Sakura very well could, see the results in her mother, or perhaps experience them herself. She wasn't quite sure if that would be the case, given the more tentative nature of those surrounding her. She technically doubted her ability to feel the way her mother did post time spent with her demon father, but... maybe this wouldn't always be the case. Whatever the case, the light that was Angelica was quite intense, and Sakura realized this, she knew her own interaction with the girl would help her, but was willing to give the other pair time since they'd not spent much together. About the pair and their supposed softness she had only one thing to say, "Maybe, I do at least plan to do a bit more... and finishing off the bindings between us," she said of herself an Angelica, if only for the sake of their unborn children. Beyond that her likeness to her own mother seemed to be part of her personality as observed by her father, "Really? I didn't figure I ended up much like her at all. I only deactivated my soul in the first place because I thought it was affecting my decision making," she said. Perhaps she was studying too much. But it wasn't like her studies didn't include fun, in fact they were mostly about the fun, as she chose to understand it. "Still, I'll keep track of what is actually interesting," she commented absently. Her eyes shifting just a bit as she went back to watching the goings on.
Unique though that position was, it was easy for her to carry on a normal conversation with this particular parent of hers. He was a pretty active point in her life. What was more he claimed that she should first figure out if she cared about what someone thought of her, before changing her actions around said persons. She gave that a bit of consideration in the moment. She'd not tampered with time immediately because it sounded like the sort of thing that Charlemagne would consider an abuse. Given this she could say that she at least cared a bit what he thought of her. Angelica was someone she liked and didn't want upset with her so that was a consideration as well. Perhaps then the real reason she'd not acted was because of them and not because of her own thoughts over the action itself? She'd have to think about it a bit more. "Sou, yes... that is all. I'll keep going until I figure it out then," she said summarily. As for the little bird she knew that to be a reference for one of her other fathers. As such she could account for any likeness without thinking too much about it. As a being she was the sum of her parts, multiplied. She wouldn't forsake any aspect of herself simply because it wasn't useful in the moment.
Still her father was soon standing before her in a manner which most would have considered uncomfortable close. This would have been especially true given human concepts of things like personal space and appropriate nudity. Unsurprisingly given her own affect, Sakura didn't seem bothered by her father's lack of boundaries. She found herself looking into his eyes as he looked into her. Moreover apparently she was being unreasonable. It wouldn't be pretending if she told Charlemagne how she wished for him to act according to her father. Mugen thought the lad didn't need to be thrown into the deep end, and instead simply needed a door to be left open for him. "It would be normal to assume he'd be pretending. He doesn't always act the same way, and the way I liked seemed to happen only as a direct response to his power activating and force correcting something I was experimenting with. He even said a few moments ago that he wouldn't just use power like that so it's really does seem like it requires care to approach," she said of the actual situation. Beyond that point though she could understand what her father was saying. "But what you're saying does make sense, at least more than I've managed to make of it myself," she said her head gently inclining. She didn't want to accidentally headbutt him or anything of the sort, still he had a great deal of insight into the human boy to whom she was attached.
