[Tokyo City] The Skytree

Tokyo Skytree is a broadcasting, restaurant, and observation tower in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. It is the tallest structure in Japan, and reaches its full height at 634.0 meters (2,080 ft), making it the tallest tower in the world, displacing the Canton Tower, and the second tallest structure in the world after the Burj Khalifa (829.8 m/2,722 ft). The base of the tower has a structure similar to a tripod; from a height of about 350 m (1,150 ft) and above, the tower's structure is cylindrical to offer panoramic views of the river and the city. There are observatories at 350 m (1,150 ft), with a capacity of up to 2000 people, and 450 m (1,480 ft), with a capacity of 900 people. The upper observatory features a spiral, glass-covered skywalk in which visitors ascend the last 5 meters to the highest point at the upper platform. A section of glass flooring gives visitors a direct downward view of the streets below.

The upper observatory is currently the base of the Storm Rider team, Akatsuki, who lays claim to the entire Skytree as their territory.

Just a little after dark, in the top of the Skytree in the apartments occupied by the team known as the Akatsuki, a young purple haired girl was staring at herself in the mirror. She was trying on her new school uniform which she'd gone to Miyabigaoka to pick up some several hours before and looking at it, she seemed to be thinking about her general figure. As she stood before a full length mirror, she decided that she didn't like the perspective, and as such began taking pictures from the upward angle with her phone. The first of these were innocent enough, and with her phone always on silent, she never made a sound. Just the first of these pictures snapped as she smiled upwards looking down at the white of her uniform top and it's ruffled shirt and corset just under as well as a spiky red skirt and long dark socks which came up to her thighs. This seemed to be something of a boredom activity for the girl, as she didn't feel like leaving her room just yet.

At the same time, another inhabitant of the Skytree sat within the living space. The silver-haired male figure sat upon the couch before a large television, sporting nothing more than a baggy pair of grey boxers and a black A-top shirt. A controller to one of multiple video game systems was in his hands, a lit cigarette hung from his lips, and his eyes were planted with rage on a first-person shooting game on the TV.

"WELL YOUR MOM'S A CUNT, YA' CAMPIN' PIECE OF APE SHIT!" he yelled into his headset as his fingers furiously tapped the various buttons of the controller. If one were viewing his screen, they would momentarily witness a red tint covering the game's video feed, signifying his character's death. Only a moment later, the screen went completely black, thanks mostly to the boy's controller flying through it. "FUCK! It took me three weeks to get that rank, and one asshole rips it away! UGH!" He spoke to no one but himself, and immediately flopped back onto the couch to take a proper drag from his cigarette. While doing so, he picked up his cellphone from the couch cushion next to him, thinking it appropriate to order a new TV. His attention was grabbed as soon as he unlocked his screen, as a notification had been sent to him via one of his various hacking programs. 'Oh? Somebody's memory chip is being modified. Who now?' he wondered while going on to inspect.

The girl with the purple hair in her bedroom, was none other than, Tsukino Mizuki, and she heard the commotion out front. 'Why play games if they are going to make you mad enough to break things?' she wondered curiously. The quietness which followed the outburst was rather interesting, but still it wouldn't stop her from continuing her activities. The next picture she took had her loosening her tie, and removing the small corset which was her outfit. Doing so would leave her with a bit of skin exposed down her neck and just a hint of cleavage and the slightest of peeks at the purple lace bra which she wore underneath. 'I wonder if he's still keeping track of the things on my phone?' she thought. To test this theory she took another picture immediately following with her fingers still on the buttons of her shirt and winking up at the camera, blowing the young man a kiss. A little more of her bra revealed as well as a bit of her stomach. One might even think she was doing this on purpose, an indirect strip tease, if someone was actually watching. She supposed noises from outside would let her know the answer to her question soon enough.

Soon enough, the young male was logged into his software, which connected him to the phone being tampered with. 'Mizu, huh? Wonder if there's any juicy shit this time,' he thought while entering into a live stream and download of whatever was saving to her phone at the time. What he saw first was something simple, albeit in different attire from what he'd grown accustomed to seeing. 'Hm... Must be the uniform for that academy in Miyabi. Still, who takes selfies in a school uniform?' he wondered. Moments from discarding his phone from thinking this to be a boring addition to his collection, something else appeared. This second item was another image of Mizuki's, a bit less "school-appropriate" than the previous snap. 'Eh?' He began inspecting this picture while inhaling smoke, only to see yet another image upload itself to his device. Given the direction this was going, the third image saw to it that the lad's eyes began slowly widening in anticipation. 'The fuck is this!? I can't use this as blackmail; looks like it was sent on purpose. But...' His thoughts trailed off there. Whatever he was thinking became a blank slate in his mind as his face grew ever closer to the screen of his phone, as if he thought it possible to enter the screen itself.

There was radio silence. Nothing seemed to be taking place as Hayato viewed images of Mizuki effectively stripping out of her clothes. Another picture followed with the complete opening of her shirt, the angle of the camera shifting to give a full view of her body the purple lace bra framed on the sides by her white button up. The sleeve of her left arm coming into view over the first button of her skirt. 'Hm, it's quiet, can't tell if he's watching or not...' she thought absently. Following the previous picture, another was taken this one with three buttons undone and the skirt slipping down her hips, revealing a matching pair of purple lace boy cut underwear, cresting over her hips as her uncovered eye stared straight into the camera. It was as if she was making eye contact with Hayato without being in the room. The following picture was taken with the help of the mirror as a quick turn captured the skirt falling down from her bottom revealing a picture of her in her underwear with her ruffled top showing just a bit of skin over her lower back before revealing the depth of her legs and the gap between her thighs.

Hayato could eventually feel the heat of his phone caressing his face as he stared into its screen. This photo shoot he'd originally deemed a boring inspection of a school uniform had suddenly turned in the direction of the show of a lifetime. Normally, Hayato looked to such things as a method of blackmailing others, but he did not yet seem capable of processing such thoughts at present. A full chain of images was downloaded from Mizuki's phone mere seconds after saving to her device, and each one Hayato witnessed was more exciting than the last. Blood had begun to drip from his nostril, but his free left hand could not do anything to remove it... as that very same hand quickly pressed down against his groin to hold his member between his thighs as they drew together. 'Shit... shit... stay!' he thought, thinking of how awkward a situation he would be in if he ended up with an erection that he couldn't hide if any of his teammates entered at some point. 'Well... maybe I can just...'

Without confirmation in any direction, this little strip tease continued at least for a couple more pictures. The next one following the drop of her skirt was taken at the the same angle as her shirt came away. She peeked over her shoulder for the picture with her right hand undoing her bra. The picture snapped at the perfect moment to show the snap. The arch of her back ever so slight and her lithe frame seeming to create long shadows and perfect highlights upon her pale skin. The final picture would be taken from the front angle once more as her bra slipped down her chest. Again, nothing vital was revealed, but it was taken with a great deal of intent. She'd pushed her hair out to the side and caught a full view of her face a small smirk upon it as if she intended to leave the young man outside with just this. And she did, the camera application on her phone closed and she tossed the item to her bed to finish changing clothes as she intended to do. She figured the dozen or so pictures she'd taken for this young man today would be more than enough. 'I suppose I can't really know if he's seen them or not, but it was still fun...' she thought as she put her uniform back on the hanger and went looking for the light dress she normally wore when she was not dressed in uniform.

All the while the elevator from the bottom floor had been entered and was currently being ridden upstairs by the young Flame Queen of their generation. She'd just come from seeing a few people today, and though she was quite worn out, she was looking forward to hooking up with her friends and proving once and for all that she wished to hang out with them and back their cause.

Hayato had no clue how long this string of photos would last, but he was already rather thoroughly enjoying it. The hand upon his groin slipped into the opening his boxers. By the time the next image revealed itself to him, his manhood was free and being awarded preparatory strokes for where his imagination was taking him. Considering his current state of mind, he could only believe these were more pictures Mizuki was taking for no reason whatsoever, but at this point, he didn't care what the reason was. The final picture came in the form of a frontal shot, and it was met by more rapid strokes. In this image, the purple-haired girl had all but discarded the lace bra she wore. Hayato knew what was next, and he was more than ready to meet it in kind... However, he suddenly received a notification telling him Mizuki's memory was no longer being altered by her camera application. "No, no, no, FUCK" he shouted without thinking. For a few seconds thereafter, he sat with a stilled hand on his groin, still staring into his phone in hopes of this being some technological error. How little the Blast King knew...

Mizuki's curiosity was soon enough rewarded by the sound of frustration. A series of no and a rather pointed swear, could have been him losing at another game. But since he'd broken his tv, it was much more likely that this was related to the images he was receiving via his connection to Mizuki's cellphone. 'Ah, so he was watching... I wonder how far he went with that?' she mentally wondered. But since he'd spoken aloud she took the time to yell from her room while she got dressed. "Hayato-kun, did you lose, again?" she asked seemingly innocently of anything going on. Such was her nature, to pretend like she didn't know.

Meanwhile, the elevator dinged twice as someone entered the observation deck a few floors below where this group lived. Of course there was another elevator to take up to the actual place they lived. This seemed to frustrate the small girl to no end. "Ugh, why the fuck did she decide to live all the way up here?" she asked seeming to find it strange. Still another dinging upstairs would let them know a visitor was on the way, or someone who lived there, regardless, Hayato would have a young teen approaching in a minute or two.

The Blast King's outburst caused a query from Mizuki in her room. This simple act solidified the idea that she was mindlessly going about her business in taking these photographs. He still had to keep up appearances, of course, but it was very difficult to think straight at the time. As such, Mizuki's question to him was an eye-widening one to deal with. "No - well, yes... whatever! The hell are you doing in there anyway?" he asked, wondering what sort of response he would actually be receiving from the lass. As he waited, though, a ding informed him of an encroaching visitor or teammate. This was almost an even greater annoyance than what he'd dealt with moments prior... almost. Hayato heaved a sigh, locked his phone again, and at least used his boxers to cover his throbbing shaft.

Mizuki couldn't help but smile, she found his query to be one which didn't really make sense. Unless of course, he figured just like her previous photography in her phone that she'd simply done it because she felt like it. She was left with the idea of how to describe her activity and so she decided upon the truth, in very blatant terms. "I was trying on my new uniform, and taking a few pictures to decide if I liked it," she said before her bedroom door opened and she stepped out of it, now wearing a white dress with a large black bow over her chest instead of the uniform she'd just claimed she'd been wearing. "Took that loss pretty hard, huh?" she asked looking at the state of the television while choosing to pay no attention to Hayato himself as she posted herself up on the couch facing the elevator.

After several minutes Jojo finally reached the floor which housed her friends. She entered a large grin on her face. "Sugoi, this place is cool. You guys took over a spot like this..." she said seeming to appreciate the amount of effort such a thing should have taken, even without knowing exactly what went into it. It seemed whatever tension was between this pair of her older friends, she did not notice, for whatever reason, Jolyne seemed to be cursed as a person to constantly enter situations at times when it could be considered inconvenient to those present. Whatever the case, Mizuki looked up at the lass her head tilted to the side as she took in her look as well as the difference in her ATs.
