R.E.A.D. Level:
Rider Class: E-Class
Regalia:
Pledge Regalia: Dynamic Synthesis - Usagi's version of the Pledge Regalia comes in numerous pieces. There is a remote device worn on her right forearm which controls the activity of the other pieces. A pair of arm bands on her biceps which sync via magnetic means to the butterfly-shaped bots Usagi uses for range and versatility. The Regalia also contains a pair of headphones that allow Usagi to greatly extend and amplify her hearing. The core which keeps each piece active and synchronized appears to be a glowing charm attached to a choker. When activated, the main feature of the Regalia, which is the butterflies, join with Usagi and the other segments to create a body suit. The suit contains wings and a skirt-like extension which both have thrusters, arm-length gloves which extend the capabilities of the Regalia's magnetic properties, and two double-layered halos that let Usagi hear and compartmentalize the "rhythm" of every person within a 20 meter radius.
Infinity Atmosphere:
Infinite Scale - As the Pledge Queen, Usagi is able to access the world of "Infinite Scale". This enables her to repair, modify and/or tune any ATs in a matter of seconds, if not faster.
Pledge Regalia: Access - Usagi enables other Tuners to access Infinite Scale by sharing her butterflies with them.
Ring Road: Ring In - After using her Pledge Regalia: Access, Usagi synchronizes with the Tuners connected to the Pledge Regalia through song channeled through the butterflies, which in turn forces her own "rhythm" on them and enables them to use the highly efficient tuning abilities of Infinite Scale, as if they were extensions of the Pledge Queen herself.
Tricks:
Construction - Using a number of tools she keeps on her person at all times, or her Regalia's butterflies, Usagi is capable of repairing any AT based technology.
Destruction - Usagi also possesses the ability to de-tune and destroy ATs and AT armor with her tuning abilities. Through the usage of the Pledge Regalia, other Tuners can perform this same feat, making it a formidable tool in battle.
Modification - After finally learning how to tune herself, Usagi created a third alternative for the Ring Road. By choosing to neither create nor destroy, Usagi learned to instead reconfigure ATs without adding or removing parts. Instead, she simply reorganizes the way things are to optimize efficiency with the parts that are given, or changes the way things work entirely.
