considering that their Pledge Queen had a preoccupation with tuning people while they were naked and this would be a rather big thing she wanted done. As such Chiyo made her way to her office and stood in front of her a safe tucked underneath her desk. As part of the things she'd done to keep herself from riding she'd put her ATS in here, and then told her Tuner Twins to change the combination and not to tell her until she sent them a specific word in a text message. This word was unknown to her for obvious reasons, but was instead given to the youngest member of her team Taiga. As such she sent out a text asking the child saying she was cleared to ride. This would result in getting one back that had a single word response.

"Mushroom" this made the girl's brows draw together but still she sent a follow up message to her Tuner Twins with the word in it. And when she did it came back with a set of 4 numbers which would open the safe.

"7-2-7-9" this she would use to open the safe and retrieve her ATs. One might wonder why the Ice Queen went through so much trouble to keep her ATs away from herself, but... truth be told she was incapable of saying no to herself, and as such she needed many layers of protection to keep herself from doing something crazy. She'd enter the number and soon enough be approaching the Mechanics Club with her Regalia in hand and her jacket slung over her shoulder.

"TADAIMA!~" she said as she arrived expecting to see the Pledge Queen alone. "Gomennasai, I kinda had to hide these from myself... it took me a bit to fetch them, and I spent more time at the Kendo Club than I initially intended." she said with excitement bristling from her person.

The moment Chiyo set foot in the room she inhabited, Usagi closed her eyes. The headphones she wore as part of her Regalia allowed her to hear the Ice Queen's rhythm as she came down the hall, which allowed her time to prepare by positioning numerous fluttering butterflies, linked to her Regalia, around the room. "Chi-chan! Ohayou! I have to meet someone soon, so let's get started. Take your shoes off." While she waited for her request to be followed, Usagi moved her butterflies around the room, giving some of them the dynamos to dissect while others broke apart the Ice Regalia. Soon enough, various bits and pieces of ATs were being carried all around the room while Usagi thought of the perfect combination for the added cores.

Chiyo heard the words spoken by her Pledge Queen and grinned. When asked only to remove her shoes though she seemed a little surprised. But she complied while making a bit of minor commentary about both the pink haired young woman's statements and her apparent ability not to need nudity to tune anymore, while her ATs and the new stuff floated about in the air. "Eh, I don't have to be naked. Aww... that was my favorite part." she said as she slipped off her shoes and socks. She took note of the butterflies floating about and had the inkling that the young woman with her had upgraded herself at some point in the recent past. "You're meeting someone?! Usagi-nee do you have a hot date? I'm supposed to know about these things~" she teased making light conversation while she waited for the tuning process which was apparently already started.

"No no, nothing like that. It's another tuning I have to do... one I haven't done in a long time." Several seconds later, Usagi figured out what Chiyo's Regalia was truly missing. Having anticipated such a thing, she retrieved another pair of cores, albeit broken ones belonging to the second generation's Gem Regalia. "As I thought. The Blizzard Road still isn't complete, and your run has a great similarity to Shoichi's. I'll have to add this." Allowing her butterflies to disassemble this core as well, Usagi finally found the perfect harmony of parts to make the Ice Regalia more functional. When this happened, the parts snapped together around the Ice Queen's feet like pieces to a puzzle, all while retaining a similar look to the previous form, bar the addition of high heels at the rear. The active form, however, was very different. Chiyo would find that the wheels of her Regalia now opened when active, allowing her to hover via the same method as the Sky Regalia, while the Thunder Regalia's cores powered small spikes aligned at the outer ankles, put in place to mediate the electromagnetic bonds of her more complex tricks.

"Oh, aww... that's too bad. I was hoping for interesting stories. Anyone I know?" she asked about the tuning that their Pledge Queen would apparently be going to perform sometime in the near future. Beyond this it appeared the pink haired young woman with her was adding in more than what she'd initially asked for, and this Chiyo recognized. "Nani?! Aren't those Kae's?" she asked. Though the person she'd just mentioned was one whom she hadn't seen in quite a long time, Chiyo held fond attachment for them, even though she thought him to be dead, she still didn't really want to ruin his memory by having something so intimately apart of him as part of her run. Beyond this it was also mentioned her run held similarities to their Sky King's made the Ice Queen pause just a little. "Sou... ka." she didn't know if she should expect her run to be similar to Shoichi's or not. She supposed it at least made sense because of the great amount of time she spent on her ATs with the young man, though she had no idea why her road would still be incomplete. She was then just left to keep watching her feet as all the parts slammed together. Her body was also lifted a little off the ground as their form seemed to be heeled with the wheels at slightly different levels now.

"Sugoi!~ It feels amazing." she said looking down at her own legs. "Why heels?" she asked such a thing wasn't necessary to her run, and there weren't any obvious reasons she could think of for the change.

"Hai," was her only reply to the Ice Queen's first query. Moving right along, she nodded to confirm that the second core addition was the Regalia of Kae, former member of the Black Order's predecessor team, Cyclone Striders. "Like I said... your run has a similarity to Shoichi's. You're more compatible with others than most people are, like the way AB blood types work. Since Shoichi has the Sky Regalia, you're the only one of us able to take in other Regalia cores so easily. Oh, and the heels... They should make it easier for your mechanisms to work without straining your legs so much, and I needed the space of the heels to add the Thunder Regalia's functions. Plus, they're super cute," she ended with one eye closed and her tongue jutting out.

Chiyo decided that since details weren't forthcoming with the 'tuning date' that Usagi had mentioned she'd stop pushing it. She'd probably find out who sooner or later and it wasn't really worth it to push when she was already in such a good mood. A few seconds thereafter, Usagi explained fully how Chiyo's road and Regalia worked and tentatively why she was able to hold so many different regalia cores within her ATs. Such a thing made the girl's head spin, but she understood it in theory so she smiled just a little. Beyond this the young woman before her stuck her tongue out while giving a real explanation for the heels now attached to her feet. "Sou ka. I guess they are pretty cute, and the less stress to my legs the better..." she said cutting her eyes in the young woman's direction. "Arigatou gozaimasu, Usagi-nee!~" she chimed jumping at the slightly taller young woman and aiming to hug her, a greeting ritual which had been forgone when she'd arrived.

"Hai hai," said the pink haired lass. During Chiyo's embrace, Usagi was content to hug her in return. Such was simply customary at some point during these tuning endeavors, for one reason or another. "Just try not to break your leg this time. I'd like to say it shouldn't be possible with these upgrades, but I know better by now~♥"

A smile crossed Chiyo's face as she finished hugging this young woman and upon hearing her commentary about the breaking of her legs she shrugged finally letting go but managing to look simultaneously cheeky and sheepish at the same time. "Well, I'd promise not to but... Fuck! We both know all I can do is say I'll try!♥~" mentioned the Ice Queen as she turned getting used to rolling about again at slightly different angles than before. Admittedly such was very easy on her legs now and she was too excited to want to do anything else. She gave a final bow to their Pledge Queen. "You're the best, Usagi-nee. I won't keep you or anything... and I'll swing by later if you want and let you know how it goes~" mentioned Chiyo as she rolled past and picked up her sneakers. She said these statements as if she thought she was giving the pink haired girl a hard time or holding her up but in all honesty she was just excited to get out of school and properly take her half day so she could get back out in the world. "Oh and don't forget, to call me if you need me." finished up the black haired girl as she rolled backwards out the door giving a salute and then back to her office.

Upon reaching said place, the Ice Queen would be busy removing things from her pockets. She was going to change and be done with her day at the half mark and this involved a change in attire. After a few seconds she was slipped into her jumpsuit and out of her uniform which was now hanging in a wardrobe on the side of her desk. After a few seconds she had put everything back in her pockets except her cellphone. There was one other thing that Chiyo wanted to do before she started riding again properly... and surprisingly enough it didn't actually involve her ATs. In order to do it, she'd need the help of someone specific and though she'd been tossing around in her head several names only one really applied. "I really don't wanna do this." the small girl thought as her finger hovered over the name in her phone. And then without regard she pushed it, sending a call to the white haired Sky Queen of the First Generation.

"Hai hai. Ja ne~." Once Usagi gave her parting words to Chiyo, she walked down the hall along her own path, leading her toward another prearranged meeting. A bit later, Chiyo's phone call would quickly connect her to the first Sky Queen, Takeuchi Roze. "Down boy. Down!" These were the first words the Ice Queen would hear when Roze picked up the phone. The following would address Chiyo herself. "Hai. You're two favors deep; what do you need this time?"

Chiyo found herself staring at her phone for just a second. In hearing the Sky Queen's words she found herself simulatenously amused and completely and utterly abashed. "Ya' know, when you answer the phone like that... it makes me sad. I wouldn't have called ya' if I could get what I need elsewhere. And sumimasen, I didn't mean to interrupt what is obviously something I don't really want to know about." mentioned the young Ice Queen. She knew she was several favors deep at this point, but figured if she was already in so deep she might as well give a little more. "I kinda just wanted you to show me something. Specifically, I wanted you to show me how to throw fangs without my ATs." mentioned Chiyo with a smirk on her face. One might wonder why she'd bothered calling this woman for this particular thing, but after weighing all options... this was the best.

"Baka! Do it right, or I'll stomp you!" the woman exclaimed to whatever individual was in her presence at the other end. Hearing Chiyo's request, she scoffed. "You want me to do work? That's gonna cost you extra. Though, I can understand completely why you came to me about it. I take it you're all healed up then?"

"I knew you would say that." Chiyo mentioned rolling her eyes. She should have figured that the First Generation's Sky Queen would have negative feelings about actually having to do something other than, what she imagined was training a person/man/puppy thing. "And yes, I am all healed up. Haku-nii, cleared me to ride a bit ago~" the Ice Queen couldn't help but sound overly pleased, even knowing she was digging herself into what was likely a freaky and misplaced bit of debt with one Takeuchi Roze. "Also would it help at all if I mentioned you are the best and that's why I called you; even knowing that I'd be incurring debts the likes of which my fragile mind can't really handle?~" she questioned. For some reason the Ice Queen despite her doubts about calling this woman just a few seconds prior seemed to be enjoying herself.

"Y'know buttering me up is only going to put you more in debt?" Roze asked. Moments later, the sound of physical strikes against another person came from Roze's end of the line. "Fucking trash! How awful could you possibly be!? I told you twice how to do it, but you still suck!" Following this little outburst of Roze's, one would hear the person in Roze's company slamming into a door, wall, or something of the sort. "GET THE FUCK OUT!" It seemed Roze had momentarily forgotten she was on the phone. When she remembered that she was, the woman cleared her throat and spoke with utmost calmness to Chiyo. "So, we'll meet tonight at the Gleaming Crest."

"Yep. I knew you'd say that too.~ Fuck! I'd normally quit while I'm ahead, but since I'm already behind I don't much see the point." the fanged girl mentioned cheekily. "I got no idea what I did to even incur more than one in the last few weeks." said Chiyo. As to her knowledge the only thing that could be remotely counted as a favor that she'd asked of Roze directly was the return of Izayoi Akiza's Regalia: Thorn Reaper. Anything other than that, she'd not actually done so it was less than clear to her what she'd done.

But she didn't have as much time to ponder this as she thought she would have, hearing a bunch of noise from the other end of the phone and Roze's yelling about how garbage the person servicing her obviously was Chiyo was left to roll her eyes. Remaining her usual self while on the phone, she rotated her shoulders and waited for the woman to get back to her, only to have her finally say something and when she did it was calm. "Hai hai~ See ya' then." was all she said. Unlike most, Chiyo didn't find the random switches in people's demeanor odd at all, mostly because she had them herself and they were often much worse.

"Hai," Roze concluded before hanging up the phone. Meanwhile, there was a team of Storm Riders from outside the school, holding up in the school gymnasium. Chiyo would soon receive a text from one of Chimera's members, making note of the fact that this team, called the Landlocked Pirates, had placed their emblem atop Chimera's around the school. Inside the gymnasium, the male leader of this very team spoke to his four female teammates. "I hear the chick running this team we challenged has something goin' for her. What'cha think she's rockin'?"

Upon hanging up her phone, Chiyo aimed to put it back into her pocket only to receive a text message. Seeing it made a huge grin come to her face, she had no idea what a Landlocked Pirate was, but the idea of a small Parts War as a form of stretch before she met up with the First Generation Sky Queen seemed just about perfect. With this in mind she began rolling towards the gym passing out into the hallway and back past the Kendo club in route to the annexed building which contained the gymnasium. All the while she stared into her phone screen looking for information on the forum about the Landlocked Pirates, and what she was finding... she wasn't really liking.

Meanwhile, in the gym someone was speaking up, it was a girl dressed in a purple Chinese dress with large splits up the side. She seemed not to care very much about anything and crossed her arms under her massive chest. "Eh, I haven't heard of any girls around here bigger than a C-cup. I wouldn't get my hopes up." she said figuring any girl that ran a team of not women successfully obviously wasn't attractive. Another girl dressed in blue and white simply stood to the side pulling down on her short skirt. "I wouldn't know. Isn't this a weird thing to talk about?" she asked apparently the newest member of this team she wasn't altogether comfortable in her current state of dress. A girl in a dark colored school uniform and extremely short skirt spoke next. "It doesn't really matter. Haven't come across a girl yet who could actually do something about you. Just make this win quick... I got better things to do than figure out what another girl is like when we are bound to see her soon." she mentioned seeming not to care about this conversation one way or another. The final girl seemed to be the most innocent. She had dark brown hair and an over-sized sweater which was hanging off her shoulders. On her side a guitar case. "Maybe, she's nice."she finished.

"Mendokusai! None of you have anything interesting to say," the man said to the entire group in his company. He was quite interested in checking out the young woman whose identity he had marked down as the Fang Queen, but none of his teammates seemed to have any input he was looking for, as far as speculation of her appearance was concerned. Of course, this male was a rather unconventional looking person as it were. He had strange, perfectly round eyes, over-sized lips, an excruciatingly long nose, and a very tangle-ridden head of hair pulled into a messy ponytail. He was certainly the last man anyone would or should consider attractive, but he had an unhealthy obsession with attractive women. In fact, one could be certain that Chiyo would soon realize this was part of his power as a Storm Rider.

Chiyo began moving forward and once she reached the gym she entered it. She rolled forward dressed in her jumpsuit and dark colored undergarments looking something like the stripper version of a harlequin. Her dark colored pigtails swaying from side to side as she approached. The newest version of her Regalia on her feet she looked up from her phone screen, her purple rippled eyes piercingly looking at everyone present. She really didn't understand what was going on here. Even so she rotated her neck her phone still in her hand as she stared at the screen. "I take it you guys are the Landlocked Pirates?" she said a grin coming to her face showing fangs in a way that could be considered menacing. There were several things about this situation that were already working towards pissing off the former Fang Queen. One of which happened to be that this team was higher ranked than hers, thus the challenge was opportunistic. Though if the Ice Queen won it would set her team back on a roll to top ranked, this wasn't really a concern of hers and hadn't been in a while.

Still, the young man and group of young women she saw before her weren't really at all what she expected. The young man was unattractive by anyone's standards, but all these young women were at the very least cute, even by Chiyo's standards. The fanged girl had a very bad feeling about this and she wasn't even sure why.

At long last, Chiyo entered the building. The long-awaited arrival of his target caused the man to take on a very malicious demeanor, including a sick and twisted grin complete with drool. "Ohohohohohoh~" he muttered. "Everything fits together so nice... and it smells so damn juicy! I gotta get some o' that!" As per usual for this team, when facing a woman, the team leader named Kenta would be the first up. This seemed to have a strange beginning, though, as the leader of the team they'd challenged came to face them alone. "So... how we doin' this?"

Chiyo was left a bit dumbstruck as the young man before displayed a hideous personality to go along with his grotesque appearance. "Fucking ew. Keep all that commentary in your fucking head." and this was all the Ice Queen had to say. As per usual, the amount of words spoken by the young woman rapidly decreased when she wasn't comfortable around the people she was with. And there was nothing like an enemy team to make the young woman become as quiet as a church mouse. Moving right along from this point, it would seem this young man intended to follow general protocol in how this would be handled deferring to the Ice Queen about the specifics of this race.

"How... one on one. I'll take you each on individually, best outta 5 matches wins." she said this but she didn't really feel like changing venues. A D-class team challenging an F-class one didn't make sense, they couldn't gain status by doing so, and even if this was one of the consecutive wins needed for them to progress picking on an apparently smaller team was a mindset Chiyo simply couldn't abide by. She'd decided a while before, that in remaking her team she would start eliminating the kinds of teams who would take advantage to get ahead, and at the very least the male before her was disgusting enough that she wouldn't feel bad about it. Though she'd already made up her mind to only do what was necessary to incapacitate the rest when the time came. It was usually the case that if one person fell hard enough the rest would give up.

"Best outta five, huh? So when I beat you, you lose by default. Then you get to join Kenta-sama's harem~!" These were apparently the man's intentions when making this challenge. His desire was to become Sky King at the end of the Gram Scale Tournament, but not for the Sky Regalia most sought. Instead, he wished for the opportunity to create the world's largest AT harem for himself, and he would begin it here. "So... let's go!"

The Ice Queen stood motionless, phone clinched in her right hand as she stared at the ugly man before her. She took in what he had to say, and was utterly disgusted by is words, and beyond that his apparent desire for her to join his harem should she lose this battle. This made her look at the young women present and none of them made eye contact all of them seemed a bit abashed by this whole situation. "Sou ka... it's how he got all of you and was able to form his team?" she asked this question aloud and all of the girls present gave a curt nod. As Chiyo processed this information in her head, she was rather slowly becoming furious, but unlike her usual moments of rage she found herself channeling this just a bit differently. "I'm disgusted." She calmly tucked away her phone after lifting her right hand she snapped her fingers. This would cause something strange to happen in the gym. The lights would shift and the basketball goals would raise before a steel cage was pushed forward around the large court itself. With the hardwood floor as its base the cage would come together around that specified area with a few well placed gates for the ability to enter and exit including one on the roof.

Kenta let his eyes wander around the area as a cage was produced around himself and the Ice Queen. For whatever reason, he was beginning to sweat profusely. And yet, he felt neither fear nor nervousness. "Ohohoh yeah~! Lemme see that body!" he exclaimed as the sweat poured from his body. One would find that this sweat was a trick of his which lowered the inhibitions of the target, leaving them open to mental suggestions and illusions. This was one of few things in his arsenal, but the combination of his illusions and the general grotesque factor he boasted had granted him victory over every opponent of the fairer sex thus far. "C'mon, gimme that sweet lovin'."

Chiyo watched as this young man seemed to start sweating profusely. It was kind of a disgusting thing to behold but in watching him this way, she began to understand that it was probably something to do with whatever he had done to gain the harem of women he had on his side. She frowned deeply as she felt the tug of his words and had she been less willful she might have been inclined to follow. But much like when she'd been speaking with Mukuro about the parlor trick that was done with her own eye, in simply understanding what was being suggested she could give herself the will to ignore it. "I told you, fucking pig to keep those disgusting commentaries in your own fucking head." she stated angrily as she dashed forward and towards the wall to her right side. In so doing she was forcing wind through the open fins of her heeled ATs, super cooling the air around her as she moved. This dash about the cage would continue for a few seconds at maximum speed, and as this happened the temperature of the area would drop rapidly. And when she stopped she raised her right leg from the young man's left firing off a frozen fang vertically towards him bringing with it even more of the freezing cold. If he failed to dodge such a large concussive crescent was sure to knock him out cold while it maintained the ability to explode on contact causing the area around it to become flash frozen. Chiyo retained a great level of relaxation while doing this, using what she'd learned from Kanda earlier in Kendo practice to change from her speedy movements to firing the fang in a single instant and without the added stress on her legs.

Kenta's eyes locked onto the Ice Queen, and when they did, they never left. His battle power was a measly 71 in comparison to hers, yet he was becoming stronger with every passing moment as he stared the young woman down. This use of cold was not information he had on Chiyo, but it mattered not to him. To produce so much sweat, his body was reaching temperatures which made a bit of wind chill mean nothing to the man. Nevertheless, Chiyo's raised leg resulted in Kenta having a direct line of sight to her crotch during the attack. This distraction, of course, left him open to the attack itself. However, the explosion of ice and flash-freezing of the sweat around his body was soon followed by the melting of the ice. This only added to the fumes during evaporation... fumes which would momentarily create a fog meant for Chiyo's inhalation, which would strangely have no immediate effects to speak of. However, this was not all. Kenta also launched himself forward while spinning, aiming to lunge himself directly into the Ice Queen's torso. "Kenta-sama Super Special! Titty Twister Heartbreak Show!" This spiral attack would serve the purpose of simple melee damage, but would be paired with the grabbing and twisting of the target's nipples. In this particular case, Kenta had enough focus to do so in a manner that would even tear through fabric, and if he were successful in this, he intended for this twisting to create enough strain on the woman's breath to trigger his fog. Such an event would agitate the poison, assuming it were inhaled, resulting in deliriousness and, at most, loss of consciousness.

Chiyo likely would have been confused by this situation, if she'd been witnessing it from a third person perspective. But as she was presently in this fight, it made nothing but sense to her, that this young man before her had apparently conquered at least 4 female riders. One might have even found his persistence respectable, if it had been at anything other than the advanced sexual harassment of the Ice Queen. In fact, as his apparently high body temperature melted the ice which should have flash-frozen this grotesque man solid Chiyo tsk'd as if disappointed. Up to this point, she'd been seething beneath the surface, because despite the personality problems being indicated by this young man before her, she felt no personal desire to harm him beyond what was necessary for her to win this fight. But the longer it went on, the more she was beginning to realize that she simply hated him. Not for the sake of the girls with him, but simply because he was the kind of person that he was showing himself to be.

Beyond the standard problems any woman would have with the kind of attack being put forth by this man right now, the Ice Queen herself, had serious issues with people invading her personal bubble who weren't invited there. She appeared to want to back away from it, but she'd been captured by the nipples the outer layer of her clothing being ripped away from her. But instead of the scream one would expect to have fallen from the mouth of the Ice Queen, simple cracking could be heard, as the Ice clone she created at the last possible second shattered under the physical pressure of this young man's attack. The Ice Queen herself had rolled backwards at maximum speed, in an instant of fluid movement and was presently backstroking around the upper wall of the cage left behind where she had been previously an icy snowflake. Each of her present movements further cooling the air for what... reason one could only guess, but even the girls outside of the cage were beginning to shiver at the decreased temperatures in the gym, the whole of which was plummeting towards freezing rather rapidly. One would also notice that the Ice Queen's jumpsuit had actually been ripped, though fast enough to avoid most of the physical damage of the attack she'd actually been touched and this was beyond distressing for her. "Ew, you fucking touched me." Beyond that she'd actually already inhaled the mist and even though she didn't know what kind of effect to expect from it, it was still basically a a time bomb waiting to happen.

"Yeah... I did," he said while drool dripped from his maw. After landing, he began pinching at nothing, absorbing the sensation of nipples betwixt his fingers so recently. His ability continued to rise in spite of the dropping temperature. He dashed toward Chiyo again, this time at breakneck speed while using the nitrogen from his own body to create explosions all around him. His aim was to grab Chiyo by her top with his left hand, while taking hold of her belt with his right. If he even got close enough to do this, the explosions he caused were sure to ruin some clothes, as well as trigger the poison Chiyo had inhaled.

This man's reaction to her statement that she'd been touched caused Chiyo to physically gag. He was truly the most disgusting individual she'd ever come across, and pervert didn't seem to cover the amount of deviant behavior this man seemed to possess. As the temperature continued to lower one would notice multiple snowflakes continuing to appear around the cage in various places. Even as the boy exploded nitrogen from his body. Watching such a thing, made the Ice Queen finally understand how this boy's powers worked, and though she was small enough and nimble enough to avoid her physical capture this boy's exploding aura seemed to capture even more of her outer clothing and even part of her tube top as well. 'I'm gonna end up naked... again.' she thought. Why the Ice Queen always ended up naked was not really up for discussion though, as the poison in her lungs began to trigger. With every breath she took, the fanged girl was finding it difficult to focus. Her vision was blurred as she continued to move... 'Fuck! This disgusting piece of shit got one over on me.' she thought as she continued to fight against the sensation that was drawing her body to unconsciousness. 'Stay awake!' this girl demanded of herself as her body stopped completely and she teetered her body leaning from left to right. Her trap had been finished with her most recent movements, but she couldn't force her body to move right at the moment. Such a thing was beyond comprehension to the Ice Queen.

All the girls on the sideline watched in apparent dismay. Though they were on the side of the man in the cage. They'd begun to hope that this girl was actually capable of overcoming him. They'd been ashamed that they'd fallen and it was becoming more and more obvious to them that this was simply the fate of girls who chose to fight the man known as Kenta.

All the young women on the sidelines cringed as the undergarments of the Ice Queen were snatched away, and all of them turned their heads remembering similar experiences they all resigned themselves to the fall of this girl as well. Chiyo herself was on the verge of losing consciousness. With this in mind she couldn't really force her body's movement as the boy ripped away more of her clothes. She'd never been assaulted in such a way before and as such would have probably pitched all of a fit if she'd been in control of her own body. But she wasn't...

"FUCK!" this singular word came out of the former Fang Queen's mouth as this ugly man's nose penetrated her nether. But unlike most this was something she hated so much that she gained the momentum needed to push back against this man. That being said the Ice Queen's heart also began to beat a bit faster and she was absolutely furious. But unlike other times when she fought and there was someone or something... to stop her from falling to her baser instincts there was nothing. When the Ice Queen looked down at the man she raised her leg fluidly while moving backwards aiming to separate herself from this man and create numerous frozen bubbles from winds pressing themselves out of her ATs. Such a thing wasn't normally what she aimed to do, but if one happened to look her in the eye, they would find her irises overcome by the Over-Cross Twinkle Eye. Such a switch would soon be denoted by a more violent and vulgar set of things to fall from the girl's mouth. "YOU FUCKING NO DICK HAVING, GRIMY, UGLY PIECE OF PIG SHIT! HOW FUCKING DARE YOU?!" The frozen bubbles now between the pair of them began exploding with concussive force and shards of ice would fly everywhere. Though naked, Chiyo didn't seem to care, she was actually only concerned with ending the life of the man before her. And the overall temperature finally reached the lowest this area was capable of attaining. And because of this her ATs underwent a shift, becoming much longer the heels spreading beyond that the wheels disappearing so the girl's feet were no longer touching the ground, she was instead hovering. A huge grin on her face, as she appreciated the work done by her Pledge Queen. With this the boy's increased body temperature would simply make it easier to make him cold, at a molecular level freezing would occur as all the snowflakes connected and the creation of snow began from the moisture previously created by the young man's sweat melting her ice.

"Eheheheheheheheh~!" Kenta was ecstatic by what he'd managed to accomplish. As the temperature continued to drop, Kenta initially seemed unfazed after effectively wetting his nose with a most delectable aroma to boot. Interestingly enough, the completion of Chiyo's little trap would not achieve the desired results. The sweat which had been pouring from his body all along had been gradually becoming more like concentrated nitrogen, which would surely freeze with the temperature Chiyo created, but it did not do so with any sort of instantaneous speed. "You can't beat me now. My Ero power is unstoppable!" Kenta had been developing more and more throughout this battle, and his Battle Power itself had now reached a maximum of 710. He began flinging his nitrogen sweat in Chiyo's direction repeatedly. The separation of the liquid caused much quicker freezing, but before becoming totally solid, the beads of sweat exploded, each blast having a large radius. In a matter of moments, the majority of the cage would be filled with these explosions, which Kenta expected to continuously trigger the poison in Chiyo's lungs until it secured him the battle.

"YOU PATHETIC PIECE OF PIG SHIT..." Chiyo said this was she moved both her legs, since she was flying she no longer needed the increased speed and friction to create ice. And since the temperature around her was already lower, it was quite easy for her to create multiple layered sheets of ice in front of her and thus stop the explosions coming near her. As such she wouldn't again fall to the effects of the poison she'd already been put under the effect of once. She simply refused and with this personality as her dominant one, that refusal was enough to keep her going. "I'M FUCKING TIRED OF YOU!! UNSTOPPABLE MY ASS... I'M GONNA WATCH YOU SHATTER AND FALL TO TINY BITS~" Chiyo was so much beyond furious that she didn't really care why she was fighting anymore, she didn't care that he was stronger than she was. The girls on the sideline were huddled together for warmth but seemed to have a bit of renewed hope, as the fanged girl seemed to be holding her own even against the man as he advanced further.

If the man before her wouldn't accept the timeout which was just freezing Chiyo would go above and beyond. Though the explosion filled cage wasn't something she wanted to deal with, she still had one more thing she could do, but to do it, she'd have to give up the protection of her Ice Wall for a few moments. This would leave her open to attack and the affects of the Nitrogen poisoning but it was worth it in the eyes of the Ice Queen. As such when the last round of explosions came, she dashed forward much faster than anyone would normally expect, and when she did, she passed the young man in the cage with her, turning she kicked out in a straight line, this time aiming to pierce him with an ice laser. This hit was aimed at the center of his being and would if it hit, cause the freezing to begin from within, his Nitrogen based blood, helping the process along more so than she could force it from the outside. This movement would also swiftly be followed by a sweep of the same leg, which would create a fang from her randomly stopped motion to help with the flash freezing process from the outside. If it worked, it would take about 4 seconds to fully lock the young man in place...

Kenta's assault may have been halted, but his opponent soon gave up the defense that made such a thing possible. This left him with one more thing beyond the norm of his tricks. After Chiyo passed him, he quickly turned to charge toward her. Though he was incapable of avoiding the beam of ice, his trick had already been initiated. The moment the laser hit, an explosion of great proportions occurred from Kenta's body, filling the cage in what was Kenta's ultimate trick. This was quite the double-edged sword, considering the damage to self, but Kenta considered it a fair exchange for the sheer concussive damage it was able to produce.

Soon enough Chiyo would find that her opponent wasn't really that bad as far as ATs and tactics were concerned. Even so, she simply couldn't abide by his behavior. It would appear that she was to be subject to a massive explosion at the same time that the boy in the cage with her took the hit from her Ray of Frost attack. A grin crossed the girl's face, as even though she'd been caught in massive explosions and she was absolutely delirious... she had only fallen slightly and was actually just leaned against the cage holding herself up as she tried to keep her balance. "FUCK! I GET TO SEE IT SHATTER NOW!~" Chiyo was still in Brain Charger mode and as a Gravity Child her body was made to take the extra physical damage, she basically was left to do as she pleased with what she assumed would be a nice statue of the big nosed cretin who had violated her in this cage. A sinister air came to the fanged grin on her face as she launched herself forward one final time, this time, aiming her ATs down and into the place where the boy should be aiming to further shatter him as a person. But as she moved forward, she found that the poison's affect on her body was simply too much for her to overcome. That delirium kept her from moving further and made her fall... was she really about to lose this on a technicality because she literally couldn't move, even if this boy had already fallen.

Chiyo would find herself experiencing nothing but disappointment on this day, as the explosion from Kenta's body had nullified any freezing that would have taken place, before it did so. He stood among the dust for a few moments before falling to both knees. He may have been heavily damaged, but he was not fully without consciousness. No, the idea of adding this feisty little Queen to his harem was keeping him going still. Between her and the other fiery spirit in the group, Kenta couldn't even tell where to point his dick after recovering from this battle. "Eheheh~. I win. Crawl on over here and give daddy some suga'."

"You can go straight to hell you dick-faced fuck." Chiyo was still conscious and very much herself, but she couldn't force her body to move. "You can't be fucking serious, move!" she shouted at herself. She'd lost this if she couldn't move, and even if she could find it in herself to move she'd been bested at this point. Still she didn't see herself as the type to want to admit this. Her regalia deactivated though... if this guy hadn't been so shitty of a person she might have admitted that he was pretty strong for a normal human, though she detested the fact that his abilities only seemed to work on women. So she continued to lie on the gym floor in her cage waiting for her body to be able to move. Yes, she'd lost, but she wasn't going to change her attitude or demeanor for the man she'd lost to.

"Oooh, another feisty one! You'll fit right in. Ladies, we've got a new-" Before Kenta's statement to his team finished, a pair of bladed whips of sorts slashed through the side of the cage opposite of the four women. They retracted after a proper hole had been created, forming themselves around the wheels of a pair of ATs worn by Kanda Yuu. He wielded a new bokuto in his left hand, and his right hand held an overcoat in place over his shoulder. Said coat seemed to be one belonging to The Black Order, albeit with a few modifications including a long collar, fur lining at the collar and sleeves, and an added emblem of a skull with one eye patch on each shoulder pad. "If you're going to lose to a weakling, at least be graceful about it. This Parts War isn't over. It's my turn now."

"Don't gimme any of that! We agreed to one against this whole team, and she lost. Besides, who are you?" Kenta asked of this intruder. Kanda casually strolled forward, seeming as if he didn't care what kind of argument this man had against his participation. "Kanda Yuu, Lieutenant of The Black Order's Chimera branch. I came to offer you a double or nothing match. I win, and whatever condition Akaru here requested is met. You win, and I'll give you this," he said, lowering his bokken long enough to pick up his phone and show its screen. On it was a video of the Ice Queen dancing while beginning to remove articles of clothing belonging to her school uniform... a video previously taken by one Tsukino Mukuro using a very interesting ability of his. He paused it before it got anywhere relevant, thinking this showing was enough to strike a deal. "... Eheheheheh~. You got it!" Kenta exclaimed, seeming to be suddenly rejuvenated enough to lunge at Kanda immediately. This only resulted in a rapid series of strikes against Kenta's body, that wooden sword swiftly making impact with each of his major joints, the top of his head, and the center of his chest. Such was effective at dealing the remaining damage that would incapacitate the man with much haste. "Next," the blue-haired lad said as his opponent fell to the ground.

"Oh really, Pretty Boy, show up talking all that shit... where the fuck where you when I was getting nose-raped by Sir Dick Face." she mentioned with more than an casual eye roll. What she found most amusing was the point that he'd introduced himself as her 2nd in Command when she'd been begging him for weeks to join her and he hadn't. Taking a few seconds, Chiyo would calm herself as she blinked and returned to normal. Such normalcy would be followed by the girl's slowed heartbeat and thus the ability to move and remember that she was naked. She'd begin reaching for a lower pocket still in tact on her jumpsuit which contained a vacuum-sealed second version of said jumpsuit complete with undergarments snapped in. She would sit up and after a few seconds walk away towards the other girls outside the cage.

All of them watched in horror as their leader took a double or nothing bet and then subsequently got knocked out. All of them looked at each other, and then amongst themselves. "We can't take him, even if we all went in together." one blonde mentioned. The dark haired girl shrugged, "We're supposed to distract guys with the goods when Kenta is no good." the girl in the black uniform followed up only to have the girl with the guitar case shake her head no while looking at the screen of her own phone and checking the stats of this man. "We got no chance here, that little chick is naked right now and he still had all the focus necessary to take out Kenta." she finished. She quite admired the fanged girl for continuing to fight, and even more so this man for coming to save her. The woman in the purple Chinese dress simply opened up the front of her outfit and let her massive boobs topple nearly out. "Look, like it or not, it's our team. If we give up without even trying... it looks bad on us not him. We already lost to that sniveling piece of shit. If we lose this team too all our hard work won't mean anything anyways." said the final woman as if she was preparing to face Kanda next, she stepped up to the young man.

Chiyo on the other hand was off to the side slipping back into clothes and doing so within earshot of the group. Hearing what they had to say only furthered the Ice Queen's goals and made her remember the only reason she'd agreed to something so stupid in the first place. "Well, if you wanna fight Kanda be my guest. And if you wanna get naked, I'm not a hater or anything, but don't do it just cause this ugly fuck told you to. Get beaten one by one, do that shit on your own merit." she said glancing over at the girls who were all looking at her. "That ugly fuck has done nothing but use you... he doesn't deserve your respect in this. But I respect your moxie in wanting to defend your team. When we're done here... if you ladies would prefer to actually use your real skills... you're more than welcome to join us in the Black Order. Your freedom was my only stipulation anyways~" mentioned the Ice Queen as she walked away.

"Urusai. You were the one both arrogant and stupid enough to accept this challenge without knowing what your opponent was capable of. During your battle, his R.E.A.D. Level crossed the threshold of Special A-Class. If you weren't fighting like an emotion-driven novice, your skills could have won you that match in no more than three seconds." This was all Kanda had to say in response to Chiyo. With that said, he awaited the appearance of the next challenger. It seemed at least some of them were having withdrawals about continuing the fight with their leader down, which was something Kanda could not agree with. However, before he could open his mouth to dispute any ideas of conceding, Chiyo chimed in with her own little speech. "Now she wants to say something reasonable. Whichever of you is going to fight, step forward now. I'd rather not waste any more time than necessary."

Chiyo continued to roll her eyes at the Lotus King, as he was both right about what he had to say and about her prospects of winning even so she was not the type to readily admit such things and as such she sat down on the side lines arms crossed over her chest and pouted. "Fuck all that... never said I didn't look into and I didn't know. I will concede to taking bad odds anyways... but fuck if I've ever let odds stop me from doing shit." she flicked off Kanda and would hence sit quietly and wait as she aimed to find her calm and happy place.

Since she'd already given her little speech there and Kanda had noted the reasonableness of this action she turned only for a second and stuck her tongue out at the man. But unlike most she hadn't let her apparent defeat change the way she functioned as a being. Well, not outwardly at least, she took into account all the things that had gone wrong in her most recent battle and decided she'd never fall in such a way again. But such was the nature of a strong willed individual like Chiyo. Meanwhile the purple haired girl who was most against simply backing out of this fight, stepped up to face Kanda in the cage. All seemed to feel a bit odd about what Chiyo had to say... but since respect was what came from the now quiet fanged girl, they were content to cheer each other on and have fun for the rest of this battle. Something which was innately missing from them when Kenta as conscious.

"Kodama Izumi~ Nice to meet you." said the girl bowing before she fell into a rather odd fighting stance. She'd seen that Kenta had been knocked out long before he'd actually been able to do anything. And as she she lifted her left leg and it soon became obvious that she and her ATs were made for more physical combat. Her well muscled legs lashed out with several echoing kicks that were sort of like the mini-sonic booms expected of the Sonia road. But they were very underdeveloped. It seemed to be just enough to wind, but lacked the extra penetrating potential. As Chiyo watched this girl's attack she grinned. She could see... how she'd fallen into the trap of the man she'd been answering to. Even so, in a straight fight she probably would have kicked the man to death.

"You obviously didn't. If you had, you'd have known how to handle the fight. Right now, I'd wager you've got about seven different methods of winning in mind; none of which you thought of before. Being strong is no excuse for being stupid, Chiyo. You should expand your repertoire." At long last, Kanda's first proper opponent approached him. He bowed after she showed the courtesy of doing so herself, taking a moment thereafter to slip on his overcoat. "The pleasure is mine. Come!" he said, taking a stance of his own which involved a slight turn to the right, with his bokken held out in his left hand. When she began kicking out bursts of wind, he began slashing at them individually, nullifying each one as it came. "Interesting." In this girl's ability, he saw the potential makings of his own Road, the Lotus. Of course, there were various other possibilities, but Kanda could not help being intrigued by the sight alone. Regardless, when he finished dealing with the wind shots, he dashed forward. He would move past this girl to her left, switching his bokken into his left hand while slashing toward her back with enough force to make her double over where she stood.

Chiyo was still pouting but there was a lot of truth in the words spoken by Kanda. She rolled her eyes a little, but this is exactly why she'd sought him out to be on her team. Chiyo was singular minded from time to time, and completely incapable of thinking things through when she was upset. She knew this to be a case, so she often surrounded herself with people who would keep her from reaching that point. Be they the sort of people who could physically stop her from going off the handle, or the type of person she had to remain calm around to watch. Thinking about this this girl smirked changing her position so her legs were against the wall and her back across the bench her pigtails hanging near the floor. "I've thought of a few ways I could have won that I didn't think of before. I'll be good, and not start fights without thinking it through and think of some new stuff... I'd only done this to stretch anyways. But fuck if you have to make me feel so guilty about it, Kanda-nii~" and true enough, Chiyo was being rather calm now, even though she'd lost, she'd immediately started thinking of ways to improve her run and take better care of herself. Perhaps she didn't give enough credit to thinking more before she moved, but it wasn't as necessary before. She hated when other people were right, but this was exactly the kind of presence she needed, and between this moment and her earlier bout at the Kendo Club she completely understood why Mukuro had recommended this individual.

Meanwhile the girl had her attack dealt with much more swiftly than she'd expected. Though she did get at least a proper greeting and a fair match up out of him. At least as fair as it could be considering the difference in their skill. She doubled over at the back as the man moved, and though normally she could have tried to turn and block he was simply too fast. "Ow..." she managed as she exhaled holding the spot which had been hit. "Those things hurt."

"They do indeed," Kanda replied to his opponent of the moment. Frankly, he had no real interest in fighting any of these lasses, but such were the stakes of the Parts War. On the other hand, Kanda was content to accept his victory with his last attack. "You've suffered enough because of this team's leader. You're free to go. Send me the next one. I will accept a three out of five victory."

"Hai!" said the girl apparently known as Izumi. After a few seconds the girls all looked among each other. This man would apparently accept a 3/5 victory having previously claimed his victory over the boy known as Kenta, and now Izumi he only needed one more. Surprisingly enough before either of the other two girls could speak up or volunteer the girl with the dark hair and red eyes stood. She was wearing a variation of a school girl uniform and she waved off the other two. "I lost first, I'll take this one." she mentioned, apparently having been the first of Kenta's conquered female members.

Both of them looked at the girl wide eyed but Chiyo only continued to watch. These were all nice people, she was kind of glad she'd come here now. Despite the fact that she'd lost her own match up. As the girl rode up one would notice that her ATs had more modifications than most, in fact, they seemed to be way more intricate. "Abe Keiko." she said giving only a momentary bow before she got ready. The wheels on her ATs began to spin but a second later, she removed from a belt around her waist a small capsule. Upon dropping it a fog of smoke would be created, then the girl would dash forward through it. Using the smoke as a cover to get behind Kanda she aimed to lash out quickly at the back of his neck with a chop, the sort most people would use to stun an opponent.

As he said this, he bowed, rising only to see this Keiko individual release a smoke bomb to cloud his vision. Moments later, he received a sudden chop to the back of the neck. A stumble forward ensued, but he was soon able to recover his bearings. "Not bad," he praised, only to immediately spin around while swinging his bokken at the girl's midsection.

Chiyo watched the next little assault and her brow raised. Smoke bombs were novel, she liked that as an idea... she wanted to used it. And as such she would, though not without complimenting the girl for her choice in attack. It seemed that Kanda would be complimenting her as well... for hitting him, but his immediate recovery and swift back strike left the girl doubled over at her center. She couldn't help but have a super sharp inhale thereafter. "Damn... that really does hurt." she mentioned knowing that it would be foolish to even try and move as she was having hard enough time just remaining on her feet. "Thanks, though... we give, and that was actually sort of fun." she mentioned heading back over to the rest of the girls who were aptly discussing their apparent defeat between themselves.

"Sou ka, so it seems you won Kanda-nii." Chiyo said flipping over at the waist. In so doing she stood and her head was finally clear enough that she wasn't worried about the potential nitrogen poisoning. She bowed to the blue haired young man and was relatively respectful. "Arigatou gozaimasu."she went on to say. "Oi ladies, if you are interested, the Black Order does recruitment on the whole Thursday afternoon. "My job is done. If you ladies will excuse me, I have exams to study for," Kanda said as his farewell. He gave one final bow to the group as a whole before turning around and heading toward the gym's exit. He had come to this place only out of necessity, as the Tar King Mukuro had previously told him doing so would give him more than enough reason to rejoin The Black Order under Chimera's emblem. True to the purple-haired man's word, he did. From what he saw this day, Chiyo was prone to betting all and losing without being reined in and/or given a reason to stop and think clearly at times. Even given his past with the team, he could not allow The Black Order to suffer great loss for such a reason. So, he would provide the reins necessary to allow Chimera the prosperous future it deserved.

Chiyo heard what the Lotus King had to say and nodded. "Hai hai, good luck and let me know if you need anything from me... " Chiyo said to her apparent second in command, a second thereafter, Chiyo's stomach made an audible noise and she had the grace to look a bit embarrassed about it. "Eh, I missed second breakfast..." she said in explanation of the sound she was already beginning to roll backwards. She actually very much enjoyed the Lotus King and could appreciate his presence. Because he'd done her a solid getting her to calm down enough to think clearly. Chiyo understood enough of herself to know she needed a voice of reason or something to look out for. And while she had neither she was prone to just acting on her rather devious and innately undesirable impulses. Even so, she didn't think she'd enjoy long term being bossed about by one of peers... but there were worse things she supposed.

"Alright then, maybe see ya' tomorrow. I need to get outta here already... ja ne." she said. Taking a moment to check her phone and send a text message to get the gym cleaned up and the unnecessary stickers taken off her turf. She'd won that stuff no longer needed to be all over her turf, she also needed to shower, as she was going to meet the First Generation Sky Queen later and was in serious need of cleansing burning water and a snack of some sort.

"Arigatou Gozaimasu." the girls said in unison, thanking both Chiyo and Kanda for their combined efforts that got them free of their obligations to Kenta. With that the girls gathered their things and left the gym. A few minutes after the gym was vacated several school aged boys wearing t-shirts that marked them as members of Chimera came in and began scrubbing the floor putting the gym back together for the next days activities.

It's just normally me thinking up shit that'll get me in trouble~" mentioned the blue haired young woman who'd apparently done nothing to conceal her identity. After all, she didn't really care if she was busted and it wasn't like she hadn't done such things at this very school before this point in time, specifically because Roze told her to. This was simply an extension of such things in the woman's head.

"Figured me out then, huh? Well, it's not really my style, but... it's the easy way to get rid of classes for the rest of the term. Since we can't waste even a day here... let's just lay waste to the school. And who else would I want to bring along for this? I'll even take the heat from Roze." As Kurama considered the options for bringing down the school, his ATs began to rev. "Natural disasters are fun," he said just before taking off in a circle around the building, leaving a large trail of flames in his wake. By his approximation of the flames' volume, it would take a very small amount of time for the two riders to create a hellish storm right above the school.

"Not like you are hiding your intentions here, Flame Fox and to be fair if you'd done this with out me I would have thrown a hissy fit the likes of which this world has never seen~" Jinx said with a smirk. Even so, she was quite excited, both at the prospect of causing a bit of trouble by creating a natural disaster to stick it to the man, and by the fact that her friend had thought of her first when deciding how and what he wanted to do. When it was stated what he intended them to do a wide grin simply spread across the woman's face as she rolled backwards in the opposite direction for just a second to start her own circle in the opposite direction. By doing this steam would be created when the Flame King crossed her trail which would be wet by way of bubbles created to burst as they made contact with the ground. In the same way she'd cross into the man's flames taking a moment to hop into the air above them and douse them while she moved seemingly happy with her activities and as her actions allowed her a great bit of freedom she practically danced above this area seemingly happy. As this happened the sky began darkening and clouds began forming... this was one of the fastest storms to be built in a while and beyond that it would be much stronger than the one created by their previous quick run.

When she next crossed the Flame King's path she switch and ride with him instead. "Sou ka... taking the blame for this too... if I didn't know any better, I'd say you were trying to butter me up~" she mentioned with a grin. "Not that I think there will be any real consequences, Roze will get it, and it's not like we'll be arrested for making weather... most people don't even believe that is possible." she chimed, having already gotten excited at the prospect of the weather man trying to explain why a school was hit by the most severe storm this town would have seen in decades.

Soon enough, Kurama's Regalia had activated due to the heat caused by his run, causing his wheels to open and be replaced by wheels made of pure fire. This allowed him the ability to create steam directly from the water left behind by Jinx, instead of merely making more fire for her to put out, and thus gave more use to the residual moisture in the area. "I'm not buttering anyone up, but if it's working anyway, I'll take it. And yeah, you're right... but you know that won't stop Roze from trying to make us pay one way, or another... and I don't think either of us can afford to be locked away in that basement of hers in a couple of days. I'd still go if you went, though."

Apollymi

Jinx's Regalia had yet to properly activate though in most cases it didn't need to since there was enough residual moisture in the atmosphere she was able to do so, and such an action came with a show. It was mostly just rare for the Water Queen to need her active regalia, she'd not bothered to activate since springing herself from jail months ago, with this in mind she slowed her own pace bent over at the waist turning for just a moment. A single moment in time where the Water Queen's rear was rather open as she needed to stop and allow the activation of her regalia which shifted a couple of the wheels around and thus needed to be lifted with her heels off the ground. Once it happened though she sped back around catching what the Flame King said and chuckling. "Yes, well... it's nice to have a partner in crime who isn't scared to share the punishment. And yeah, totally counts, but I can't let ya' get away with too much. Sticking me with Fly Boy to babysit for probably about a month." she said mostly joking.

The activation of the Water Queen's Regalia led to more moisture being added to the atmosphere in the form of even thinner bubbles than she normally created. These popped with the same strength but did so much faster than the norm and allowed for a quick saturation that would lead to the sound of thunder over head. "The rain is coming~" she said smiling up at the sky seemingly very content in this moment, but this is how she always was... when she wasn't throwing fits or just being mad. It would be at this moment that a lightning strike would fall on the school's roof, only shortly before the rain itself began in a torrential downpour with multiple more strikes to accompany it. Damaging the school in various places and almost immediately causing a power failure. Parts of the building that were opened up by lighting strikes would also be poured into by the rain causing an immense bit of water damage and flooding beyond the schools walls.

As he spoke, he looked toward the woman only to see the activation process of her Regalia, which he'd gone a very long time without witnessing. When he bore witness to this, his tone changed just a bit, becoming more humored and, if nothing else, excited. "Buuut... by all means, continue revealing everything about yourself."

Kasumi realized immediately that the Flame King would recognize the favoritism of a changed nickname. After all, before this point in time only his own had ever been changed in any significant way. Kurama had gone from 'Flaming Faggot Fucktard' to 'Flame Fox' in the same way the Second Generation's Sky King had gone from 'Man-swine' to 'Fly Boy'. Despite this rather obvious association though the Water Queen would only turn to give the man the finger while spanking her own butt mostly for his benefit and because this moment was oddly nostalgic what with it being the first time in years she'd activated her regalia. "Yes, I changed his nickname and no, I'm not fucking hearing any of your shit about it." she said rolling her eyes only to playfully continue watching the storm they created strike immense amounts of lightning and begin to spread from around the school into the immediate area, including the space inhabited by the Flame King and the Water Queen. Warning sirens about the approaching storm could be heard in the distance and such sounds were common place in the Water Queen's mind, though they let her know she probably wouldn't be able to stay and play here as long as she'd like to.

Instead, he encroached upon the woman's recently smacked rear, deciding to acquaint his hand with the apparent lonelier of two cheeks. In spite of the rain and ringing sirens, he seemed to be without a care in the world. "Meh. This is a good little nostalgia trip," he said as his Regalia returned to its inactive state. "I'll be damned if that doesn't just make the itch worse though, yeah? Besides, you're the last one to talk about being late to an appointment you seemed completely opposed to making. In fact... the Sky King doesn't even know what's going on yet."

It would seem as if the Water Queen also didn't have a care in the world, as the Flame King admitted to also feeling the nostalgia of this moment. In fact she seemed rather excited that the Flame King and encroached upon her rear, and backed herself into him with a giddy movement which would only seem to stop just a tiny bit short of gyration as he explained his position on their current situation. "Fuckin' hell only kinda if you mean a lot. But but but~" the Water Queen started turning around and having just the sort of explanation to say which would make this end the way she wished it to. "I bet Frost Nipper will tell him. And even if she doesn't, she'll take a bit longer to get ready... she's all seamlessly prepared and shit... I saw her team before I wrecked it and I bet she'll have to put everything in order before she disappears.~" She said turning just a little and leaning up to peck the man on the lips. To the best of her approximation the Sky King and Ice Queen were run partners in the same way that she and the Flame King were so her assumption about the two of them speaking would be well placed. And since she knew the Ice Queen's personality much like she knew her own, she also figured the pig-tailed girl would take a bit more time running about before heading to off to their desired meeting than most would assume.

"So... what do you say... a quick run to ease the itch?~"

"I agree that she will take a bit longer than the average person. But," Kurama chimed. He took a moment after receiving Jinx's nonchalant peck on the lips to begin circling the woman in a manner akin to how she offen did herself. "When you say a quick run, what exactly do you mean? Both things I can think of that would share that term would take much longer than Chiyo, don't you think?"

After a peck delivered to his lips the Flame King began to circle the Water Queen in a manner she normally did herself. Such a thing made a cheeky smile appear on the blue haired woman's lips as she rotated in place to keep the blonde man within her line of sight. As she did this she heard what the man had to say and chided just a little. "Fuckin' hell, so... you want me to spell this shit out for ya' huh?" the blue haired woman mentioned as she began twirling one of those pigtails in addition to turning to keep up with the motions of the Flame King. "Well, of the two things you could possibly see that meaning, we are technically in the middle of the not fucking option." she said gesturing around to the storm currently raging throughout this part of the city and steadily spreading from its epicenter.

"Now, I'll just go ahead and be honest, I am so not up for a month of not Fox, without a slice before I go. I've had like 18 months of that... so... obviously I want some dick before I am off to try and be a semi-responsible adult. And no I don't think it will take longer than Frost Nipper... that is why quick was used as a descriptor. I got no evidence on this but if she's really little me than she'll likely be off to find a bit of happiness herself. Bet."

"Sorta kinda," was the Flame King's response to Jinx's query of whether she needed to spell things out or not. As she went on, he ceased his circling, replacing it with a backwards stroll of sorts toward an unplanned destination. The explanation he received was one that made the blonde male laugh. "Quick being the key word, yeah. But... I'd be very disappointed in myself if I didn't manage the best, most long-standing experience possible. And, though I doubt Chiyo is off chasing ecstasy, I definitely won't say no to a bit of fun. We'll call it a warm-up."

"Ugh." the blue haired woman managed before it became obvious that the male was no longer circling her and as such she began to follow him to whatever his unplanned destination was. "Fucking right, I get my way." she said seeming all to pleased about her particular investment in time with the blonde haired man in front of her.

"Isn't that how things always work?" he asked rhetorically as he continued to move. As he posed this question, his arms were outstretched in a quizzical gesture. The Water Queen seemed to be having a very good time at this moment and had taking to switching back and forth between her usual backward strokes and speedier forward ones. "Well, no..." she answered his rhetorical question with a smug look on her face. "There is always between a two and forty percent chance that someone more responsible than me, won't just let me do whatever shit I happen to think of at any given moment. Though with you it's usually less than ten percent." she said thinking about this in a very logical manner. When the Flame King went on to say that he'd even let her decide where they had this go, the most devious look came over this young woman's face. Actually it looked as if she'd been waiting for this, for a significant amount of time, and as such got in front of the man moving back and forth to music no one else could hear. "Ya' know, if I didn't know any better, I'd swear you just wanted to be behind me so you could stare at my ass~" she mentioned though this wasn't at all upsetting to her. The place this young woman would lead the pair of them to a place she'd always wanted to make it, the unoccupied principal's office in the school.

"Well, you're not wrong. Zero is definitely less than ten," he replied. When Jinx took the lead, Kurama followed suit to whatever venue she had chosen. At the same time, he had a chuckle in light of what she said prior to making this choice. And, indeed, he used this as an opportunity to watch the woman's hindquarters while encroaching upon the crumbling school interior. "Now why would I do a thing like that? That'd be just plain rude~"

"Um-hm." said the blue haired young woman as she finally reached her destination of choice. When asked why her companion of choice would be looking at her rear she had only a slightly snide comment to make. "You damn well better be looking, I don't squeeze into short shorts for you not to pay attention to me." she stated plainly. This young woman's actions were probably a bit confusing to most, but apparently she dressed for easy access with her friends and their appreciation and... literally no one else's. It didn't seem at all odd to her that the building was crumbling around them, in fact, she quite enjoyed her backdrop of chaos. She rolled into this office finding that she liked its set up and sat right on the edge of the desk, finding it sturdy enough for the activity she had in mind she slid back a bit allowing her feet to come off the ground as she did. "Fuckin' hell, come on then." she motioned for the man to join her, fully intending for this encounter to take place atop this principal's desk.

"Oh, come on. I think I deserve a bit more credit than that," Kurama said as he closed in on the Water Queen's location, rolling along right behind her as she moved toward the principal's office. "I'd be looking regardless." As he entered the room, he was a bit surprised to realize where they were exactly. "Well isn't that interesting? Never went to school, so you figured now is the time to live out this fantasy? Didn't expect that from you."

A smile crossed the Water Queen's face as she allowed her dangling feet to move back and forth lightly clicking against the wood of the desk. "I suppose, I can be nice and give you that one." she said with a chuckle. Of course, this bit of a humor would soon be replaced by a bit of shock, as the Flame King pointed out that her choice in destination was likely linked to her previous lack of schooling. Still a wicked smirk crossed the young woman's face as she reached out for the man's waistline and pulled him just a bit closer. "Oh, why not? I really like the idea of shirking authority. Fucking on the desks of authority figures seems like a good place to start. I got plans for Roze's desk in her office too, later though~" she mentioned being just a tad cheeky. "For now... we're gonna get busy on this desk." she stated plainly as she leaned up to kiss this man on his lips.

"That wasn't so hard, was it?" he asked, just before being pulled by the waist toward Jinx and the desk she sat upon. The blue-haired woman went on to explain in more detail why she'd chosen this desk, and her additional comment about the desk of their Sky Queen was quite amusing. "That'll be a long day." With his comment given, he leaned forward to meet the woman halfway for the kiss she'd been moving forward for. As he did so, he also grabbed onto the Water Queen's right hip with his left hand, and his own belt buckle with his right hand.

The look on the Water Queen's face was everything but hard or painful, as the man moved closer on her whims and commented about how the day they took Roze's desk would be a long one she had nothing more to say on the matter. It was likely the most irresponsible thing she'd do and as such she'd keep that one close to the chest until she was ready for that. Now that the young man, before her hand a hand on her hip and was kissing her on the desk she decided to be a good friend and help him with his belt buckle while she slipped her tongue into his mouth. Jinx had a habit of not having much to say once her brain went to other things, and now was such a moment.

And so, silence fell within the principal's office of Miyabi Academy. Well, that is to say, all was silent bar the storm above, and the crumbling and burning of the building. If nothing else, the surroundings these two currently had to deal with were reason to get a move on. As such, Kurama chose to do exactly that. As Jinx's tongue entered his mouth, his was there to match it. And, as she began fiddling with his belt, he reached forward to do the same with hers.

The Water Queen seemed to be enjoying this moment just a bit too much. But unlike her companion, the destruction and chaos around them seemed to feed her in ways which were odd. Jinx was having a good time of this and beyond the point of her tongue dancing in the mouth of the Flame King and her fingers finding what they needed to do undo his belt buckle she seemed to be having a great deal of fun. Once his belt was undone she'd aim to find what she was looking for within his pants which was something she apparently always did, practically speaking demanding what she wanted of him in this way was par for the course. And once it was in hand she'd stroke it while reaching her unoccupied hand up to the back of his neck and those golden locks to force their faces to meet even more intensely. Even so, she was all the more encouraged by this man's actions towards and edged closer to the end of the desk as she sank into the pleasure of this moment.

Shortly after his manhood was unveiled, Kurama did away with the belt worn by the Water Queen, leaving the weight of the bullets strapped to it to move it out of his way for him. From there, he went on to unfasten and unzip the woman's shorts, which freed him to begin tugging them away as she scooted closer to the desk's edge. Whenever he managed to pull these away, he'd refrain from removing them entirely, choosing instead to bring Jinx's legs together and raise both of them over his right shoulder as he forced the parting of their lips. At this point, the Flame King's inguina would find its home in hers, ever gradually pressing onward from the point of entry with small shifts to and fro during this beginning phase of coitus.

Jinx felt the weight of the bulleted belt at her waist shift and knew it would no longer be holding her shorts in place. Of course the follow up to this would be a broken kiss after her shorts were worked down just a bit. What came next, was the kind of pure and unadulterated bliss she always seemed to find. Her legs over one of the man's shoulders gave her a new and different sort of friction than the norm. But beyond this, every experience with the Flame King always seemed to be different from the last, it was part of what was fun and exciting for her as his partner. As the small shifts to and fro began after entry, her body didn't find the normal shift to relaxation. This time, it was tight and tense but the added pressure was all pleasure so she didn't mind in the slightest. In fact, such a thing would only cause the added moisture and clinching that would indicate a finish for her after a few choice strokes. "Ah!~"

As if it were nothing, the first spark of ecstasy came in no time at all. This did not, however, cease or hinder the efforts of Kurama. He continued in earnest, increasing both pace and depth with the passage of time. All the while, his eyes remained focused on the physical qualities of his singular companion in this endeavor. In spite of the crumbling building, and the notion of this being a quick bit of fun, the Flame King had no intention of rushing. No; he was sure to take hi time and enjoy himself.

Jinx's first finish never did anything to stop or hinder the man she was with, and given what he'd always shown himself to be, she was not at all surprised when he continued. More over when she looked up at his face she found him to be studying her form which was rather interesting but absolutely nothing she could complain about (especially considering that in the moments prior she'd demanded he pay attention to her). As the depth and pace increased the woman's breathing was also keenly altered, though the choice in position allowed no direct relaxation it was the best for the consistency of the sensation of the man pushing in and out of her. Another 'crest' as the man would have said himself would soon enough be reached and it would be like magic for the blue haired woman, who was apparently well on her way to forgetting that she didn't intend for this to go on very long.

Once again, Kurama would spite the time restraints of this interaction. He did so by removing himself from Jinx in the aftermath of the second crest. After doing so, he separated her legs, and dove quite literally face-first into her crotch. The man's tongue immediately began flicking and swirling about as the fore and middle fingers of his right hand found their way inside, beginning a continuum of rotating, curling motions.

In the wake of her second finish, she seemed to finally be able to relax because of the removal of the Flame King from her nether. Normally this would have come with some sort of protest from this woman, but soon enough this man was face first in her lap and it was a set of sensations which were completely and utterly maddening. "Fucking hell, you're the fucking best~." the Water Queen praised, as she occasionally did, between moans. This was, of course, only further extending their time here, but she had no problem with this, caution was gone and she no longer cared how long this took. This was the problem with the pair of them matching up, even when they intended for things to go a certain way, everything seemed to do whatever it wanted, including both of them. Soon enough the swirling within her and the tonguing of her nether would bring another peak from the woman.

Kurama accepted a bit of arrogance on his own part, taking to spelling out his full name in kanji in this woman's crotch... thrice. Jinx had no idea what Kurama was doing with his tongue below her waist line, but it was becoming by far one of the most dangerously delirious sensations she'd ever encountered. Every movement and flicker of the man below caused various twitches and pleasurable sensations within the woman's body and worked towards completely blanking her mind. She couldn't help what happened with her body as fluids built and leaked after the reaching of several peaks. As the greatest of these built she pushed back, finding words she hadn't had in many of these instances. "Fucking hell... you have to stop, I can't take this anymore~" she moaned as she pushed back like she needed to escape this man's face, lest she lose her mind completely.

As the woman began shifting away from his efforts, Kurama took the time to rise. He had been feeling her thighs for every movement, every little twitch that occurred, and doing so let him know this was not the time he wished to put an end or pause to his efforts. As such, his rise was accompanied by an immediate forward thrust, which would plunge him fully into the Water Queen's nether once again. "Sorry. You were saying?"

It seemed that the Water Queen would receive the reprieve that she sought, which would have caused her to relax, except the removal of the Flame King's face, came with the re-entry of his manhood into her person. A shift in sensation which was well beyond anything normally expected. After being teased by his tongue in a manner so unmerciful and brought to the brink of the most pleasurable sensation imaginable, she was then filled so completely her body didn't know how to react. She finished in a manner so intense that any standing and pooled water within range of them in this crumbling school house exploded as well. "Fuck, Yoichi!~" she said her head falling back as she stared up into his face. "You're trying to kill me aren't you?" she asked, as her hips began to move into his thrusts as her body began recovering, though she could still feel the tightening of herself internally as the man was within her.

"Oh come on now. You asked for this. Demanded it, actually," the man said as his thrusts remained constant. The explosions of water in the vicinity were hastening the fall of the school, and from the sound of things, sirens were quickly approaching as well. In fact, many firefighters were already outside and hosing down the school. But, this didn't currently matter to the Flame King. He was already being splashed by stray water stemming from the explosions of moments prior, so he chose to go on until there was a true problem to be dealt with.

Of the chaos and the people doing their jobs and the encroaching sirens. Of course, this was all the cacophony of her madness and thus music to her ears. Actually there was nothing better for her than doing something, somewhere you weren't supposed to be, so long as you weren't hurting anyone. Still, the movements of this man were well on their way to causing her another major peak and given this she leaned up to kiss this man and moan her pleasure into his mouth.

"I try," he said. Onward they went, continuing with this position up to the moment Jinx partially raised herself from the desk. While their lips were together, Kurama felt that there was something strange occurring beneath him. He wasn't particularly bothered by it, but a moment after this realization, the floor began to crumble. In this moment, his eyes widened. He felt himself falling toward the next floor. With nothing to grip, he was unable to create flames to use his heat platforms and stay elevated. What he could do, though, was use the desk Jinx was upon. Accessing Skylink via the Flame Regalia, Kurama borrowed the Wing Road's developed skill of shifting one's center of gravity, In doing so, he moved himself and Jinx, placing his own back against the desk while ensuring that the desk would be the first thing making ground contact, cushioning the fall altogether.

As they continued it seemed a shift in position was needed but not for the usual reasons. Soon enough Jinx would find that the reason for the Flame King's eye widening and additional movement was because the floor was collapsing beneath them. Of course, the Water Queen herself had no real problem with this, as she got to ride the man down this fall until they made contact with the floor beneath, though the swiftness of the descent along with the sudden stop of their cushioned fall, caused another peak in the woman the likes of which were even greater than she'd experienced before. Something about the mix of danger and fun were all but overwhelming for the woman as the crash would leave her body leaking moisture and clenching in tightness around this man like her life depended on it. Adding to this the fact that the change in position had given her the freedom to move her hips and happily grind in this man's lap, well the satisfaction for her in this moment was unlike any other. "Aaah~" she finished once more breaking their lip contact for this final moment.

"Though I do appreciate a chivalrous gesture or two are you alright?" she questioned. Though she hadn't moved to extricate herself from this situation. As it was stated that they should probably be getting a move on considering that one of them already had a lengthy criminal record and the other didn't really need one she grinned giving one last squeeze and a peck on the lips before extricating herself from the man's lap. "As you like~" she said a wide grin on her face as she offered him a hand up with her left and pulled her shorts back into place with her right. "Ugh, don't remind me... while I am out time is excruciating." mentioned the Water Queen though she slipped in front of the Flame King and pecked his lips. "But I might find a bit of time to be bored, keep your phone handy, ya?" she said giving the most stunningly evil look she could manage. When the sun reached the horizon, and the street lights and other fixtures had their timers activate to illuminate the area, Shoichi encroached upon the amphitheater at the end of Miyabi Academy's courtyard to the west. The area was already filled with members of the Black Order from all teams, and one particular General sat very impatiently while awaiting the Sky King's arrival. "You know, one would think that if he finally decided to come to a meeting of his own team, he'd at least have the decency to be punctual!" said the purple-haired man to his peers as he waited on the stage.

"We're here! Yare yare... I bet they're all pissed about me being late," Shoichi said as he appeared with a few others just outside the grouping of team members.

"Yare yare. You know he's always late, Muu." Shizuka stated as her white coat flapped in the wind behind her. She'd been in the presence of another Gravity Child for quite a while and it would now be shown if this was still the case or not. She'd shown up in a timely manner as per her usual way of doing things. Akiza who was right beside Mukuro seemed to simply yawn behind her hand before crossing her arms over her chest. "She's right, Muko. I didn't even know he came to these things at all." was the discussion piece offered by Izayoi Akiza. Moving right along a small girl with pig tails and straight bangs, in the slip on version of the Black Order uniform with silver decorations and a short mini-skirt, hopped up on the stage. She was holding the hands of two blonde twins one male and one female who both wore the most ridiculous grins on their faces. She'd been here a while but had slipped off to have a look at something knowing the Sky King would be late as well. "Fuck! You gotta relax, Muu-nii. You're gonna give yourself wrinkles!~" the girl said in a most teasing and sarcastic manner. Though she was a tiny bit perturbed by Shoichi's constant tardiness, she wasn't really that concerned about it. She wasn't able to hide behind scary dark make-up anymore. In fact, she looked a bit glamorous which had been an obsession of the two blondes she was with presently. The Twins were each on either side of the girl staring into her face and soon let go of her hands to circle around her. Surprisingly enough they even had on the right clothes and things this day, but Chiyo had been there when they'd gotten dressed. Still they were more than a bit surprised by the girl's rather lax attitude. "Are you sure feeling alright?" they said in unison feeling the girl's forehead and trying to figure out what could have changed her normally uptight nature by so much.

Meanwhile the other people with Shoichi seemed to be rather surprised that anyone would be upset with him. The Thunder Queen Mikasa seemed confused. "Why would they care if you're late?" she asked. But she wouldn't understand that everyone else in the team was on the 'responsible' end of the spectrum and it was Shoichi in particular who was always late. The other two girls seemed to also be curious about this, but were mostly wondering how this meeting was going to be held at a private high school. "Wow there are so many people." they said in unison.

"Did you find what you were looking for?" the dark blue-haired male in a skull motif Black Order uniform asked of Chiyo when she returned. Meanwhile, there was a red-haired male lying on the ground next to Shizuka. His left eye opened after quite some time, and his gaze shifted a bit before landing under the gray-haired girl's skirt. "You guys're worried about too much. If he's late, we get some downtime. Nice ones, by the way. Didn't think purple lace was your style," he said, presumably regarding the Echo Queen's undergarments. "Lavi..." spoke the young woman's recently returned brother, who seemed a bit perturbed by this statement. "Chillax, dude. Her fault for standing over me like that." And with that exchange, the young man called Lavi shut his eye again.

"There is no excuse for tardiness from someone who's meant to be a leader of an organization." These words were spoken by Mukuro, and simultaneously mimicked by Shoichi from afar. "That's probably what he's sayin' right now. He's probably two minutes from a fit, even! Everybody else is all responsible and whatnot, but I don't like being on time. Being the first one to show up means ya' gotta wait around for other people." Once he'd spoken these words, the man with his hands in his pockets rolled forward, turning around to the others to speak just before taking his leave of them. "Ladies... Welcome to the Black Order," he said just before hopping into the sky, where he soared above the massive crowd and onto the stage. "Yo!" he said to his Generals and Lieutenants. To everyone else in the vicinity, he made a single gesture. Shoichi's right hand emerged from his pocket, only to immediately be raised overhead with a single finger pointed to the sky. "Black Order! Kakeru!" If he was nothing else within the Black Order, Shoichi was the man to start the hype. This was how he always began and ended these meetings, no matter what they were for. And, as per usual for those in the crowd off-stage, Usagi mimicked his movement after he'd spoken. "Kakeru!" she said along with hundreds of other people in the crowd.

"Fuck! I feel fine. Go do your jobs." she said twisting from between the blonde twins causing them to crash into each other she'd then push them back behind her a bit and shrug. "Hai!" they said with smiles on their faces. Subsequently they'd hop off stage holding hands with a small tablet between them going to search the crowd for people they didn't know to register them as Black Order members. At the question of whether she'd found what she was looking for Chiyo cut her eyes in Kanda's direction. "Yes, I did. Though I didn't expect the remodel of the school to move so much stuff around." she said seeming not to care one way or the other about anything. Lavi's statements about Shizuka's underwear went noticed by the girl who didn't seem to be at all upset. "Yare, yare. Don't fake sleep to be perv, Lavi." she said as her brother seemed to get a little cross as well. "And you, seriously that isn't even bad. Promise~" she said seeming to find her calm somewhere, likely in the most recent return of her little brother. Chiyo seemed to be finding a bit of fun in Mukuro's bad mood as her eyes traveled over the crowd. "Did you miss nap-time, Muu-nii you seem cranky." she poked once more, only to have her eyes find a movement which was unmistakeable and as such she waited for the approaching greeting. "You're late." she said among the chants of 'kakeru' coming from the crowd. If nothing else, Shoichi was good at making an entrance.

And while Shoichi made an entrance, his new recruits all seemed to be stunned about the amount of hype around the Sky King's entrance. And more so than that, their eyes were drawn to stage where the generals and lieutenants were gathered. "What an organized group of people." said Hana. Sawa was already chanting 'Kakeru' with the rest of the crowd as if she belonged here, "These people are awesome!" Even Mikasa had gotten a little caught up and was doing the same though she'd never stepped foot in one of these meetings before.

"And just like that, no one in the crowd seems to care," Mukuro said regarding the late entrance of the Sky King. Afterwards, Shoichi himself lowered his hand and placed it upon his hip. "Of course I'm late! I wouldn't dare show up to a thing like this without having everybody around already!" he said to Chiyo. "But fuck all that! Who wants in on another fuckin' Parts War!" These words riled the crowd up once more, which was exactly what Shoichi was going for. There was only one thing left to do now that it seemed all agreed on participating in the Parts War yet again. "Chimera! Vongola! Black Hand!" As he called out the names of each sub-team, Shoichi pointed to a section of the amphitheater, intending for the teams to fill in to the specified areas. "Everybody else, spread out in the middle, new recruits to the front! We got core teams to build!"

"Mendokuse~" came from Akiza as she yawned again. Apparently it was still quite early for the magenta haired girl who seemed to be very tired. "Of course they don't care. He came in like he was at a concert. And people love rock stars." she said seeming to have a pretty fair grasp of the situation. The explanation being given by the Sky King to the small fanged girl made her scoff. "Shoichi Logic." and with those two words she simply let this whole thing go. Which was a huge deal on her part. As the Sky King gave the order, people in groups began shuffling around. Separating into their designated sub-teams and the un-designated ones gathering in the middle. Chiyo began moving towards the Chimera section of the amphitheater, because it'd been a while since she'd seen her team properly.

This un-designated subcategory would include the three girls who'd accompanied Shoichi on his ride over. They began making their way to the front of the crowd, where they'd be met in the middle of said crowd by a pair of blonde twins. "Alright un-designated newcomers. We need names and pictures for the directory." said the female twin as the male twin at her side finished up the necessary sentence. "Per the orders of the Generals of the Black Order." At this they began taking pictures of the unspecified people before stopping in front of them with their pictures up asking for names. "Shinjinko Hanako." said the one the other two simply shook their heads. "Could you come back to us a bit later?" said Mikasa. She still wasn't sold on joining this team, and she also knew that if she didn't join that Sawa wouldn't either. Such was the nature of their friendship. "Hai!~" they said scurrying along to continue their work with other Black Order new members.

"Oi!" Mukuro said when Chiyo began moving toward her team, aiming to halt her movements. "Don't go anywhere yet. It's your turn to be of use." As he spoke, he gestured for Shizuka to join him next to the Storm Queen. "Give us your eyes. We'll use them to be able to find the best members, and pick from the middle group to join our ranks according to their specialties... Just the same, it will make choosing our core teams a bit easier." Quite the contradiction was to follow, as Shoichi stepped forward to interject. "No way. I get first call from the ones you guys haven't picked yet. I won't need anybody else's eyes to do it, either." And with that, Shoichi hopped out into the crowd at the center. Before moving into the group of already-existing members, he activated his ocular ability and checked the existing wings of those who hadn't joined the main team yet. "'Sup guys? Who here's looking to join my new team?"

"Fuck!" Chiyo said as Mukuro explained what he intended to use her for in this moment, her movements stopped and reversed without her changing the direction she was facing. "Eh, I am not sure I like how you phrased that." she said with a smirk. Regardless she'd promised to help out so she would regardless of not liking the phrasing. Still there was something of a warning to be given here. "Eh, my eyes have changed quite a bit since last time. You may not like this as much." she said. Shizuka looked at the small girl seeming to be a bit confused. "Changed? You mean you can't do the same things any more?" she asked seeming to be formulating a different kind of plan as she stepped up beside Mukuro. "Fuck! No, not what I mean. I'll just show you. A single set for each of you should be more than enough." she said. And over a few seconds her eyes would erupt into deep ripples and several sets of tomoe per eye, totaling 10. Once this was the case a brief moment of eye contact would cause a shift in the vision of Mukuro and the vision of Shizuka. "This will probably give you both a headache." she said. Losing two points of her own vision in exchange for giving them to the Echo Queen and the Tar King respectively. Shizuka's shifted vision became a mirror of the rippled state of the girl's eyes, complete with a single tomoe around the eastern quandrant of her eyes. A show of which point of vision she'd been given. Mukuro's would do the same around the western quadrant. With this they'd have the advanced nature of the fanged girls' ability to look at people's bodies and they were both smart enough to process it how they'd like, even without the numbers floating around in Chiyo's head. "Yare yare." said Shizuka as she figured out that this vision of Chiyo's was divided and the small girl was still seeing way more than the rest of them.

Meanwhile Shoichi was busy taking advantage of his ability to see wings to pick his own team members. As he did this a couple of new members seemed to be interested and one more veteran member. A girl with purple hair slipped closer towards the front. She'd been a member of the Black Order for a very long time, pretty much since it was created. She always volunteered but she was never picked by anyone. "Me." she managed with her hand raised in the air. There was also a girl with short black hair who seemed to be wearing a ultility belt along with her normal riding gear. "Me!" Hanako also raised a hand since she was down. While Sawa and Mikasa watched this process with wide eyes.

"Hmph!" When Chiyo finally acquiesced to his wishes, after a gruesome number of seconds wasted mentioning something he had already figured out, Mukuro allowed the moment of eye contact that would permit the lending of viewpoints. However, the Tar King would not accept such a pitiful offer of one tomoe. When his eyes changed, there were three surrounding his pupil via unmentioned means of apparent thievery, and with them, he rode off toward his own team. "Ridiculous. Any headache you received was your own fault. Don't lump yourself in with the likes of us. Ikuzo, Akiza," he said, seeming to have become more than a little impatient since arriving here.

Three of the people Shoichi had spoken to seemed to take interest in his offer, including Hanako, whom he expected to do so. He had already inspected her, so to the light brunette, he nodded and gestured toward himself. The other two, he chose to address one at a time, starting with the very familiar purple-haired girl. "Oro? What are you doing here? I thought you were on somebody's team a long time ago!"

A laugh would follow Mukuro's apparent theft of three of Chiyo's points of vision. Of course, she'd know they were gone given the shift in the multiple points of her vision, still she found Mukuro's temper tantrum of sorts more than a bit amusing. "Fuck! Stealing three points of my vision. What if I fucking needed those? Also I never said it gave me a headache. Muu-nii, you're no fun!" she said as he left. Akiza who was now following behind Mukuro seemingly to be slowly returning to herself. "Mendokuse~" she said before offering a wink to the girl and joining Mukuro in front of their shared team. When they reached the team she'd simply comment absently. "You do seem a bit testy Muko~ I assumed you already knew who you were picking~" she mentioned of the young man, figuring he'd been gathering all the information he had over the last month to have an idea of who he wanted to look at ahead of time.

Shizuka on the other hand took a moment to adjust but after she had she simply shrugged. "He does seem a bit ill tempered today. Whatever, arigatou Chi-chan. Lavi, Shiro, come on we're gonna pick a couple more." she said to the pair of them to which Chiyo would only say one thing. "No problem, Mika-chan is in the crowd near the middle, you might want to take her as well." she said knowing that Mikasa would only annoy Mukuro and the girl's feelings about the young Storm Queen would likely keep them from being the sort of friends who were on a team together. "Yare, yare, I didn't expect she'd actually come." and just like that she'd head off as well. With as many eyes around and on this place as there were, Chiyo didn't need to be exceedingly close to allow the continued use of her vision. The occasionally glance between people's eyes would be enough to sustain the mirrors which allowed the use of her vision by the other two generals in the Black Order.

Meanwhile the purple haired girl was finally recognized by a leader in the Black Order and she was quite stunned by this development. "Oh. No. None of the other leaders ever notice me at these things. I've been a stagnant member of the group for a while now." she said seeming to accept this as a thing simply because it was always so. Hanako had stepped in behind Shoichi while Mikasa and Sawa continued to watch the Sky King interact with the group.

In the midst of this roll toward Vongola's designated section, Mukuro shifted his gaze toward Akiza with a scoff. "Of course I've already chosen. But, I still have to pretend to be making a decision. Besides... I figured I'd get your opinion," he said without any further fuss.

"Eh!? But you've been here since like... the beginning of the team? Nobody's picked you in two years and you're still here? You should be a General based on dedication," Shoichi said to the teen, seeming to be in utter shock by her long-standing presence as a 'lesser' member of the team. "Lookin' at you, though... ya' got some crazy potential! Eto... Yamura Masumi, wasn't it? I gotta have you on my team! C'mon." With that said, Shoichi accepted the second addition to his team this day. Now, he could move on to the raven-haired lass, whom he'd yet to officially meet face-to-face. "Abe Kaori, yeah? Sugoi! Your wings have stretch marks; that's some fast development! You've only been here a couple of months now, right?" he asked of the girl. Interestingly enough, Shoichi knew this new member's name, as well as the name of the lass who'd gone mostly unnoticed for years. This was simply because Shoichi knew the names of every member the Black Order had, no matter how old, new, or allegedly significant.

A smirk came to Akiza's face as there was the claim that Mukuro had indeed already chosen who he wanted to have on his core team. And that he was only pretending to have a look to quell the masses and give Akiza a chance to share her opinion. "Oh? Well, when you say it like that, how can I turn you down~" she said teasing as they made their way over to the Vongola section.

Finally chosen the girl apparently named Yamura Masumi positioned herself with the rest of Shoichi's group. A bit of a smile came to the girl's normally neutral face. "I didn't think anybody around here noticed me. But he knows my name." she said. Though her entire countenance maintained a strict neutrality she was glad to finally be included. Abe Kaori was now being addressed and the girl with the short hair looked to the white haired man and nodded. "Yeah, I have been quite busy. I wouldn't mind joining your team." she said stepping out of line to join the young man. This would bring a complaint from someone who'd recently stepped up. "No fair, Shoichi! I wanted that one." these were the words of the Storm Queen. She seemed to be a bit annoyed by the choice of Abe Kaori, but she was amused by the choices the girl had been one of her own for obvious reasons. She said initially, her attention diverting just a tad to the purple haired girl who gave her quite the uneasy feeling. "The anger and annoyance in your voice doesn't match how you actually feel. You're really happy right now and that's a bit confusing." said the purple haired girl to Chiyo which made the Storm Queen's eyes widen.

Meanwhile Shizuka stood in front of her group of people presumably with Lavi and Toshiro at her back. With this in mind she looked over the group and seemed to be quite pleased with it overall. The specializations of each member being made obvious by the use of Chiyo's extra vision. It would only take her a second or two to decide. "What about Xanxus?" she asked flicking her eyes over the rather muscular lad with the scars on his face. He'd be the best fit for the kind of team she was planning on building and with the addition of Mikasa it would be perfect.

"Whatever the case," Mukuro said when he finally came to a stop before the Vongola team, finding Chiyo's ocular ability to be a fun little trinket to use when viewing the masses. "I would have to say my top selections are the twins, and obviously, Setsuka. She, especially, would have incredible merit. I believe the twins have the sort of synergy we need for our team."

Meanwhile, Shoichi was grinning widely at the black-haired girl before him. "Heheh, awesome! Bring that ass over here!" he said. He was quite satisfied with his selections thus far, but with Chiyo's arrival, it seemed she had intended to recruit this lass into her team. When this was brought up, Shoichi pointed his tongue at the fanged lass. What came next, though, was a bit strange. His second pick of the day pointed out Chiyo's emotional state, successfully creeping out the Storm Queen, and bringing an even wider grin to Shoichi's face. "Eheheh! I knew you were a good pick!"

Toshiro had no idea who this Xanxus person was, but he followed Shizuka's line of vision to see the male in question. Even looking at him, he had no form of input. Lavi, on the other hand, was seasoned enough to have a few words. "He's got the oomph; that's for sure. I had him roll with me a few times, and he went for elimination rounds on the whole enemy team. If you wanna deal with that attitude of his, go for it."

Akiza looked at the Tar King and his choices were people she recognized. The twins within the Vongola team were a pair of pink haired individuals of about 16 with the surname Itami. They seemed to have some very strange synergy but that was why they were apparently useful to the Tar King. The mention of Setsuka got a simple nod from the pink haired young woman. "I also like Setsuka. She's interesting and I'd say absurdly clever but you're standing here." mentioned with an eye roll. "But it'd be too easy if I just agreed with you, why'd you want Chiyo's eyes to confirm them?" she asked, more than willing to give the purple haired young man a chance to show off and explain his reasoning.

Meanwhile Chiyo's eyes shifted across to the purple haired girl. She used all her remaining points of vision to look her over and finally figure out after she'd spoken why it was that she felt uneasy around her. "Sou ka." she said looking at the girl, the numbers in Chiyo's head when she looked at this young woman were all the same and completely neutral on the scale that Chiyo's head had. It was as if the girl simply didn't have any defining characteristics and it more than explained why Chiyo thought her odd and thus avoided her. Anyone that neutral was frightening to a predator, and even Chiyo could admit this in her own head, aloud though her words were probably strange to most. "You are far too..." she seemed to be looking around in her head for a word. "Prickly for a prey animal. I noticed you more than a year ago Yamura-chan... but you make me a bit uneasy. Now I know why, but you'll fit right in with Shoichi." she said a second later. The small girl looked confused... "Prickly prey animal? As a compliment?" she murmured not getting the reference but knowing the small girl didn't mean it as an insult in fact it felt like a compliment for some reason. While Chiyo returned the tongue sticking out gesture to the Sky King she gave him the finger. "Fuck! I am done with this, I'm going back to my boys!~ Maybe next time, Kaori-san~" said the small girl as her rude gesture to Shoichi turned into a quick salute. "Also, hello Mika-chan!~" she said to Mikasa before she rocketed herself backward, the pink haired girl would wave as well. She was going to her own group to choose a new person or two for her main team and ask Kanda's opinion since he spent more time with them. "Fuck! Kanda-nii... whatcha got for me? It seems Shoichi preemptively took Kaori-san." she said to the young man directly.

And when this happened, the Hammer King went into detail about the young man named Xanxus to Shizuka. He seemed to have a high enough opinon of the young man, aside from an apparent attitude problem which just made Shizuka laugh. "Well, I mean I deal with all of you, I doubt he will be so bad." she said a smile on her face. "Xanxus, you want in the main team for the next Parts War?" she asked of the young man seemingly without thinking about it more. But with Chiyo's visual capabilities she knew that this young man was almost perfect for the kind of team she was building right now.

"Don't sell me so short," was Mukuro's immediate reply to Akiza's query. "I didn't need such a thing for any reason. It's fun to play around with and all, but I knew Chiyo would only offer a single point, and I wanted to confirm my theory of being able to take more."

For whatever reason, Chiyo hung around Shoichi's recruiting area long enough to have a full conversation with the purple-haired girl he had chosen. Eventually though, she decided to return to her own quadrant, giving the Sky King the opening to address his team once more. "Right. That makes four of us. I've got somebody else I've been trying to recruit since earlier, but... I kinda wanna leave here tonight with a full team, just in case," he said, hazarding a glance toward the girl named Sawa. "So, ya' gonna check out the other teams? I ain't leaving here with more than five for today, and I really don't wanna pick out anybody else without getting your answer."

In the meantime, Chiyo reached Kanda's location while the young man was leaning against the lower end of the stage with his eyes closed. "Hmph," he said when she spoke of the lass Kaori being chosen already. "It's not like we needed her. I wouldn't trust anyone from the Landlocked Pirates. Beyond being probably broken, she obviously doesn't have a lot of commitment to a form of combat. Variety isn't always a strength, and we have enough of it on the team that we don't need it from a single member."

In the Black Hand's section, Lavi scoffed, and the male with spiky brown hair that was buzz cut on the sides looked up, having heard his name called out. "Ou," he said in a lax, seemingly uncaring fashion as he moved forward into the core team of the Black Hand. "That's that. Still gonna try Kasa-chan? She's over there with the newbies."

"I didn't say you needed them." mentioned the Thorn Queen with a cheeky smirk. "I said you wanted them. Those are different things. But I totally get it...." she said seeming to find amusement in this. Since he'd already chosen the members and she wasn't opposed to them, this was mostly just standing around chatting. "Also do they really work for you, you know since the numbers Chiyo sees are like all in her head?" she asked this was merely a curiosity.

Meanwhile the girls around Shoichi seemed to be addressed once more after the departure of the Storm Queen. He seemed to have most of the people he wanted for his team, except for Sawa who hadn't really put herself out there just yet. She'd been chatting with Mikasa but she'd watched the exchanges happening here and seemed stunned by them. "Eh, I've been checkin' everyone out. Ya'll are really lively. I don't think I'd do that Vongola group... it looks like it has a dress code I fall a bit shy of~" she said jokingly. Such a conversation would continue between them for a few moments. "Also I kind of like that girl, she seems like she does lots of stuff. But they seem a bit hard to approach." she said her eyes flickering over to Chiyo who was now standing beside and chatting with Kanda.

"Fuck! But she's gonna be so good, it's fuckin' annoying." said Chiyo but she soon enough gave up on Kaori. She supposed it was for the best, she and girls didn't tend to get along that well anyways. She supposed then it wasn't much to worry about and instead she'd flick her eyes over the group of people who were before her. "So, Kanda-nii got any favorites I should consider?" she asked of the young man. She was willing to take his opinion on a couple of the candidates there was one though that she was having regardless.

Meanwhile, Shizuka smiled and nodded as Xanxus joined them and she was asked if she was going for Mikasa. "Hai, Mika-chan is still the best possible fit for the group I am making right now. I am going to assume Sho-nii didn't go for her so~" and with that Shizuka soon made her way over to the group to begin conversing with Mikasa about joining her team. "Mika-chan, I am surprised you came. Did ya' think about my offer?" she asked of the girl who seemed to be a bit stunned. "I considered it yes, but I really don't think I'm made for a team or anything." she said seeming to be a bit sad about it. But Shizuka had Chiyo's eyes so she saw the more minor things playing below the young woman's speech. The twitch and eye flicker towards her friend who looked to Shizuka to be a bit messed up physically or something of the sort. "Yare yare. Blaming yourself for a hurt teammate, who has already moved on enough to join another team. Not crying so much but still a bit soft yeah?" she asked of the girl. Who seemed stunned by the observation. "Ano, it isn't like that... I just." she started only to have Shizuka finish. "You feel guilty. I get that... but you gotta have some fun. I am not asking anything too great and it looks like your friends all want you to have some fun. So hang out with us. You aren't the only one to have a team fail, but you gotta get back in there or you're just gonna stay the way you are." she said to the girl extending a hand. Mikasa looked to her friends who seemed to agree. "She's right, Beautiful. Plus it would be fun to get out there again." said Sawa who was still undecided at this point. "Also you don't have to feel bad for me. I'm going back out too, Takeuchi-san said he'd help me so we'll be able to hang out together like we used to. Or rather even better." and with these words of encouragement, the pink haired girl had tears falling from her eyes. "Okay I'll join up." she said taking Shizuka's hand. Which seemed to excite the girl. "Yare yare... that took far too long. No need to cry." she said with a motion to the other guys that they'd gotten the last person they needed.

"Yes, they work sufficiently. I didn't appreciate the idea of using numbers; it's far too cloggy. So, I traded them for statistic sheets applied to each person's torso." This was Mukuro's summary of his use of Chiyo's eye.

Sawa's observation about the Vongola team was about right, causing Shoichi to laugh. The same could be said about her thoughts regarding Chimera. This left only two options, if she truly wished to join the Black Order: The Black Hand, and his own team. Coincidentally, Shizuka was presently focusing her attention on Mikasa for recruitment. Shoichi remained silent during this discussion, and it seemed to work in Shizuka's favor. "One more for team swagger! Osu!" he said. "Looks like everybody's finishing up but me."

"Urusei," Kanda replied to the fanged girl. Though he would have approved of this Kaori girl joining Chimera, had that been the case, he saw no point whatsoever mulling over this occurrence. As for his offers for consideration, he had only two from what he had seen in the recent weeks, and one heavily outweighed the other. "I would like to recommend Koichi, but..." Before he explained his reasoning, Kanda stood erect and faced the team. "Chimera! Seiretsu!" he called out, causing all members of the Chimera team to stand at attention. "Shomennirei!" At his command, the group then bowed toward Chiyo and himself. He had one final command for the team thereafter. "Chakuza!" And with that, they all sat on their knees. All of these commands were a result of Kanda's efforts over the past month or so to incorporate the discipline he taught members of the Kendo club into this team. One would note that the individual named Koichi was a bit sluggish on the responses. "A single stroke is the difference between life and death, and an inability to take a command will guarantee that stroke's failure. Take note of Hisoka. He has my vote."

"Sou ka. That all sounds horrible. I think I have more than enough in my head. I'll leave that to you guys~" was all Akiza had to say about it. Figuring they'd been talking long enough to seem like they were busy she smirked to the Tar King. "I feel we've waited long enough to tell them which ones of them we want for the main team." she said seemingly amused but willing to leave this alone as everything seemed to be working itself out.

Meanwhile, Shizuka got Mikasa for her team and the girl seemed to be just fine with this. The twins would pop up again looking for her name and designation. "Are you ready now?" they asked in unison. "Hai, Nishimura Mikasa." she said they pinned the name to her picture and dragged her into the Black Hand moving right along that only left Sawa. Who grinned happy her friend had finally joined somewhere even so, she couldn't well piggy back off the girl forever. "Well, nice job. I think I am actually cool with being on your team, Takeuchi-san. To be fair, I think it'd be the easiest way to figure myself out~" she said the twins were still nearby and circled back with grins on their faces. "And you?" asked the female twin. "Satomi Sawa." she said which caused them to drag the girl into a box which didn't have a name but included Shoichi and all the people he'd chosen this day. "Shoichi-nii, you still haven't chosen a name for your team. Or if you have, you haven't told us yet!~" the male twin chimed as if he was waiting.

Meanwhile, Chiyo was given an interesting show of the new talents of her team. As Kanda gave them orders they all seemed to move without question. Now she was all for people doing what she said when she said it, but such a view made her exceedingly jolly for reasons unknown. A small giggle would escape the girl as she looked at Kanda beginning to circle the young man after having a full observation of the young men before her. "Fuck! What did you do to my boys?" she asked as she switching her movements to carry her to the front of this line. The man known as Hisoka wasn't one she was personally familiar with outside of the team, but his reflexes were indeed exactly what the Lotus King described. "But I can see why he has your vote. Fuckin' awesome~" Her eye traveled over the young man and his numbers were astronomical compared to what she expected for a non-gravity child. This was also a bit exciting. What would also be noticed was a small boy compared to the rest of the team, who'd also completed his movements flawlessly. He looked to be about 10 years old, and there was a fierceness in his eyes which made the small girl pick him in the first place. Usually small children didn't respond well to the military style treatment but he seemed to enjoy it. There was a sternness to the small boy which made the girl stop before him. He was also her choice and she'd look back to Kanda to see how he felt about it, not that it'd change her mind about the small boy. The look was almost like a child asking an elder about a pet, but she had to know this young man's opinion on her own favorite choice.

"You sell yourself short. You would surely be able to handle such a thing with relative ease." Mukuro agreed that enough time had been wasted, and that it was now an appropriate moment to make the final choice known. He nodded to Akiza, following this gesture with a gaze toward the crowd. "Okimoto Setsuka! Itami Kazue! Itami Masaki!" he called out.

"YOSH! Full team!" Shoichi said to showcase his excitement when Sawa chose to join his team. He had everything he wanted now, and thus, he rolled away from the group to turn around and face his entire team at once. "Watashi wa Takeuchi Shoichi; yoroshiku onegaishimasu!" Since he had never properly met half of the team before him, he thought an official introduction was in order. As such, he made one with the most formal bow his typically lax demeanor afforded him. In the midst of this bow, the blonde twins mentioned the fact that his team had no name. This made him look up and observe his members with a smile, and as he did so, the Pledge Queen herself stepped into the group, subtly connecting her Regalia to the twins' device to insert herself in Shoichi's team directory as well. "Eto... team name again..." he said while Usagi left her ability to tamper with the twins' device open. "What do you guys think about... White Spell?" he asked. In this moment, Usagi forced the change of information in the tablet again, applying the team's name immediately without so much as a word about anything she'd done.

Kanda came to realize that Chiyo remained unaware of his tampering with the team during her absence. When asked about this, he noted the grin on the Storm Queen's face. "You like it, then? I figured with all the changes happening, we could pass as the Black Order's military force this time around. Those classifications still exist, right?" he asked. Moving right along, and with Chiyo seeming to approve of his choice, it seemed she had already picked one of her own. Of all the members she had to chose from, a very young boy was her selection. Kanda had seen this lad's performance when running drills, and had to say he stood out in a way, even among the adults. When Chiyo looked to him for his opinion, he grinned and nodded immediately.

"Mendokuse. Yeah, you say that, but the idea of it gives me a headache~" she said. Akiza would rather leave the extra vision and all unnecessary work to the others. She thought all their abilities to be rather entertaining but only from the third person perspective. After all, she had her own issues to deal with. Speaking of, their choices for the completion of their team had been finalized. The nod from Mukuro would lead the girl to finishing up his statement. "You three will complete our core team for the upcoming Parts War." she said to the group in its entirety. A girl with pink hair braided and a tiny white tuft stepped forward. She seemed to be dressed in a rather ridiculous fashion complete with a white fluffy cape and random armor pieces in gold, white and red. "Hai!" she said seeming to be amused by it. The girl known as Okimoto Setsuka also stepped up. She had dark green hair and a mainland influence on her clothing choices. Atop her head a rather ornate hate. She'd bow as well and seemed to be a tiny bit shy. "Arigatou Gozaimasu~"

Moving right along the Twins were being hacked by the Pledge Queen and it took them a few seconds to realize what happened. "I like it." said Hana. "Sounds fine to me." was the response given by Kaori. "That's really awesome!" was Sawa's very hype reply. The purple haired girl nodded as well seeming to not be as fond of speech as the rest of the group. With this in mind the Twins were going to put the name in. "Hai!~ Ariga..." there was a pause in both of them as they held hands looking at the screen of their device. They seemed to be a bit confused, of course there was only one answer to this and their eyes with the three different colors they possessed looked to the Pledge Queen. "Usagi-onee has been busy." said the female twin Rin. "Hai, this kind of thing is a bit weird from the perspective of not being the one to do it." said the male twin. "AWESOME!~" they chimed as the aimed to capture the Pledge Queen in a hug. Having finished up here, it was almost time for them to go to the next group.

At the questions posed by the Lotus King, the grin on Chiyo's face didn't shift at all. "Fuck! Of course I do, order makes me happy." said the girl of the apparent organization and the ability of her boys to follow an order without question. To the bit about the actual classification of the teams existing in their old way she shrugged. "I don't really know. But if they don't they're fuckin' gonna. This is mine this time." she said of the potential military classification of her team. As for the boys themselves it seemed that Kanda wholeheartedly approved of her other decision so she called them both forward. "Hisoka! Taiga! With me." she said to both of them her eyes going back to the boy known as Koichi. She looked him over again and his numbers were good and she kind of didn't want to leave him behind. The small boy with his bright red hair immediately stepped out of line saluting the young woman with his right arm crossed over her chest and a bow which would be followed by him coming to stand with her as she'd requested.

"Hai," Usagi said to the pair of twins as she met their embrace, subconsciously squeezing in a way that was sure to smother the pair in her bosom for a few seconds, before ultimately letting go. As for the tampering she'd done, she turned to Shoichi with a single statement. "Oh! Sho-kun, I placed myself on your team. I can participate now, and I'd like to have a bit of fun, too," she spoke bashfully. "Hey, no complaints from me. If I'd known you wanted to join up, I would have thrown you on the roster first! So, you guys wanna get out of here and get started on some training?"

The decision to leave the one known as Koichi behind was the appropriate choice, as far as Kanda was concerned. Hisoka rose and saluted along with the boy named Taiga when they were called out. "Hai!" he said with a grin most wicked as he moved to join the Chimera core team.

Coincidentally around the time the teams were being completed, an intruder entered the amphitheater. He was a man with long, blonde hair, a red suit, and a pair of sunglasses with red frames. He entered on a motorcycle of some strange design, which traveled as quickly, yet as smoothly, as a high-grade pair of ATs. This bike took him onto the stage next to the Vongola team's area, and he stopped the vehicle only to look toward Akiza. "Konbanwa, Aki-chan."

The twins seemed happy to enjoy their face to chest time for the few seconds it was provided. Like small animals they seemed to thrive on the affections of others. When they were released from this embrace, they ran off to another set of people to do things hand in hand as always. At the question of wanting to go do some training all of the members of Shoichi's team simply nodded their agreement and were more than willing to head off wherever that man led.

Moving right along though, there was Chiyo who seemed to be sizing up her new teammates in a very specific way. "Fuck! This is gonna be fun... but Kanda-nii~" she chimed seeming to turn around to look at the blue haired young man to pose a question about a problem they would currently be facing. "We are still one short for the core. Should we just wait on it?" she asked. She was never the most patient person, so she'd allow this decision to wait. It wasn't like they couldn't sign up literally anyone else from the group if a place holder was needed.

Finally there was the entrance of a motorbike which attracted the attention of multiple people around. But surprisingly enough it stopped near the Vongola area and the person atop it seemed content to address one Izayoi Akiza with much familiarity. She looked over the bike initially having no idea who could be on it, but the voice was one familiar to her, and beyond that after having a good look at the young man she seemed to know exactly who he was. A whistle of appreciation came from the young woman as she rolled forward just a bit. "Ito-san~ Konbanwa. I can't say I expected to ever see you again. Nice bike by the way." she said seemingly amused by all of this. She'd once shared a meal and a rather interesting helicopter ride with this man, there was no reason to be anything but friendly towards him, as he was with her the entirety of their knowing each other.

Shoichi's departure was paused by the arrival of this blonde man on a motorcycle, but after a bit of closer inspection, he felt he had seen this person before. This man was no threat to anyone here, no matter which way the situation was looked at. So, he returned to his business, and beckoned his team before taking his leave.

"Mendokusai yo!" Kanda replied when Chiyo nagged about being short a member. "If you're going to bring this information to me, which one of us is the leader? Just pick someone; I'll give my opinion if needed."

"That's a bit unreasonable, don't you think?" said the man whom Akiza referred to as Ito. Now that he had gotten situated, he leaned back on his vehicle, and removed his shades to look upon the lass with more light in his vision. "We would have met again sooner, but Takeuchi-san has had less use of me. Iie... that's a lie. I've just been left to my own devices for the most part, so long as I keep an eye on you and your peers." When the young woman commented on his mode of transportation, the man grinned and reached into a compartment on the bike's left side. "Arigatou gozaimashita. It was the best they had in the city. I still don't know what all the features are. Anyway, aside from just seeing how things are going with you and the others, I came to give you this," he said, passing along the item he'd received from his storage compartment. It was a small parcel which, if shaken, would contain two baseball-sized objects of unknown origin within. "I'm sure you remember what we agreed I'd bring next time. Takeuchi-san finally got around to it."

A giggle came from Chiyo as Shoichi and his team made their exit. Mostly because of the reaction she'd managed to spawn from the Lotus King when she'd asked him a question. Of course, Chiyo didn't normally ask such questions, it was only done now because she found Kanda to be just the right sort of abrasive that he likely wouldn't just take a straight order from the small girl. She figured he wanted to be included, the fact that he chose to not want this made the small girl playfully annoyed. "Fuck! Ya' know, I am gonna need a list of shit you do and don't want to be included in. Fuckin' mad 'cause I ask questions. There's literally no fucking winning with you. 'Cause you know, fuck if I should just defer to the person who's older than me with a bit more judgement once in a while." the girl mouthed off complete with hand gestures and eye rolling, but she wasn't upset she was simply pointing out that this was a weird situation to navigate. None the less, she didn't feel like choosing another at present. "Eh, something interesting will show up eventually. I am not worried about it right just now~" the girl said choosing to let the open situation of her team ride for just a little bit. She turned back to the rest of the team, the meeting was dwindling to a close. "The rest of you are dismissed." and she said with a smile on her face, but coming from the small fanged girl it was an order for the rest of her team to disappear. Come to think about it, she had a new thing she'd yet to go see yet, and she supposed this small group of people would be worthwhile to take with her and view it as well.

"Well, maybe just a little, but I don't see why that should change anything~" was Akiza's response to the idea that she was being unreasonable in the assumption that she wouldn't ever see the man standing before her again. Beyond this the man mentioned that his official job was apparently spying on their generation of gravity children which made the woman laugh a little while rubbing her forehead just a little. "Mendokuse, so you're saying that your job is now spying on us? That's totally reassuring." she said seeming to find humor in it. At the bits about his new mode of transportation she could only laugh a bit, she supposed him walking away from the city with such a piece of machinery wasn't that bad. Beyond this he apparently came to deliver something that had been discussed before to the Thorn Queen which she accepted gently shaking the package. She knew what the box contained by virtue of how it was mentioned. "Arigatou Gozaimasu~" she said seeming to be very pleased with the blonde man before her, if only because there was something very special about the parts within the box.

"Urusai! If you're going to be the General here, at least have the decency to give an order instead of deferring to me every time!" the Lotus King barked. He, too, didn't seem incredibly serious in this moment, but he stood with folded arms nonetheless. "We're technically registered for far more than enough members anyway. Some of these guys can get some practice in as alternates before a final decision is made."

"I wouldn't call it spying. I don't have a report or anything. I'm just... keeping an eye out." Once he had handed off the package, the man returned to his relaxed posture. His eyes shifted around the amphitheater, scanning each of the high-ranking members of the Black Order. "So, these are the others? I wonder how progress is coming along... and if anyone is lacking on development. The stakes are quite high this year."

"Fuck! I thought the same thing. I am tentatively hoping to be wowed by someone I might have overlooked. Not likely but the idea is nice." mentioned the small girl on the plan to rotate members of the team into the Parts War until an official 5th was found. Not that it really mattered to the girl at this point. She seemed to find it easier to discuss things with this young man in such a way. "Oh and I had the Twins working on a thing. They finished up today... You guys are the core so I we should see it together! It's gonna be awesome!~" said the girl. Her surprise was of course, a new space for the Chimera team specifically, but it was very different from the meeting room they inhabited within the school. "Hai, Chi-nee!" were the words of the small boy Taiga who'd been kind of quiet over the last couple of moments.

"I wouldn't call it spying. I wouldn't call it kidnapping. I know you see where this is going~" said the pink haired girl who was feeling particularly cheeky at present. But it wasn't really malicious. No she was having a bit of fun at the blonde man's expense if only because it was an interesting way to pass the time. As they continued the discussion the other gravity children were brought up and the girl glanced around a bit. "You don't know any of the others directly do you? That's everyone else, and most have been preparing themselves for a while now... some might not have needed to. We're a varied group of people~" she said happily of her group. Not that it really mattered. "Mendokuse, that doesn't make any difference to most of us." she stated of the stakes of the Parts War. From the information she'd been given by Roze during her 'training' she was fairly certain nothing about the goals of the Black Order as a whole would be compromised by their participation.

"I have absolutely no clue what you could be talking about," the man said in jest. Of course, he was doing nothing more than jabbing at a bit of justification for himself, but that wasn't very important. What was important, was the team before him, and the apparent stakes of the Parts War this time around. "Oh, I mean nothing to do with your team. Lives are on the line here, as I'm sure you know. But, I'm sure you'll be fine. What of these others, though? I am familiar with Vongola, but perhaps you could educate me on these other teams."

"Sure you've got no idea what I mean~" Akiza was having a bit of fun, but it seemed that the man before her was keen to learn a bit about the structure of the other teams which made up the Black Order. "Medokuse," she said a hand coming under her chin as she thought about the best way to explain. "Well, the Black Hand... that's Onishi Shizuka's group over there." she said with a nod to where the Echo Queen and her current core team were still gathered around talking. "They'd be kind of like a spec ops team. Sho-nii calls them 'Team Swagger' they are all fairly strong physically speaking. With very specialized skill sets. Except Shizu herself she's more support and all tactician. If I had to call them something, I'd say they were like a special forces. A group with an answer to almost anything on an individual level. Her choices added today probably aimed to strengthen that dynamic. So I'm sure they'll all be fine. Her group also includes the most Gravity Children as members, at four." she said of Shizuka and her group. Of course, this would seem odd, but Akiza seemed to have a more than reasonable understanding of the Black Order's structure.

Moving right along, she looked to the young Storm Queen and her group and quietly thought about how to describe them as well. "Eh, Chimera is the group that is run by Akaru Chiyo. The little one with the fangs and pigtails. That one, is a bit strange. Chi-chan is in charge of the Disciplinary Committee at the school, as a result the team she runs kind of serves the same purpose for the entire Black Order. She's all about the rules, not following them herself but making and enforcing them. Given the little show Kanda put on for her earlier, I'd say they've gone full paramilitary or police force. Both Chi-chan and Kanda are strong enough to take care of themselves and anyone else they choose to take care of, and they wouldn't surround themselves with weaklings either. Chi-chan herself as a soft spot for kids, but they'd be strong ones that likely remind her of herself in someway. That team will probably be perfectly synergized with orders being given, swiftly followed, perfectly coordinated, and... well brutal. I don't think there would be any other way to describe their team but Chi-chan is fair so I have faith in them as well." she said and that was it. There was also still the matter of Shoichi's Team but that one wasn't quite solid yet.

"Sho-nii also made a team, but he flew off with them a bit after you got here. I doubt they will seem like anything special at first glance. But... that is simply the way he is. He'll likely bring them back from wherever as pains in all our asses. But Sho-nii is in this to have fun, and given his skills and the amount of time he spent training recently I doubt there is anything to worry about on his front either." she finished up on the crash course of the Black Order. "Eh, I think that about covers it. Questions?" the pink haired girl asked as if she was unsure if all of that information was clear or not.

"Hmm..." As Akiza carried on with her explanation of each individual team, how they functioned, and so on, the blonde male traced the individuals in question with his eyes. From all that she said about the groups, they would be relatively fine. He did find these individuals to be a bit strange compared to his expectancy of them. "Sou ka. So this is the sort of force the Black Order has to offer. I suppose with such a balance as that, you all can better yourselves, as well as each other along the way. Yare yare. My information didn't prepare me for this." With that said, the man reverted his vehicle into a low power setting, and used it to coast along the stage while nodding his head in Akiza's direction. "No more questions. Arigatou gozaimashita, Aki-chan," he said just before gliding away from the lass to get a better view of the other teams.

Akiza seemed to find it funny that the information the man had didn't seem to prepare him for the sort of people the second generation of gravity children had turned out to be. The thought of it made her laugh. To his statements of these points she had nothing to say, she simply watched as he aimed to go away at his slow pace and do whatever he intended to do. "No problem. Thanks again~" she said in reference to the small box she continued to possess. "This is going to be amazing!~" she chimed about the small box seemingly to herself.

Meanwhile the two blonde twins made their way around the other groups. They'd already gathered all the names necessary from the Vongola directly from the extra members and were now circling around Shizuka and her members filing away their important information as well. "Hai hai!~ Shizu-nee. Let us know if you need anything else." they said to her and their group at large. Shizuka simply nodded, knowing that the duo of blondes would be reporting back to Chiyo in a matter of seconds. While she looked back to her own group. "Anything else we need to do while we're here with access to anyone else?" she asked not seeming to remember anything in particular.

The Twins' behavior in these moments was always very normal. They spun around hand in hand in the space between the Black Hand and Chimera which was down to four members as the rest had been sent on their way. "Chiyo-chan~ We've finished." the pair sang as they skated around her. Much to the small girl's irritation she didn't bother trying to escape the circling and instead simply held out a hand for the device they possessed. It was handed over as the pair both held hands and continued to spin the devices around their waist slowly pulsating with the fanged girl's heart beat as they happily held hands.

Mukuro had been occupying himself with minor discussions of plans with the new official members of the Vongola core team while Akiza had her little meeting with the motorcycle-riding male. When he vacated the immediate area, the Tar King's eyes shifted toward the girl's location. "And who might that have been? I hardly doubt you'd be accepting the gift of a stranger."

In the meantime, Toshiro retained his growing habit of silence during this team interaction, even taking to moving throughout the Black Hand team as a whole while things finished up. Lavi, ever the lazy one, had never moved from the Echo Queen's side. "Nothing I can think of. Shiro-chan looks like he's getting used to everybody still, so I'd just leave him to that and call it a day for the meeting. Y'know, we should really bring burgers to this thing!" he said. When the whirring sound the blonde male's motorcycle made in its low power state drew closer, Lavi's eye shifted in its direction. It seemed this was the direction he had chosen to go, and Lavi was taking note of his presence for the first time now. "Sou ka... that's what that noise was. Fuckin' sweet bike, but who the hell's that?"

After her conversation with Shigeru, it seemed that Akiza was fated to have another conversation with Mukuro about it. His observation that she wouldn't have accepted a gift from a stranger was rather spot on. That being said, the magenta haired lass shifted towards the Tar King and shrugged. "Just a guy who kidnapped me once." she summarized, finding the joke to be a bit amusing before giving the proper explanation. "Ito Shigeru, he's one of the Windstorm G-Men. Specifically, he's Roze's second in command." she said with a nod. "And this isn't technically from him... it's from her. She told me I could take an upgrade whenever she got around to making it, and have my own Pledge Queen hook it up because she didn't want to tune me directly. Obviously I am fine with that, though I was kind of hoping it'd come with a bottle of wine." she said seeming to serious about this.

Shizuka was looking around, testing out the full extent of the extra usage of Chiyo's vision. In so doing she was able to do something she normally did... but at a much greater distance. She read Akiza's lips and knew the name of the man on the motorcycle and chuckled just a bit as Lavi claimed this meeting both needed burgers and that her brother was getting used to the group. "Yare yare, how does Chi-chan resist spying on everyone? That man's name is Ito Shigeru. Apparently he's a subordinate of our predecessors' Sky Queen. Also, no one else likes burgers as much as you do. " she mentioned having gathered the necessary information. "Oi, my friend likes your bike~ How's it going?" Shizuka said since the man was in visual distance it seemed a bit odd not to just say hi and from what she gathered he wasn't a threat to any of them. Though she seemed to find the fun in using the pig tailed girl's extra vision first. "Shiro-chan!~ Long time no see." these would be the words of Mikasa who hadn't seen this boy since she was a very young child herself. That being said familiar faces were always nice.

"... Sou ka. Just a bit friendly for a business visit, isn't it?" he asked, seemingly in rhetoric, as he turned his gaze away from the Thorn Queen. Mukuro was about done in this location, and with a single gesture of his left hand, he dismissed the lower-ranking members of his team.

"Oi, burgers are awesome! Maybe one day, someone else will realize they've been missing out by not appreciating the perfect meal that is a hefty cheeseburger," Lavi said as his eye finally veered away from the blonde man. Knowing who he was now, the Hammer King seemed to become disinterested. He thought the bike was cool, but he had secretly been hoping this was someone he would be able to deal with. "Ohayou gozaimashita. Don't mind me; I was just hoping to get a closer look at things... though it looks like I've come a bit late. Aki-chan tells me your team is something of a special group?"

As Toshiro moved around the crowd, a voice called out to him. He turned to face the culprit, but what he saw was not at all a person he recognized. With wide eyes, he stared, finding nothing in his memory related to this young woman. "Eh... ano..."

"Well, friendly beats awkward. Besides... he's not really on duty, aside from giving me these~" she said of the small box. Though the question had been mentioned in a rhetorical fashion she'd spoken to its merits, if only because it allowed her to take a bit of a playful jab at the young man's reaction. "Also I realized that was rhetorical but... you seemed a bit green for a second~" and with that the pink haired girl giggled and let go of the teasing.

Meanwhile, Shizuka and group were being greeted by the man on the motorbike who seemed to have questions about their group. She'd done a tiny bit of spying Akiza and this man when he'd arrived so she had some inkling of why that information would be needed. And if Akiza trusted him enough to provide it to him, she'd do the same, after all there was nothing particularly well hidden about a group as active as the Black Order. "Aki said that huh? Hmm, looks like she has me figured out then." Shizuka said thinking about it a bit more. "Yeah, I gathered an interesting group of people this time. I am all about logistics but I've discovered without a bit of strength at the foundation it gets a bit risky to be tactful. This group is gonna do that this time~" she said seemingly amused by her own ability to choose a strong team of specialists for the purpose of making them work together. This was her newly developed strategy... which she made for reasons unknown to most.

Meanwhile the Thunder Queen was having the awesome realization that people didn't recognize her now that she was older. Though she knew everyone in their generation on sight without having to be told about any of them, none of them ever seemed to know who she was. This made her pout as she tried to figure out what about her could be so different. "You don't know who I am either huh?" she said a tear formed in her eye but she soon wiped it away. "Nishimura Mikasa... I'm the Thunder Queen." she said wondering if that would help. If it didn't she'd likely burst into tears because it was completely outlandish to her that anyone shouldn't know her when they grew up together.

"Hmph! Don't be ridiculous," Mukuro said in a prideful huff. "We're leaving now." With nothing more to say on the topic, and nothing more to do in this location, Mukuro revved his wheels and took off on his exit of the amphitheater.

Shigeru heard out the Echo Queen's summation of her own team, and with her mention that this particular group would serve her purpose well, he visually inspected them all once more. "Sugoi," he said with a grin. "That's a tough role to fill, but you seem like you've got it all figured out. Has anyone ever told you that you're a very misleading individual?" he asked, addressing the fact that Shizuka didn't seem at all like a tactician of sorts from first glance. "By all means, no offense is intended. It's just that your type doesn't usually seem so soft around the edges."

When Toshiro was given the name of the lass before him, his eyes widened further. "Mika-chan!? Ah! Hontoni gomen nasai!" he said, bowing to the Thunder Queen. "Sugei; you've matured a lot over the years. I didn't recognize you at all!"

"Hai!~" chimed the still amused Thorn Queen as she took off after the Tar King who'd left in quite the huff. She figured then that her idea that he'd been at least a tiny bit jealous was right on the mark, after all such a reaction was completely unwarranted otherwise. With the exit of the Tar King from her line of sight, Chiyo would be returned three points of her vision as she stared at the screen of her device filtering through her own potential team mates as well as the ones chosen by the other leaders of the Black Order.

Meanwhile Shizuka was having a conversation with the blonde man, who seemed to appreciate her ability to put together a team. Beyond this though he said she was misleading. Her eyes widened just a little, because she'd never been told such a thing before. But she supposed when she thought about it honestly it made quite a bit of sense. And the man went on to say that he'd meant no offense in his words the silver haired lass held up both hands. "No offense was taken. It's a pretty accurate statement. And a rather useful thing now that I think about it... imagine all the people I didn't realize were underestimating me~" she said something of a fire behind those blue eyes of hers. She could crush many with her own logic and a bit of a time, and such was her nature.

Meanwhile it seemed that Mikasa would be spared from crying for a second time today. Her childhood friend recognized her then apologized saying that she'd matured quite a bit. She didn't really have the space to consider she might look a great deal different than she did as a child. Everyone else did but she still recognized them. "Don't worry about it. It's okay, we all look really different I guess." she said offering the lad a smile. "I hadn't seen you in ages, you're like the third person I've walked up to who didn't have any idea who I was." she said. There were obvious exceptions to this, but it was beginning to become normal for the girl to see her old friends and have them not recognize her.

"Indeed. The more they underestimate you, the better you fare against them, right?" the man stated. With an inability to lean heavily forward on his vehicle, he leaned back instead, gaining much support from this as he conversed with the Echo Queen. "Given what you've said, though, I doubt you really need the extra edge. But, to say that... I suppose I sound like I'm prying for information. I assure you, I'm just making a bit of small talk from a point of genuine interest."

Apparently, Toshiro was not the first person to recognize Mikasa since leaving the tower. This made him wonder what situations others had found themselves in during this rather large window of time, but that was an aside for later days. "Eto... You say it's fine, but you recognized me. But neh, maybe I haven't changed much at all. Your look is way different, though! I like it!"

"Hai, that tends to be the case." said Shizuka. This man was surprisingly into the conversation they were making, she hadn't given much detail in her statements but they were still talking. When he went on to say that he doubted she needed the extra edge based on what she'd already said she smiled. She wasn't a paranoid type of person, but if she was, she'd have thought he was fishing for information, of course when he went on to mention that this was likely how it sounded she couldn't help but raise a brow. "Yare yare. I am not the sort of paranoid that would make me assume that sort of thing. Besides, Aki talked to you for quite a bit and didn't feel the need to alert anyone else to your presence. With all of those things being the case, I can assume you aren't here to do us any harm, so I'd tell you anything you'd like to know." said the girl her blue eyes traveling over the bike the young man had. Now that she thought about it, it was rather nice. "And you're right, I don't really need the extra edge, but it could still be useful. There might be a situation I haven't thought of yet where such a strategy could be worked in without compromising the overall effectiveness of the team. Like a small trap..." she said willingly continuing the conversation for the sake of chatting up the blonde man.

"Arigatou Gozaimasu~" said Mikasa to the thought that the young man liked her new look. On the matter of him looking the same or different she could only shrug. "I see everyone pretty much the same way I always did. You all look older but none of you really look different to me." she said perhaps it was more than that, it was easy to recognize people she thought of as her family in such a way.

"Oh? I guess that's a fair way of looking at things. There isn't much I'd like to know, though. I've just been asking questions as they come to mind, but I've got nothing for the moment." As the discussion continued, Shigeru placed his right ankle atop his left knee, seeming not to throw off the balance of his vehicle at all in doing so. His arms were crossed in this moment, and with maximum comfort achieved, he sighed his content. "Perhaps. If nothing else, it always helps to be ready for the worst. I'm sure you know as well as I do how necessary victory can be at certain times."

"Really? I can't imagine seeing things that way, but I guess that's flattering," said Toshiro to how Mikasa viewed her peers from the tower. "Neh, so we're on the same team now? I might need a bit of guidance with these Parts War things..."

"Yes, always prepared. But some things you can't be prepared for. Even so, never hurts to have a positive attitude and know how to have a bit of fun." Shizuka said. After all, this group wasn't aiming to win, and to her knowledge none in the Black Order cared for the higher costs of victory. No they were in this because they wanted to be, and there was nothing more freeing than that. "And we all know the importance of victory from time to time. We're not going to let anyone else die or anything." she mentioned seeming to find it interesting. To be fair, she didn't expect anyone to take that much interest in the Black Order's participation in anything. This man was very odd for what was basically a well paid spy.

"Really? I didn't think it was that strange." she said seeming to consider for a moment that maybe the reason everyone else didn't recognize her was because she had such a different way of viewing things from the norm. Moving right along it was stated by Toshiro that he might need help with the parts war. "Eto..." she started with a bit of a bashful smirk. "To be honest, I didn't participate as much as the rest of them did the last time. I mean... I did for a while... but I didn't get very far. But I'll help in anyway I can." said the pink haired girl who'd recently received a fairly good pep-talk from her friends before they ran off to do their own things.

"If you ask me, that should be the goal. Prepare for the things that can't be prepared for," Shigeru said with a raised finger to bring attention to his point. "If something's going to take you by surprise, make sure you have an even bigger surprise waiting... something that may surprise even you. I had to learn that one the hard way," he stated.

"That's fine," interjected Toshiro when Mikasa spoke of her light participation in the previous Parts War. "I didn't participate at all, so you've got loads of experience over me! Let's work hard together in this one," he said, grinning from ear to ear as he did so.

"Hm..." she thought about what the blonde haired man had to say, and when she did, she decided that she respected his moxie and liked his philosophy. "You know what, I like that. I'm going to use it." she said with a curt nod. This was after all, the point of having other people around to flesh out ideas with. A grin came to the silver haired girl's face as she decided she liked talking with the man before her. "Thanks."

Meanwhile, Mikasa was told by Toshiro that he hadn't participated in the last parts war at all. That seemed strange to her, because the only person she knew of that didn't participate in any capacity was Jun'Ichi. Still she couldn't deny wanting to put her best efforts forward this time, and since she no longer had to worry about rent, she could afford to put a great deal of effort into this. "Hai!~" she affirmed returning the boy's grin with one of her own. "It's weird, I am not used to knowing more about stuff than anyone else." said the girl who seemed to be quite confused but excited by her new role.

"By all means, do. I'd feel less intelligent if you didn't," he said with a light-hearted chuckle. "And I do like to think of myself as reasonable when it comes to brain capacity. I'm sure that would just come across as pointless dribble to the likes of a Gravity Child, but hey, I also like to keep my pride intact. I take it the lot of you are as worthwhile for a reasonable conversation as your predecessors? I've yet to come across a Gravity Child that could be considered less than a genius."

"Well, now's the perfect time to get used to it!" said Toshiro, who still knew next to nothing of these Parts Wars, in spite of the fact that he had officially won one against an entire team by himself. Regardless of his combat prowess, Mikasa had knowledge of the Parts War itself that would prove invaluable. He could always look to his sister for such information, but he never wanted to be a burden for so many things. Resolved to work with Mikasa in this way, he extended a hand to the woman. "Onegaishimasu!"

"Hai hai!~" the girl said in agreement to use his intelligence in her own way. When he went on to say that he considered himself a bit higher on the intelligence scale and hadn't experienced a gravity child less than a genius and made the assumption that most of them were worth more than a little bit of conversation she had to agree. "Yare yare, I mean it would mostly depend on what you want to talk about, but I've yet to find any of us to not be higher than average in some way. Everyone's a good bit of fun, if you can get past their slight social dysfunctions." she thought specifically of people Chiyo who simply didn't speak most of the time, Mikasa who was a cry baby and would tear up over anything, or even the more normal ones like Lavi with his perpetual laziness. She could speak on this because even she could acknowledge that she often drowned people out and didn't do anything but throw herself into reading in a nice quiet room forgoing social activity from time to time just to do so. "But I suppose that kind of applies across the board. We thought our predecessors a bit strange so if you're used to dealing with them, you wouldn't have too much of a problem figuring us out."

Mikasa wasn't quite so used to feeling like a necessary member of anything. Her couple of friends aside she didn't normally fit in among anyone. And among the Gravity Children she was more or less fringe at best. This feeling of inclusion was something quite nice for her. When it was mentioned that she should now feel fine about being the one deferred to for information she only nodded and smiled. And soon enough the boy with her was extending a hand to her in offer of friendship and bonding which she hadn't done in quite a while. "Hai!~" she said shaking the boy's hand. "Let me know if I can help you with anything." she said feeling strangely needed in this moment.

"Slight, you say?" he asked in a moment of jest, finding the emphasis applied to this word to be its own form of strange. "That's funny. I've also never met a Gravity Child who could be considered slightly anything. You know, unless normal was the thing in question. As much as I disagreed with the idea of the Gravity Children project, I have to say you all became very interesting people. I'd tip my hat to Hashirama-san, if I didn't detest him deep down. But, enough of that. Tell me; what does a second generation Gravity Child do for fun? And I do mean second generation, to be specific, as I've... already been exposed to the first and their antics."

"Hai! There's nothing right now. I just kinda want to get to know everyone, at least a little. I uhh... haven't had as much time to socialize with regular people," the silver-haired lad said bashfully. "You just joined too, right? Come with me!"

Shizuka didn't think her description of her peers was that funny. But when the man before her went on to explain, she supposed she could see the humor in the statement. He went on to say that he thought the Gravity Children had become rather interesting people, even if he didn't agree with the project itself. But she figured most wouldn't agree to genetically modified super babies so it was kind of one of those things that was fine overall. The ask of the question what her generation did specifically to have fun made her chuckle. "Yare yare, you poor thing. The fact that you ask that way is all anyone one of us would need to know. Very few of us hang out with our predecessors, and the ones who do are kind of... strange anyways." she said thinking about it and deciding that it had to be strange for them as well. "As for what we do for fun, it would mostly depend on who you talk to... and the context. But generally, we fly." she said with her hand rubbing the back of her head. This was the truth so far as she was concerned. Most of them had completely normal interests but when they were really interested, they flew.

Meanwhile Toshiro and Mikasa continued their conversation. Shiro wanted to know if Mikasa also just joined and she nodded. "Oh that's alright, I also don't socialize much. Aside from the girls I showed up with." she said and at the urgency for her to follow him she did wondering what they'd be up to given he hadn't gotten much socialization in. Either way she'd wait and see happy to be appreciated in this moment.

"I'm sure it is. They aren't exactly the most subtle bunch in the world," Shigeru said regarding the first generation. It was interesting to hear what this one had to say about her generation's hobby. Such a thing was beyond what he heard from their predecessors; or at least, they had never referred to it as 'flying' per se. "Sou desu... ka," he said when the realization struck him. "Well, I suppose I can relate to that. I'm not much into ATs nowadays, but I couldn't quite keep myself away... so I took this. It's been surprising amounts of fun since I got it."

"No, no they aren't." Shizuka agreed about the lack of subtlety in the first generation. The previous generation of Gravity Children were into some very different things from their younger siblings for the most part. And while that was cool and all, it seemed that Shigeru would fit in more with the second generation. At the very least she didn't have to explain to him what she meant by flying, he then went on to reveal that while he didn't ride ATs anymore that he'd taken his bike to fulfill a similar desire. "Yare yare. Are you saying that motorcycle flies?" she asked this question because it was the only logical thing to appear in her brain. Such a thing seemed like it would be amazing.

"Well... I'm not saying it doesn't fly," was his retort, made with a sly grin toward the young woman. Though he admittedly had no earthly clue what all the features of this vehicle were just yet, he had found what could be considered the most important ones for normal functions. "I am one of the G-Men. Our job is to police Storm Riders, and being of a high rank, I'm expected to be able to keep up with higher-tier Storm Riders. So... everything I ride goes fast, and high."

"Oh?" she said, it was quite interesting to think of a motorcycle could fly, but given the fact people could fly, it would only make sense for other modes of transportation to start keeping up with trends. As if to emphasize this line of thought the blonde haired man she was now speaking to, went on to explain that he was one of the Windstorm G-Men and thus he had to be able to reach the places higher tier riders go, colloquially known as up. "Hai~ I suppose that makes sense. But never heard of any street legal flying motorcycles before~" she said a smile coming to her face.

"That's the amazing thing about it," he said when Shizuka stated that she'd never heard of a motorcycle that could fly the way ATs did. Such a thing was a standard for transportation within Trophaeum City, though even with that being the case, he had claimed an exceptional model among such vehicles. "There's no such thing in the known parts of the world. You wouldn't happen to be curious, would you?" he asked, wondering if perhaps the Echo Queen wished to see what such technology was capable of outside of ATs themselves.

01-04-2017, 08:36 PM
"Oh I bet." she said when he mentioned that the most amazing thing about it, was that ones like them didn't exist in the known world. She could tell that information just by looking at it. Regardless when asked if she was curious about the capabilities of his vehicle. She'd be lying if she said she wasn't curious and as such a smile came over her face. "Well, I'd be remiss not to see what it was capable of~" she mentioned. But when she said this it became a matter of indulgence. "But that begs the question are we racing or are you offering me a ride?" she asked of the man. In either case she'd have a good time, but she wondered the intentions of the man before her.

Shigeru sat straight up once Shizuka confirmed his theory of her curiosity. A grin was brought to his face, but there was then the matter of whether he intended to race or offer the young woman a ride on his vehicle. He hadn't quite thought that far into it, but he supposed either was technically possible. "I guess, either or. The latter would require a seating arrangement that's a bit... intimate compared to a normal motorcycle, though. It was designed for one, but there's a bit of wiggle room."

"Yare, yare. Didn't think that through huh?" Shizuka mentioned finding a bit of humor in this moment. Given the type of people she and her generation in general were, she didn't much force uncomfortable situations. He was a nice guy so she was more than willing to have a bit of fun with him. "The answer is both." she said with a smile. "While I don't mind an intimate seating arrangement, I'm not too sure about your driving skills just yet~" she said as if it was a challenge. "So, race first to let's say... just outside the school district and construction zone and if you win, I'll trust your diving skills and you can show me how you fly~" this was the offer of the young woman who wanted to see the capabilities of the bike both from an academic perspective and from the perspective of having a bit of fun.

"It... got away from me; yeah." This was the last thing Shigeru had to say about the rest of the idea surrounding his offer. It seemed to be the case that Shizuka had an interest in both ideas, albeit with a race first to check his driving ability. This was more than fine with him, as he'd yet to have a proper race with the vehicle. "Sounds like a plan to me," he said while taking the bike out of low power mode. "Line at the top of the tallest building in the construction zone. On your mark."

"Sou ka." said the girl who found it amusing that this man's idea had gotten away from him. After all it happened to everyone at some point so she wasn't really upset about this. It also seemed that her plan to combine both possible meanings of his statements was generally accepted by the man with her. "Hai hai!~" she said in agreement. As the man slipped his motorcycle out of low power mode the girl took her place beside it pointed in the direction of the construction zone. She rode ball roller style ATs but if need be she had more than a few ways to adjust her own speed during a race. A smile on her face as she waited for the go, at which point she'd take off.

"And..." Shigeru revved his engine only once to prepare himself for movement, and before giving the go, he returned his protective sunglasses to his face. With that out of the way, he was ready. "Go!" he exclaimed, pulling off the stage immediately at such a pace that he soared over the crowd immediately. He landed soon after, and began gaining speed on the ground as he exited the amphitheater.

At the mark of 'go' Shizuka kicked off. Such a kick would take her body up as well, a bit higher than the man on the bike. And as she flew through the air towards the outside of the Amphitheater another kick would send the girl rocketing forward with a large grin on her face. This was done by way of hardening the sound waves her ATs functioned to interact with. Even inactive, she seemed to be able to kick hard enough to break the sound barrier thus using those in combination with her normal movements to help her slid up a building now in her way.
