Zanpakutō Tengu (天狗, Long Nosed Goblin) in its sealed form is a seemingly normal katana with a scarlet sheath and a golden guard which has four holes in its sides and a singular hole missing near the blade on the left side.
Shikai: To release 'Tengu' the phrase, Habatake (羽撃く ,flap) the sword itself doesn't transform, but instead its special ability becomes active.
Shikai Special Ability: Tengu's special ability lies in its manipulation of energy. What it does in its most basic form is a large construct of free flowing energy which carries the sword and extends the range of the weapon. Beyond this the energy can be condensed into a large shield and used to protect Tamao if she wills it as such.

Bankai: Fudatsuki Dai Tengu (札付き大天狗, Hardened Great Long Nosed Goblin) Upon release of her Bankai, Tamao summons a large construct which looks like the Tengu of legend, dressed as an ascetic monk with angelic wings and wielding a large katana.
