This man had nearly erupted into laughter after waiting a full minute for the boy to perform something and hearing that he was going to perform a water based jutsu here, in the middle of the desert with no source of water to be found. Soon enough though the boy created a rather large water dragon, whose tail formed around him and head rose up over him before aiming a rather large impact upon the large man. He was simply astounded by the sight he was seeing. He couldn't feel the increase in chakra and had no idea what was coming, but by the time it happened it was simply already over.
