Pulse Regalia: Galvanizing Lyre - The Pulse Regalia has four cores that are not connected to ATs. Two of the cores are in a pair of gloves Takao wears, and are used for the magnetic control of the other two cores, which are each in a guitar with a sword-like build. One of these guitars is a white-silver acoustic guitar that Takao calls
Oathkeeper. The other is a black bass named
Oblivion. Oathkeeper's strings release and control sound waves which tamper with the minds of its listeners. Oblivion's power is to use electromagnetic pulses to interface with polarities.
An upgrade of the Pulse Regalia allows the two guitars to be merged into one, much like its original form. The combination results in an electric guitar called
Spellbinder, which can create electricity from its strums while also being able to access the other two's abilities.
Infinity Atmosphere:
Infinite Melody: Endless Waltz - When his guitars are combined, Takao is able to play acoustic, bass, and electric chords all at once. This produces a special sort of EMP wave which virtually shuts down and controls everything around him. Minds, bodies, and electronics are all affected by the trio of abilities being used in perfect unison.
Tricks:
Harmonic Symphony - Takao strums Oathkeeper to produce sound waves that allow him to alter the mind state of listeners. This allows him to tamper with his targets' emotional state, typically by bringing dormant and/or powerful emotions to the surface through song.
Reverberating Rift - By strumming Oblivion, Takao creates electromagnetic pulses to interact with technology, as well as all things affected by magnetism. He most commonly uses this ability on the on-stage machinery at his shows, or in battle, on his opponent's body.
Annihilative Requiem - The Spellbinder form of the Pulse Regalia is strummed to create arcs and waves of electricity to attack his enemies. The faster he strings chords together, the more distance he gains from the trick.
