Water Subregalia - Akira's Subregalia is a club with a sphere at its tip that is filled with water. The mechanics within the club features a dual container within the sphere; the outer of which is a semipermeable material, and the inner of which is only large enough to cover that which is visible from outside the device. Using the club shifts around the inner wall of the sphere, allowing the water to be released in torrents through the outer shell. The other mechanism within this Subregalia uses small openings just beneath the club's handle, and a series of turbines throughout the inside of the club to gather moisture from the atmosphere and pump it into the sphere. This allows the club to release its stored water while filling back up at the same speed.
