Ruby Dragon Slayer Magic (ルビの滅竜魔法, Rubi no Metsuryuu Mahou): Ruby Dragon's Roar (ルビ龍の咆哮 Rubiryuu no Houkou): Haru gathers Ruby Energy within his mouth and subsequently releases them towards the opponent. This generates an extremely large and destructive sparking blast, which also releases shards of ruby to pierce or shred the opponents' body. It has two settings; the first form emits a higher-velocity beam with enough momentum to breach defenses. However, the damage dealt to the target without penetrating an defense is significantly reduced due to its lower energy transfer. The second mode is like a classic beam attack: the magical particles have less velocity and, while less penetrating, quickly transfer their energy to the target upon impact, destroying the target from within.
Cosmic Ruby Dragon's Roar (宇宙ルビ龍の咆哮, Uchūrubiryuu no Houkou): A more powerful variant of Ruby Dragon's Roar, only usable in Crimson Drive. Haru gathers ruby energy in his mouth, compressing it to its utmost limit, aligning the dual forces within his mouth and shapes it into a sphere, and then compresses it inside his mouth before releasing it in the form of a massive wave of energy that has explosive penetrative power.
Great Cosmic Ruby Dragon's Roar (大宇宙ルビ龍の咆哮, Dai Uchūrubiryuu no Houkou): A more powerful variant of Cosmic Ruby Dragon's Roar, only usable in Dragon Force. Haru gathers ruby energy in his mouth and releases a large quantity of the energy from his mouth, releasing it in the form of a massive wave of energy that has explosive penetrative power. The blast radius of this technique is substantially greater than that of the very similar Cosmic Ruby Dragon's Roar.
Ruby Dragon's Firing Hammer (ルビ竜の撃鉄, Rubiryuu no Gekitetsu): Haru engulfs intense Ruby Energy around both his fist and forearm and uses it to strike the target, to perform a devastating blow. Or he releases his magic seal, forming an enormous fist consisting of energy, which shoots foward at tremendous speeds with the intention to pummel/stun the opponent while shredding them.
Ruby Dragon's Cannon (ルビ竜の砲, Rubiryuu no Hō): Haru manifests a large amount of ruby on one of his arms, which he then compresses and shapes into the form of a massive cannon composed purely of ruby. This enables him to launch medium-sized blasts of scattering ruby out of the cannon; and they work similar to a shotgun; with shards of ruby being launched, this spreads the damage dealt by the attack over a greater area.
Ruby Dragon's Spear (ルビ龍の槍, Rubiryuu no Yari): Haru turns his arm into a large spearhead, from which a large number of ruby spears is fired towards their enemy multiple times in rapid succession. He can also turn his arm into a spear without shooting it but extending it and impale the target.
Ruby Dragon's Barrier (ルビ龍の関, Rubiryuu no Seki): Haru can unleash a barrier of Ruby/Ruby Energy from both of his arms. Uniquely, they are capable of bending any beam, and can even protect him from a bonafide wave motion gun from close range. However, despite being more advanced than normal barriers, it still suffers from magical draining. Also the barrier can only protect Haru from projectile attacks that are not connected to the user, not physical attacks.
Crimson Drive (真紅ドライブ, Shinku Doraibu): Haru's Ruby Energy becomes infused with his bloodstream before reaching his brain, resonating with adrenaline he is experiencing during combat. This in turn reacts with his own body and magical energy, increasing the strength, speed, and potential he possesses, allowing him to take on even foes more powerful than himself; entering a state of enhanced awareness and peak physical ability. While in this state, Haru demonstrates heightened reflexes and extremely quick information processing, and it amplifies the powers of his Ruby Dragon Slayer Magic without exhausting himself. Visually, this ability causes large amounts of magical energy to become emitted from Haru's shoulders, arms, legs, and knees in the form of beams of energy.
Purgatory Dragon Slayer Magic (煉獄の滅竜魔法, Rengoku no Metsuryuu Mahou):
Purgatory Dragon's Roar (煉獄龍の咆哮, Rengokuryuu no Hokou): The user first inhales, gathering fire in their mouth, and then releases such fire in the direction of their opponent, creating a large, exploding fireball, which damages and burns the opponent. The user quickly gathers flames in their mouth and then releases them, with no seeming stance required, producing a much larger burst of fire.
Purgatory Dragon's Blazing Hell (煉獄龍の炎熱地獄, Rengokuryuu no Ennetsu Jigoku): In a manner reminiscent of Fire Dragon's Iron Fist, Haru engulfs his clenched fist in a copious amount of fire, and then punches in the direction of his foes. Upon completion of the aforementioned punch, an extremely large sphere of scathing flames encases his opponents, burning them to ashes.
Purgatory Dragon's Blast Wave Wild Dance (煉獄龍の爆風乱舞, Rengokuryuu no Bakufuu Ranbu): Fire is expelled from the mouth in a large stream. The blaze is drawn into a spiral when the user expands their stomach, which will engulf the opponent in a massive vortex, giving them no option to escape, leaving them to suffer and burn.
Purgatory Dragon's Phoenix Sage Fire (煉獄龍の鳳仙火, Rengokuryuu no Housenka): This technique creates a volley of gigantic fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled by Haru himself, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult.
Gale Dragon Slayer Magic (烈風の滅竜魔法, Reppuu no Metsuryuu Mahou):
Gale Dragon's Roar (烈風龍の咆哮, Reppuuryuu no Hokou): The user quickly gathers and releases a large quantity of air from their mouth in the form of a tornado-like blast.
Gale Dragon's Blast Wave Wild Dance (烈風龍の真空波, Reppuuryuu no Shinkuuha): Haru releases many air currents that collide to create vacuum pockets that slash the opponents, with enough power to slice down rocks. This technique can deflect both physical and sound wave attacks and attack at the same time, making it both an offensive and defensive technique. Haru can also compress the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around him.
Gale Dragon's Violent Whirlwind (烈風龍の烈旋風, Reppuuryuu no Ressenpuu): By swiping one of his arms in the opponent's direction, Haru can generate several vertical whirlwinds of gigantic size, which rapidly hone in on the target by moving across the ground to reach them. When they connect with the foe, such spiraling currents of air seemingly combine into a single, much larger one, which strikes the desired target with enough blunt force to lift them in the air and sweep them away.
Cavern Dragon Slayer Magic (岩窟の滅竜魔法, Gankutsu no Metsuryuu Mahou):
Cavern Dragon's Roar (岩窟龍の咆哮, Gankutsuryuu no Hokou): The user first inhales, gathering earth in their mouth, and then releases such a massive maelstrom of dirt and sharp rocks at the opponent. This typical Dragon's Roar is capable of ripping certain objects to pieces and can destroy body armor instantly.
Cavern Dragon's Earth Destruction (岩窟龍の大地崩壊, Gankutsuryuu no Daichi Hōkai): Haru slaps his hands upon the ground and destroys the earth in a relatively large, explosive radius, which not only destroys his foes' footing, but also leaves them bombarded with the extremely large boulders fractured from the ground.
Cavern Dragon's Suicide Decapitation (岩窟龍の心中斬首, Gankutsuryuu no Shinjuu Zanshu): This technique conceals Haru underground and drags the object of his attack down into the earth, robbing it of its freedom, leaving it completely unable to move after it is underground. In addition, he can start another assault by attacking from the opponent's blind side.
Steel Dragon Slayer Magic (鋼王の滅竜魔法, Kou no Metsuryuu Mahou):
Steel Dragon's Roar (鋼王龍の咆哮, Kouryuu no Hokou): The user inhales a fairly large amount of air and then proceeds to release a very powerful tornado from their mouth, which possesses incredible blunt force, at the opponent. In the process, sharp steel shards are dispersed, which are capable of shredding the opponent's body.
Steel Dragon's Scales (鋼王龍の鱗, Kouryuu no Uroko): Haru covers part of his body (or the entirety of it) in steel scales, dramatically increasing his offensive and defensive abilities. When punching and kicking while covered in these scales, he is capable of creating powerful gusts of wind through mere kinetic force. These scales are strong enough to shatter bone and rock alike.
Steel Dragon's Hard Sword (鋼王龍の鋼剣, Kouryuu no Gouken): Haru claps his hands together above his head, creating a gigantic iron sword. He then proceeds to swipe the sword down, destroying a substantially large area in front of him.
Holy Dragon Slayer Magic (聖の滅竜魔法, Sei no Metsuryuu Mahou):
Holy Dragon's Roar (聖龍の咆哮, Seiryuu no Hokou): The user gathers and compresses magical energy within their mouth, before converting it into the so-called holy element. Kneading the element into a compacted form, the user quickly decompresses the energy and roars, releasing the solar energy in the form of an extremely large and destructive sparking blast composed of flares, which produces an immense amount of light and is capable of travelling for great distances, wreaking havoc wherever it passes.
Holy Dragon's Divine Ray (聖龍の天来線, Seiryuu no Tenraisen): Haru enters a crouched stance, gathering light in their hands. Shortly thereafter, the user opens their hands, releasing numerous homing beams of light, inflicting a substantial amount of damage to the target. This spell can also be used to hit more than one opponent at a time.
Holy Dragon's Detachment of the Primitive World (聖龍の原界剥離, Seiryuu no Genkai Hakuri): Haru creates a structure, with a sphere located at its center, between the palms of his hands. The structure expands rapidly in size when being propelled towards its intended target and traps them inside its confines. The sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius, resulting in the destruction of everything and anyone caught within as they are pulverized into particles of dust.
Sea King Dragon Slayer Magic (海王の滅竜魔法, Kaiou no Metsuryuu Mahou):
Sea King Dragon's Roar (海王龍の咆哮, Kaiouryuu no Hokou): By taking in a deep breath, the user is able to send out a powerful blast of water that can deal great damage to an enemy depending on how much they had consumed and how much force they put behind it. The user can release this spell as a razor sharp stream of water or a wide burst of wave.
Sea King Dragon's Encircling Deluge (海王龍の水陣方円, Kaiouryuu no Suijin Houen): With a meager wave of his hands, Haru creates an extremely vast, high-pressure torrent of water. It is powerful enough to cut cleanly through several thick trees with ease.
Sea King Dragon's Melting Apparition (海王龍の溶怪の術, Kaiouryuu no Youkai): A technique that manipulates a strong and extremely hot water, even capable of corroding flesh. Haru generates and shoots highly pressurized hot water that will melt anything. By using it at short-range the technique's speed increases. By distributing the liquid across a vast range, he creates a wall of water. Should his initial attack miss, a great deal of smoke is created by the effects of the hot water, so a follow-up attack can be conducted while the enemy's vision remains obscured.
Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic (電光の滅竜魔法, Denkou no Metsuryuu Mahou):
Lightning Dragon's Roar (電光龍の咆哮, Denkouryuu no Hokou): The user gathers lightning in their mouth and releases it in the form of a concentrated, destructive blast, capable of destroying everything in a wide area in front of them. A side-effect of being hit by this attack is, if the target survives, the lightning paralyzes them, preventing them from escaping the user's next attack. By moving their head around as they cast it, the user can also employ this spell in an arched trajectory, enabling them to hit enemies that may not be in their direct path.
Lightning Dragon's Heavenward Halberd (電光龍の方天戟, Denkouryuu no Houtengeki): The caster raises their hands and forms lightning between them, forming a very large trident out of it. They then hurl this at the enemy.
Lightning Dragon's Lightning Beast Tracking Fang (電光龍の雷獣追牙, Denkouryuu no Raijuu Tsuiga): By focusing lightning into his hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a beast. The beast remains connected to the user's hand, allowing them to control it during its attack. The lightning beast instantly tags onto the opponent's own energy signature, causing the large construct to follow it's target no matter where they run.
Phoenix's Regeneration (鳳凰の代謝, Houou no Taisha): After slaying a phoenix and absorbing its power, Haru gained the ability to simulate the body's cell division, reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up his body. The technique accelerates cell division, in such a way that it has a continuous, automatic effect that will heal any damage that the user sustains instantly without the need to make hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process. The enhanced regeneration granted by this technique is so rapid that even if the vital organs are so gravely injured they will be instantly restored to its uninjured states. By Haru’s own claim after gaining this power, as long as he has this power it is impossible for him to die by any means, as such he gains a form of immortality.
Dragon Slayer's Secret Art (滅竜奥義, Metsu Ryuu Ougi):: The strongest techniques of a Dragon Slayer.
Hyakka Ryouran: Shinku Ryuuseiken (百花繚乱・ルビー流星拳, Many Flowers Blooming In Profusion: Ruby Meteor Fist): Haru engulfs his fists in Ruby Energy, and delivers a series of fierce punches, which move at high speeds, leaving only jet streams in their place. They are capable of hitting the opponent over ten times a second, like meteors, and may even hit the opponent over long distances. The massive circles of air bursts from the punches surrounding Haru resemble actual meteors. However, due to the large amount of energy it uses, Haru cannot sustain it for long.
Hyakka Ryouran: Rengoku Ishiya (百花繚乱・煉獄石夜, Many Flowers Blooming In Profusion: Jeweled Night of Purgatory): Utilizing the power of his ruby manipulation, Haru concentrates all his power into his arm and punches the ground, causing several pillars of ruby to erupt from the ground and swiftly arch over the foe, before forming a nigh-inescapable cage that surrounds them from every direction—this ruby cage has very little weak spots, and it is only through a massively powerful attack that the foe can escape. After about five seconds of trapping his foe, Haru can snap his fingers and the diamond pillars begin to close in, allowing spikes to protrude from every square inch of the insides of the pillars which aim to impale them upon contact.
Hyakka Ryouran: Sekiha Tenkyoken (百花繚乱・関破天虚拳, Many Flowers Blooming In Profusion: Stone Breaking, Sky Shocking Fist):: Channeling his magical power into the air itself, Haru generates a sphere of Ruby Energy within his hands which is intensified and expanded via convergence and acceleration; pouring more and more energy into the sphere for every second that passes. There, he makes a throwing motion, causing the sphere to instantly decompress and release itself in the form of a beam of energy which travels towards the foe at high speeds. Mid-flight, the beam separates into the form of a number of rays which are fired towards the targets, leaving their starting point in a curved trajectory to strike them. Foes are thus bombarded by a barrage of beams which cause heavy damage upon them, striking them rapidly. The moment that all of the rays strike, one gigantic ray forms and strikes the target for the last time and creates a huge explosion, while the technique comes to an end. This is Haru's strongest regular Dragon Slayer's Secret Art.
Harmonic Dragon's Roar (調波龍の咆哮 Chouharyuu no Houkou): A technique that is only usable in Dragon Force, Haru gathers all the elements of the Dragon Slayer Magic types he is able to use and releases is in the form of a gigantic energy beam. It is incredibly dense, such that, while using one Haru starts sinking into the ground due to the increased weight. Despite how heavy the attack is, it travels rapidly once fired, enough to hit a target several kilometers away in only a few moments. The attack is very destructive, creating explosions that are visible from far away and that vaporize almost everything in the blast area.
Dragon God's Roar (龍神の咆哮 Ryuujin no Houkou): A spell similar to Harmonic Dragon's Roar, but incorporated with God Slayer magic. In recent years, it had been discovered that Mages have a second "container" for their Magic power that is largely unused called the Second Origin. Using the Arc of Time it is possible to unlock the said Magic Container, granting the Mage in question a large boost in Magic Power. Haru, on the other hand, is a special case as he has not two but three magic containers. After Haru consumes a God Slayer Magic with his Third Origin Release, he gathers black God Slaying Magic that was consumed inside his mouth while adding his own elements into it. Afterwards he fires the spell of immense, and yes, godly power.
Modes:Dragon Force (ドラゴンフォース, Doragon Fousu): Dragon Force activates when a Dragon Slayer starts to turn his/her own body into a humanoid dragon, gaining reptile-like scales and traits, such as further elongated and sharp canines for Old-Style Dragon Slayers, and actual scales, a scale-like design on their face and body, for New-Style Dragon Slayers. Dragon Force is the most powerful and final state a Dragon Slayer can attain, this granting power comparable to that of a real dragon, and the ability to destroy everything.
Dragon Force greatly increases the damage done by standard Dragon Slayer spells, and grants the user access to more advanced, powerful attacks. It also drastically enhances the user's physical prowess, making them far stronger, more resistant and faster, and boosts their Magic power, prompting it to violently become visible, taking on the shape of a dragon; when used at the fullest, the generated silhouette seems to gain corporeality, likely as a result of the immense amount of Magic power employed.
Dragon Slayers heralding from the Third Generation, like Haru, have both been taught their Magic by actual Dragons and have had their bodies implanted with Dragon Lacrima. Unlike the First Generation Dragon Slayers, these Dragon Slayers can freely enter Dragon Force at will.
Dragon King Mode (モード竜王, Moudo Ryuuou): Dragon King Mode (also known as Primal Dragon Mode) is an advanced Dragon Slayer ability. A dragon is capable of giving their child a final power-boost, granting them the remainder of both their magical and physical power by modifying their biology and Magic Origin; the visual representation of which is a draconic tattoo that is branded upon their skin in a place that depends from user to user- the tattoo is one final memento left from parent to child. Alternatively, the user can get this ability as a parting gift from their dragon without the seal, as long as the dragon is dead. When activating this mode, the draconic tattoo begins to glow brightly in the colour of the user's element, causing their dragon teacher's powers to influence their body, resulting in a drastic change. The user's Magic Origin is modified in order to take the addition of the draconic power of their parent into consideration, becoming larger and amplifying the quantity and effects of the magical power stored within. Additionally, the user's body strength is drastically augmented, with the tattoo altering it in order to take upon the properties of an actual dragon at full power. As a result of the sheer volume of the magical power granted by this power-up, the user constantly discharges aftereffects of their element, and their speed and power drastically increase to levels that allow them to fight toe-to-toe with incredulously powerful beings, to the extent that it can enable them to shrug off some forms of Black Magic. When in this form, the user has access to enhanced versions of their normal Dragon Slayer Magic spells, referred to as "Dragon King's…"
(竜王の, Ryuuou no...). Though Haru, himself, sometimes mixes this with "Harmonic Dragon's..."
(調波龍の, Chouharyuu no...) since he has access to multiple Dragon Slayer Magic and can implement his elements into this mode.
When the power granted by Dragon King Mode is exerted to its maximum, in a radius expanding meters, the surroundings itself becomes a storm of elemental energy which varies from user to user, and the user becomes cloaked in their element (in Haru’s case elements), which takes upon the manifestation of their dragon parent, causing a frightening visage. However, in order to utilize Dragon King Mode to the utmost of its ability, it can take an extremely long time to learn the ins and outs of the power, with the absolute maximum taking ten months of dedicated training to properly master, though in that case, the Dragon Slayer in question was mentally impaired. Another weakness of Dragon King Mode is that the magical power bestowed upon the user by their dragon parent is extremely finite, mostly due to the dragon parent only giving them this power in their last moments in existence; and once it runs out, the user can never utilize its power again. However, Haru is known to have overcome this weakness by syncing the Dragon King Mode with his Dragon Force, making the former an accessible power whenever he activates the latter.
