Her current interests lie in a more feminine style, preferring dresses to trousers. She hates suits and any clothing with nets.
Risa’s wit and tenacity ensure she always achieves her goals. She is hyperactive, passionate and playful. Her love for robotics has turned her a little obsessive over new inventions and she often ends up dismantling robots and any new devices just to study their inner workings. This coupled with her frequent change in fashion style and her tendency to get hyperactive make her seem eccentric.
Behind her cheerful demeanour, Risa masks a cunning, sadistic and vindictive behaviour. Merciless and apathetic, she becomes a formidable enemy when provoked. She enjoys inflicting pain on others and shows no hesitation in killing. She is a master infiltrator, a sly manipulator and an exceptionally skilled hacker. Risa can switch between her two personalities in an instant, depending on her motives and the situation at hand.

As a spiritual being, Risa possesses ample of Spiritual Power, comparable to the rank and file combatants. It is sizeable enough to be used in combat at least and sharpens her weapons.
Keen Intellect: Risa has shown herself to be very intelligent. She is also knowledgeable in the history and proceedings of the world. Her intelligence allows her to compensate for her own weaknesses better, also when opposed by a more powerful opponent and adapt to a battle situation with greater ease. When pressed into a dangerous situation, she can rely on his brains to figure out an effective approach.
Adept Scientist: She is a talented inventor and scientist, having already created some devices and techniques to aid her in battle or otherwise. Her potential in this field is evident, as she is able to create and invent devices on her own or further sophisticated research in coordination with other scientists. She can support any development bureau as her work can help accomplish the developmental goals. She knows chemistry, being able to work with chemical formulas and combined them to make new ones. She can also repair machines provided the required parts are available.
Hohō Combatant: Risa has shown some degree of skill in the use of Shunpo, and is quick enough to keep up with most of her peers. She requires a great deal more steps than most others when performing Shunpo though, so she is less likely to attempt flashy maneuvers, instead sticking to chasing and dodging.
Zanjutsu Combatant: Risa has been trained in the art of swordsmanship, but that is pretty much it. She can be considered a cut below others, who may have been a little more devoted to learning proper form in combat. Decent is what she could be called, as she at least has a proper form, but she may find herself easily disarmed by a more skillful show of swordsmanship.
Inept Hakuda: She is completely unaware about hand to hand combat. Any use of an unarmed fighting technique would likely result in self-injury instead. In fact, Risa is so ignorant about hand-to-hand fighting that she is incapable to responding effectively to one. This makes her exceptionally vulnerable to Average level unarmed opponents or better.
Kidō Practitioner: Risa has shown being able to cast Kidō, albeit the simplest kind, the ones learnt at the Academy. She cast cast up to #4 without an incantation. She can also cast Hadō #31 with the full incantation.
Feeble Strength: Risa is exceptionally scrawny and physically weak. She could be easily overpowered by those possessing a mightier physique, particularly those with a great amount of strength or more.
Speed: Risa possesses a normal amount of speed. It is no feat and a clear sign of not having honed his movements or reaction time. It can be seen as typical for non-combatants. Those having great speed might move too quick for her to react properly too.
Endurance: Risa has a normal amount of endurance. She can keep up for some time before tiring but it’s nothing extraordinary. After physical exertion she’ll need a considerable time resting or of decreased activity before having caught her breath.
Enhanced Senses: Not only can Risa utilize the normal Reiatsu sensing technique of a Shinigami, she is also in possession of superior other senses. Her sight, hearing, sense of smell and even her feel for Reiatsu are very acute and sharp; able to discern smaller sources and nuances where others could not.
