Appearance:

Okibi has ashen-black hair which hangs down past her shoulders, and bright amber eyes, while her fingernails are painted dark red. She wears lipstick and violet eye shadow. She wears a red choker around her neck (a present from her younger sister) which she's imbued with an enchantment meant to help protect her. Around her neck she wears a black scarf which also bears some sort of enchantment and is generally seen wearing a long red overcoat atop a plain black version of an exorcists uniform. She seems to favor a plainer style with a few accessories compared to the more flamboyant styling of her younger sister.

Personality:

Okibi is a playful kindhearted individual. She worries often for her sister's safety and strives to help the younger girl become the best exorcist she can be. Many will comment that the girl and her sister are both beauties in their own right, hinting that Okibi could stand to dress better. This will cause the young woman to grin often replying that she got all the power so she had to leave her sister with style. Okibi seems to find her younger sisters toils somewhat amusing and will often drop by just to see her if she's nearby, making her one of the most commonly seen of the 12 Heavenly Commanders.

Powers & Abilities

Okibi is skilled enough to be one of the 12 Heavenly Commanders at a fairly young age. She has a unique control over her abilities leading most to believe she is a master in the use and creation of enchantments. She is often seen using in excess of five, including several of the ones favored by her younger sister. Though several of her own are quite unique containing elemental affinities to fire.

  • Saigan Shishi (砕岩獅子 Saigan Shishi, "Stone-Crushing Lion"): Using the Strong Arm Talisman (轟腕符 Gōwan Fu, "Rumbling Arm Charm"): An enchantment that increases the power of Okibi's attacks, hers is special in that it creates a flaming aura about her hands which she can spread down to her weapon of choice.

  • Hiten Shunkyaku (飛天駿脚 Hiten Shunkyaku, "Soaring Heavenly Legs of Swiftness"): Using the Fast Leg Talisman (韋駄天符 Idaten Fu, "Skanda Charm"): An enchantment which increases the speed of Okibi's legs, allowing her to move faster than normal. A side-effect of her useage of this spell is flaming patches of land where her feet make foot fall.

  • Raisai Senkan (来災先観 Raisai Senkan, "Foresight of Coming Calamities"): Using the Star Reading Talisman (星動読符 Seidōdoku Fu, "Celestial Motion Reading"): An enchantment that spawns from the choker around her neck, this expands up to her eyes, increasing her kinetic vision by a ridiculous amount to allow her foresight during combat that allows her the ability to react to all coming situations.

  • Banish All Evils (万魔調伏 Banmachōbuku, "10,000 Evils Exorcism"): Okibi uses a this enchantment twice to charm her pair of short swords into being able to attack impurities. Beyond this her own magical effect seems to bring about flaming swords to met out her retribution.

  • Esoteric Buddhist Mantra: A healing mantra which uses calm blue flames to heal the injuries of herself or others.


The Dance of the Hazy Lotus Flower (朧蓮華の舞 Obororenge no Mai): She attacks the opponent with quick and rapid attacks multiple times, slashing at her enemy.
