While Kaguya was getting ready to start her story, she'd bent over, only to notice she'd not actually dropped anything. Oh well... she heard some rather interesting observations apparently directly from the mind of Miyuki. She supposed that meant he was looking and the outfit her friend had chosen had indeed done its job. 'Hm, well at least it's nice to look at. Mugen-sama seemed to think so too, but...' she seemed comforted by the idea that her boyfriend at least saw her. Oh well. She went on with her story and his thoughts seemed to be leaking out. She assumed this was some sort of lesson so she carried on, his words were exactly what he'd always shared after finding out important information about her. He always seemed so sympathetic, like he was coming form a very genuine place. It's why she felt a bit guilty after getting tunnel vision a minute ago.
"Shirogane-senpai, was student council president and I was his Vice-President too. He didn't seem to care too much about the rumors and was always really nice to me. He came from such a..." a pause occurred. She was about to explain her relationship and why she couldn't just toss it aside but what was this? He was confused that she'd only had sex the only time she had? Why would that be confusing? Suzuki claimed he'd seen a strip show from her and Shirogane had suggested music store shopping in the hopes of seeing a show?! He tried to cover it up tried to fix it, but by the time it was all said and done she was staring at him with fury and hurt in those now garnet colored eyes of hers. The words of Mugen wouldn't be missed. It was a message for both of them, or perhaps for everyone. He was trying to hide these kinds of thoughts and it'd broken him, she stared at him and a great deal of respect she had for him faded. He had the nerve to imply she would be not a slut, but his slut? As if that was better? He was bringing up the amount of time she'd gone without having sex with him. "I can't fucking believe you, Shirogane! You thought I would strip, listening to music over what? Something Suzuki said?!" she exclaimed. She didn't think she'd ever been so mad before. Her anger was literally rolling off her in waves. It was too much, after everything else, she thought she was the bad one. She believed in him and this betrayal was one which cut rather deeply.
"I thought, you suggested the music store because Museion's new album dropped and I make no secret of absolutely loving their music. I wore a cute outfit suggested by Chi-chan because I was a bit worried that was being too cold to you while dealing with everything else. Her sense is always a little off but her heart was in the right place and we didn't have Miko-chan to break the tie. And you were pretending to not be interested but that was what you thought?!" it was such a strange contradiction. She found herself wondering how many of his thoughts about her were honest and how many weren't. What was real if he was willing to believe even just a couple of weeks ago the word of someone he hadn't seen in months over her who'd been with him for literal months? "I literally didn't have sex with the only boyfriend I ever had sex with for almost two years. Of course I wasn't just gonna have sex with anyone. And for the record, Suzuki, went with a group of us, a huge group of us, to karaoke. He didn't even sing any songs. No one took their clothes off... and he walked me to the gate of my house. Literally nothing happened, which you would have known, if you'd asked!" That was it. She snapped, and just as suddenly as all that anger had been almost tangibly rolling off her person... it disappeared and she exhaled. "I can't deal with this right now. Not in a new world, not with someone I thought I could trust, about to give up something I'm pretty sure I would enjoy and would make me better just to maintain. Not when I was questioning myself so hard. It's too much. I'm going through that gate, I'm going to take up my new studies and then... I'll decide everything else when I'm done." Deep down she was hurt, she'd been about to give up the opportunity to better herself to preserve their friendship and relationship and he didn't even have the decency to ask her about a rumor he heard.
