Apathy: Tetsuya is incapable feeling one any emotion towards anyone. It makes him simultaneously merciless and unbiased.
Killing Intuition: Tetsuya is capable of learning over time and through observation the weaknesses of individuals. He uses this to make him a better killer, being able to come up with a plan of action which allows him to harm individuals in the most efficient way possible.
Misdirection: Tetsuya has the ability to redirect the attention of those who look at him to other points of interest more assuming than himself around. This is often a trait learned by thieves and magicians, and is most useful to sneak up on targets while there are more interesting people around. Beyond this point, the perfect use of this skill, allows Tetsuya to disappear from sight for a few seconds giving him tactical advantage in battle that his smaller size loses him in physical strength.

Reclaiming Vines: Tetsuya's household vessel takes the form of a rope dart when triggered using Ren Tao's Djinn Zagan, after making contact with organic matter it creates organic vines which grow and ensnare their intended target. Once said target is thoroughly subdued, plants begin flowering from them as they absorb the Magoi from their targets. In the end the flower buds can be picked and eaten by Tetsuya replenishing his own Magoi. If he chooses he can drain people to death this way, leaving no trace of what has happened to them upon their body, making his assassination technique completely untraceable.
