Jackie is a tall dark-skinned woman with straight chin-length dark hair, brown eyes and full lips. She wears a dark brown long-sleeved low cut shirt with form-fitted trousers and dark knee lengths boots.

At first she seems to be quiet, saying nothing and not standing out. She's shown that she knows how to respect people who care about her and directly has a willingness to lay down her life for Onoko. She also seems to disagree with taking useless risks, and won't take things any farther than she has to, in order to further her goals or complete her missions.

Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Jackie has displayed proficient skills in hand-to-hand combat. Jackie's style of fighting consists of kicking her opponent rather than punching or grappling them. She fights in this manner in order to quickly get her boots covered in dirt and blood.

Sacred Gear: Twice Critical - Dirty Boots: Dirty Boots are a variation of the Twice Critical Sacred Gear which is one of the more common versions of a Sacred Gear. Upon activation, her boots extend further up her legs, armor is generated on her shoulders and forearms, a scarf is generated around her neck, and a dark-colored hat appears on her head with a cloth hanging in front of the right side of her face.
Dirtiness-Enhanced Strength: Unlike other versions of Twice Critical, the strength of Dirty Boots increases as they become dirtier, regardless of whether it is from mud, blood, or any other substance. With them, Jackie is able to use physical attacks strong enough to create tremors on the ground upon striking it.
Enhanced Speed: Jackie is able to move at speeds greater than a normal Devil's, something which could potentially be surprising to someone who possesses the Knight traits.
