Both twins are seen wearing variations of the same uniform. It is a white top with a yellow tie and black bottoms in the case of Rin a black miniskirt and in the case of Len a black pair of pants with a yellow stripe up the side of each leg. That being said since the twins are often times scatter brained and in a rush, they are prone to throwing on any piece of clothing they get their hands on to spite their gender roles. They are also always seen wearing small chokers around their neck with musical clefs attached to each, Rin's is a G clef and Len's a B clef. Both are also always in possession of a pair of headphones which is technically part of their Regalia.
Personality:
The Twins are abnormally kind and loving individuals. They share an interesting desire to fix things and help even if the person who needs it doesn't want the help. They (like most tuners) lack a normal sense of boundaries and personal space, and are often hanging all over each other and anyone else they feel close to. They have very close ties with several members of their own generation, but upon leaving the tower became the personal tuners of the Fang Queen Akaru Chiyo of the 2nd Generation. They are particularly attached to her and often do whatever she tells them to do simply because she said so. That being said they go out of their way to stay in her good graces (though the folly of youth has gotten them into a bit of trouble with her in the past).
Miscellaneous:
- The Twins are 'mirror twins' who are versions of each other like looking in a mirror, including their internal organ placement.
- They believe Chiyo doesn't remember the circumstances she met them under, and thus try to hide their identities as the 3rd Generation Pledge Royalty with funny ends.
- The Twins prefer to tune together as their heart beats echo each other, giving them a steady four beat rhythm to follow. It makes them feel energized in general which is why they share a great preference for touching each other.
- They have recently become local pop/rock stars alongside their friend Takao, being able to feel his feelings through his heart beat allows them to be a perfect accompaniment.
- They have access to all of Chiyo's old diaries and often read them for fun, publishing bits as she tells them to.

The 3rd Generation's Pledge Regalia is a body suit regalia that comes equipped with ball-roller style ATs. These ATs have large speakers attached to either side and are black and white for Len and Rin respectively. Beyond that their body suit comes with suspenders and pendents which measure and mix together the heart beats of those in their immediate vicinity. They can mix the beats of up to four hearts at a time and seem to really enjoy doing this when it happens. Both also have modified their headphones to hold all the spare tools and parts they will need as part of their regalia. Beyond that they have streamers of yellow and what appears to be micro-tech built into them which helps them further find the perfect beat for tuning both directly and indirectly.
