Fire Magic: Cross uses this form of magic to manipulate the element of fire. Cross has a high degree of mastery over this magic where he can concentrate a high amount of fire to increase its offensive power.
Fire Magic: Sol Linea 「炎魔法『小太陽光芒ソル・リーネア』 Honō Mahō "Soru Rīnea", literally meaning: Sunbeam of the Miniature Sun」: With an open grimoire, the user manifests a small sun-like sphere of concentrated flame and then manipulates the sphere to shoot an intense beam of fire towards a target. The beam has enough power to pierce through a barrier made of a defense magic spell. Once the beam hits, the user can manipulate the residual fire to incinerate the remains of the target.
Creation Magic: Cross uses this form of magic to create various fire-based entities. He has a penchant of creating a fire lion when fighting against his opponents.
Fire Creation Magic: Leo Rugiens 「炎創成魔法『大火炎獅子の砲哮レオルゼーナス』 Honō Sōsei Mahō "Reo Ruzēnasu", literally meaning: Cannon Howl of the Huge Blazing Lion」: With an open grimoire, the user generates a great amount of fire which takes the shape of a lion. This lion-shaped fire is of such a considerable size that the user could mount it. The user commands the lion to unleash a huge blast of flames from its mouth. Due to the size of the lion, the flames it releases covers a huge area and could take out multiple targets at once. Additionally, the flames' intensity is high enough that they could instantly incinerate everything in their path and reduce them to nothing.
Fire Creation Magic: Ignis Columna 「炎創成魔法『螺旋火柱イグニスコルムナ』 Honō Sōsei Mahō "Igunisu Korumuna", literally meaning: Spiral Pillar of Fire」: With an open grimoire, the user generates a pillar of spiraling flames around him. This pillar of fire rises from the user's feet to a certain height, which reduces the possibility of the user being attacked from above. This pillar has enough defensive power to withstand incoming high-speed attacks without breaking. In addition, the user could easily deactivate the spell without making any unnecessary movements.
Restraining Magic: Cross uses this form of magic to restrain his opponents with fire.
Fire Restraining Magic: Leo Palma 「炎拘束魔法『火炎獅子の掌レオ・パルマ』 Honō Kōsoku Mahō "Reo Paruma", literally meaning: Blazing Lion's Palms」: With an open grimoire, the user conjures several lion's palms composed entirely of fire around their target. The user could then manipulate those palms at will and use them to immobilize the target. Additionally, the user could utilize them as an extension of an arm and perform a search on a target without direct contact.
Spirit Magic: Cross uses this form of magic to summon a spirit that can assist him in battle. He uses this magic to summon Salamander, the fire spirit.
Fire Spirit Magic: Salamander's Breath 「炎精霊魔法『サラマンダーの吐息』 Honō Seirei Mahō "Saramandā no Toiki"」: With an open grimoire, the user summons Salamander, the fire spirit, and then launches an enormous blaze of fire with the spirit's assistance. The blaze can be released as a ball or a continuous stream.
Spirit Assimilation: Spirit Dive 「精霊同化『スピリット・ダイブ』 Seirei Dōka "Supiritto Daibu"」: With an open grimoire, the user assimilates an elemental spirit into their body. The spell enables the user to contain and control the power of the spirit, dramatically increasing their own magic power. When combined with Salamander, Cross' right arm turns red, a red circle of connected crosses appear around his wrist, a red half-mane appears from the right side of his collarbone, and a red half-crown of connected crosses appears on the right side of his head.
