Regalia:

Gem Regalia: Topaz Tiger - Toma's version of the Gem Regalia is much like the original version belonging to the first generation Gravity Child, Kujo Jirou, albeit with more allowance of mobility. The Regalia's core is a transduction device which sits atop a pair of standard ATs. When deployed, the Gem Regalia: Topaz Tiger's core blossoms outward and creates heavy vibrations in the ground which resonate with enemy A.T.'s, paralyzing enemies.
Spoiler:

Infinity Atmosphere:

Infinite Tremor - Creates a tremor in the ground and applies the principles of piezoelectricity to enemies. Toma tends to use it to induce paralysis on other riders, but it seems to have offensive capabilities as well. The vibrations are strong enough that they may be used to destroy even metal.

Tricks:

Moon Drop - Toma uses the final principle of the Wing Road (in his case, the Jade Road) to interface with the air and molds wind into dense air. Toma's version of Moon Drop is a different version in which he repels everything in a full 360 degree around him with amazing force, enough to create craters on concrete floor and wreck everything within a large radius of himself.

Shard Bullets - Toma uses the effects of Gaia Road to force pieces of the ground upward. He follows up with a kick of wind sending them flying at his opponents. This trick may be confused with the Moonstruck Numberless Grappler as Toma is surrounded by a shadow army of skeletons.

Wind Barrier - Toma creates an extremely dense wall of air in front of him. The wall is extremely powerful and durable, blocking the attacks of multiple riders at once. Normally this trick would leave the users back exposed but due to the increased rotation of his arms thanks to Suzume's special "training regimen", Toma can create a full body barrier.

Tornado - Toma kicks with his AT, simultaneously twisting his leg and releases a tornado in front of him. This doesn't seem to carry a massive amount of offensive power like it would when used by a pure wind rider, but Toma seems capable of using it as a supplement to his other tricks.

Infinite Stratum: Ensnaring Suffocation - Toma creates a tremor in the ground and applies the principles of piezoelectricity to his enemies. This appears to be an alternate version of Infinite Tremor, however, its seems to affect the surrounding air as well.
