In her human form, Reshiram has a long and lithe figure slim hips and narrow bust. Her face is angular with large lavender colored eyes set between them. She sports white hair cut to stylishly frame her face and billowing down her back to her waist. Generally she's seen dressed in something similar in style to that of a miko. But instead of any red, her outfit is shades of black and white, mostly white. The most notable thing about her attire is long billowing sleeves which hand down well past her hands to her ankles. Along with these sleeves she wears a sleeveless white short kimono with ruffles at the end and long black tights, which she tucks into white socks and wears with large wedged sandals. Her entire outfit is designed with several bows along it and black ribbons to make the white look a bit less stark. Beyond all this she also wears a dark blue ombre obi around her waist to hold her outfit together.
Demonic Power: Reshiram has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.
Expert Magician: Using the attribute of her bishop piece and her own dragonic powers, Reshiram is able to create magic which seems to be imbued with the ideals of a dragon. Doing so creates spells and powers the likes of which go far beyond the normal capabilities of dragons but commands the power and respect of the more brutal force dragons can possess. She is also at least generally versed in spell usage after studying under Cinder Fall.
Dragon Pulse: A strange combination of dragonic and demonic power, in which Reshiram opens her mouth to scream forcing pulses of power outward in an ear-splitting and agonizingly painful way. When using her power this way it is said that her roar can disrupt and damage internal organs.
Draco Meteor: A dragon powered scream which calls down meteors from the sky to fall upon the battle field marring enemies and wreaking havoc. In general such a move is generally a distraction, but it can be used to summon calamities the likes of which the world is no longer prepared for.
Dragon Breath: An exhalation of dragon breath laced with Reshiram's original dragonic essence, being caught in this wave of purple gas flames can paralyze by virtue of its make-up as well as cause chemical-like burns across the affected target.
Fusion Flare: A giant ball of flame is created by Reshiram above her head, and when it is brought down it brings with it a maelstrom of fire which sets a blaze as far as the eye can see. The damaging effect of this fire can be increased by lightning based attacks and it is sometimes used to take out numerous enemies at once.
Blue Flare: Reshiram's ultimate technique, it fires a beam of blue flames infused with demonic and dragonic power. These flames seem to dance around a target before converging upon it, even if they miss. Beyond this when they finally come together, they seem to explode, taking out a wide range and completely marring the target as well.
Flight: Physically, Reshiram retained the use of her wyvern like wings and uses them to fly. Or if she's feeling peckish she might instead us her Devil wings, though when asked about it, she apparently prefers to fly like a 'dragon' is supposed to.
Size Alteration: Reshiram can transform into a mini-Dragon in order to fit into small places.
Transformation Magic: Reshiram is able to take her original form as a dragon whenever she pleases, though she doesn't do this often as she seems to like her human body.
