Regalia:

Fang Regalia: Bloody Armor - The Fang Regalia is primarily a pair of sleek, purple ATs containing a system responsible for the creation of the Fang through the collection of inertial energy that comes from landing and breaking, and allows it to be remitted. The completion of this Regalia allows it to retain the AT's jumping abilities, unlike the Fang Subregalia Kyoya once wore. Since abandoning the Black Order and riding solo, Kyoya has found some additions to the Fang Regalia, namely a pair of tonfa and a spiked bracelet. Through landing and breaking to build enough inertial energy, the Regalia undergoes a change into its active state, which involves the wheels forming a jagged blade pattern akin to that of a chainsaw.
Spoiler:

Furthermore, the Fang Regalia seems to have a battle suit transformation, in which Kyoya's uniform is modified into a trench coat with what appears to be a bird designed on its inside base. The trench coat can be used as a strong defensive barrier against physical damage. Another addition are blades at the toe of each of Kyoya's ATs; which he can freely extend, reinforcing the power of his kicks. The Regalia seems to greatly boost Kyoya's natural abilities, enhancing his strength, speed, stamina and overall attack power tremendously in its battle suit form.
Spoiler:

Infinity Atmosphere:

Infinite Carnage: Maw of the Beast - The Infinity Atmosphere of Bloody Armor is what can be considered the final evolution of the Infinity Jail. It is the creation of a completely segregated space that does not allow the presence of any other than two selected individuals. A battle could not be interfered with from the outside. From the inside of the sphere, it looks like being in the sky, with a large invisible circular wall surrounding. There are spikes located on the walls inside the sphere like an arena ring. Even other ATs are prevented from entering and no tricks can be used inside due to the strong vacuum effect from within the sphere controlling any shifting wind. It requires strong winds to maintain itself and a great quantity of oxygen is consumed during the formation of the dome. This benefits Kyoya greatly when used, as the Bloody Road (and the Carnivorous Road by association) truly shines in its ability to directly carve up the opponent's body, even without Fang creation.

Tricks:

Solid Fang - The creation of this Fang is through the collection of Inertial Energy that comes from landing and breaking and allows it to be remitted. However this Fang is more concentrated than normal and is able to actually cut things. Kyoya's Fang presently holds the record for the largest and fastest traveling Fang.

Devouring Fang - Kyoya creates a pair of curved Fangs which meet each other at the edges to form a mouth. These Fangs have ribbed protrusions to truly give the appearance of a set of teeth within the mouth, and when they reach the opponent, they seem to close in as if biting.

Earth-Splitting Fang - Kyoya's most powerful Fang. He spins to create more inertia than forward movement allows, building up a powerful gale around him which enhances the Fang during its release. The result is a Fang of incredible size and bullet force.

Form Shift - The tonfa of the Fang Regalia are able to open up, releasing chains that Kyoya uses like flails. With his ability of wind manipulation, Kyoya is capable of effectively lengthening the chains, drastically increasing his attack area. The sides of the tonfa have also shown to release spikes, giving each four long spikes on their sides. Hooks can pop out of the intersection where the tonfa and the handle meet. Small holes around the tonfa can open to send out air that reflects any incoming attacks. He can also release a spike on the front of each tonfa which then can be used to stab the enemy. Wind can also be used to quickly extend the spikes.
