Kimiko seemed to enjoy her tea well enough, but the one question the lad had bothered asking didn't seem to cause him to do anything other than accept the information given to him. This sort of made Kimiko wonder what type of place he'd come from and what sort of differences they had compared to here. Of course, this city was sort of quiet unless one went looking for trouble. Even so, she couldn't imagine this boy going out and looking for a fight in the Magano and thus had a hard time figuring out why he'd bothered to ask the question. Fubuki on the other hand seemed to just be a person of general good cheer so she continued on. "Hai, that is all there is to it pretty much. If you are interested in being able to go into the Magano on your own you only need prove yourself capable. Though I generally advise against it, no one really takes that into account," she said offering a minor glare over her cup towards the girl who seemed to be sitting with a sunny disposition on her face, feigning innocence in a way which made it seem to radiate off her. "Is that really the only question you have?" Fubuki implored, generally anything was on the table but this lad seemed to be all about his duties which was quite odd for someone his age.

"... Hai desu. I have no more questions," the boy said after a few moments of silence, having received the only information he truly sought. Without further ado, the white-haired boy drained the remains of his tea. He stood then, returning his emptied cup to the table while retrieving his briefcase. "If it's alright, I'd like to go to my room until I'm needed for a job," he said, bowing once more to the elder in the room. From there, he'd await potential direction to the room he was to begin living in.

"Alright. Well, I am always around if you think of something..." said the woman who thought this lad strange. Even more so, when he finished his tea and stood bowing once more. It seemed he was strangely polite in addition to his other qualities. And after thanking her wanted only to be shown to his room so that he could get ready in case his services were needed. In this time Kimiko had also finished her tea returning the cup to the tray. It seemed this boy would be going to his room, so there wasn't much reason for her to stay around. "I'll clear these. Kimi-chan why don't you show him to his room, hm?" she asked of the girl who knew that the open room was one immediately to the left her own. She motioned for the young man to follow and went without complaint or question, though she had to wonder why such things are necessary. Since it was strange to walk around not saying anything the girl gave a few details that the guardian of this house might have forgotten. "The bathroom is at the end of the hall if you're wondering. Kitchen is off the left of the room we were just in. There is a more teen friendly sitting room on the other side of that, you know, with a tv and stuff," she seemed to be okay giving this run down. The empty room beside her own was soon opened and it was a bit better than modest with an actual bed of a reasonable size and desk as well as a large sliding glass window which led out into a garden in the center of the house. It also had a standing wardrobe and a full length mirror as well as mounts for a tv and anything else the boy wanted to bring in. "This room is yours... the key for the door is in the desk drawer," she said with a knowing smile. "Also you aren't supposed to leave your sliding door open. But... if you do it makes it really easy to sneak into your room if you're out after curfew..." she said with a casual roll of her eyes. "Welcome to the Murakami House, Shiba-kun." she offered before stepping away from this room towards her own bedroom.

It would not be Fubuki who escorted him to his room, but the girl named Kimiko instead. This made no difference to Tetsuya, who only intended to visit said room. En route, Kimiko gave instructions regarding the locations of the bathroom, kitchen, and otherwise. In moments, they came across the entrance to Tetsuya's new room. The girl then spoke of a method others, likely herself, used to disobey curfew. Tetsuya didn't seem particularly interested in this. Once Kimiko finished her speech, he stepped into the room and visually scanned it. "... Hai. Arigatou gozaimasu. I'll be here if anything needs to be done," he said, aiming to shut the door if no further words were to be shared between them. If he were able to do this, Tetsuya's words would ring true, as he would not be leaving his room for an undetermined amount of time unless something was needed of him.

And with all necessary information given, Kimiko was soon allowed to seat herself within her own room. Hers was decorated in various dark materials black and red velvet blankets covered her bed and she seemed to have a thing for dark or Gothic decor. Even so, as she tried to settle in for the night she seemed oddly uneasy. It wasn't often that she didn't end up in a fight with someone immediately after meeting them, and something about this boy made her feel a tiny bit antsy. People weren't sent here unless they were really good, but everything about this boy said he was soft. 'I wonder why they sent him here,' she mentally. It was also not really clear whether or not this boy had any kind of life outside of his job as an exorcist, this thought left the girl uncomfortable for some reason. But as the quiet of the night settled she seemed capable of pushing that thought to the side, while she lounged around her room she drifted off just a little waiting for something to happen.

Once inside the room with his door closed, Tetsuya sighed and moved toward the room's desk. He sat there, opening his briefcase and removing from it the box of talismans he had within. There was one particular talisman held in a special box of its own, but with this one, he merely looked at its container and went back to the other stack. Only time would tell what his use here would be, but he felt it was unnecessary for him to be in this particular dormitory. Whatever the reason was, it didn't much matter in this moment. He was here now. All he had to do from here on was await whatever tasks this dorm had for him; and that, he would do.

A little more than an hour after the teens had settled into their rooms, Fubuki received a phone call from one of their nearby dormitories. The woman's eyes widened just a tad as she came shuffling down the hall. Someone had to go out again, for a rather strange reason. When standing in front of the two bedrooms she paused. 'Kimi-chan just got back from being out...' she paused thinking about the Shiba House. With a name like Shiba, the boy should be more than capable of doing a task this simple and it would allow the girl now sleeping in the other room, a bit of rest from these kinds of tasks. Especially given the number of exorcisms she'd taken on earlier this day. With all of this in mind the woman reached to her side removing a talisman which had the kanji 'mon' worked into it. It was a gate for opening Magano and she was about to give it away. A knock would occur on the door of one Shiba Tetsuya enough to alert the boy that someone was outside, if the woman's fast shuffling hadn't made that obvious enough. "Tetsu-chan, I have a task for you," she mentioned.

It took an incredibly lesser amount of time than Tetsuya expected to have someone approach his bedroom with a job for him. Judging by the speed of the approaching footsteps, this was something at least reasonably urgent. Fubuki knocked on the boy's door, giving him verbal confirmation afterwards that there was something for him to do. Only a second later, the door opened, and Tetsuya stood with his eyes fixated on the woman in front of him. "Hai! What do you need?" he asked in a voice, and with a countenance, which both differed greatly from what he'd previously shown. He now seemed quite focused, and entirely motivated to do what was necessary.

Fubuki was somewhat surprised to find that Tetsu had opened his door and seemed to be awaiting his task with more fire than he'd been shown to possess thus far. 'Huh, that's a bit strange...' she thought. Still the matter at hand was presently more urgent than her own curiosity, and said focus would prove useful to him if he actually wished to take on the job. "Right. I just got a call from the Guardian of the Sanzen Dormitory. It seems that one of his exorcists got pulled into the Magano on what was supposed to be a routine exorcism," she put forward her right hand containing the 'mon' talisman. "I'd like you to go and retrieve her. She can't get out on her own, and while she isn't the weakest person, it'd be bad if she was lost in there for any great amount of time," she said with a quick nod. "Her name is Masuno Chie, and she went missing near the Kin temple in Kita-ku, you might have seen it on your way here... front of the building is gold, so it's hard to miss." she finished up, figuring the boy would take the talisman and be on his way. "Don't take any unnecessary risks while you're out there," she warned before leaving him to the task.

"A rescue mission?" Tetsuya questioned. Without any hesitation, though, he accepted the talisman which would lead him into Magano. He awaited the name and location of the person he sought, and with that information, he immediately retrieved a few necessary tools and talismans... including the strange Shikigami talisman he carried. "Hai. I'll be back when I can." With that said, Tetsuya wasted no time opening the gate to Magano. It seemed it was his intention to make the journey from where he landed relative to this building, instead of first finding the location in the real world. In no time at all, the white-haired boy was in the barren wasteland of a parallel world, making his move toward his given destination.
