Name: Valkenhayn Wolff
Age: 243
Gender: Male
Appearance:

Valkenhayn takes on the image of the stereotypical butler. He is an elderly man who wears a dark, aquamarine suit adorned with gold trimming. His long, white hair is tied in a ponytail at the back. In his youth, he still wore the suit sans the jacket, but had brown hair. When transformed, he takes the shape of a big, silvery-blue wolf with a white mane (formerly his hair). On a comedic note, supplemental materials reveal that the pink ribbon used for his ponytail was a gift from Rachel, and the ribbon can be seen in his wolf form adorned on his tail. In his youth, Valkenhayn’s fur was brown instead of gray.

Biography:

Some time after moving from Germany, Valkenhayn became the personal butler of Vlad Tepes III, whom he served for many years. After Vlad became the vampire Dracula, Valkenhayn became one of the first few vampires to be sired by the man who'd eventually be known as the Lord of Shadows. As a vampire himself, Valkenhayn was powerful enough to somewhat resist the orders of Dracula after the former's powers solidified. One fateful day, he disobeyed the lord of vampires, and was cursed into the form of a wolf to sit among Dracula's pack. When he accepted his subservience to Dracula, the curse was lifted, albeit only partially. Valkenhayn became a special breed of vampire capable of taking the form of a wolf at will. This became his claim to fame among vampire kind as he joined the council of vampires in its original lineup.

When Dracula returned to life in the year 1577, he took a wife. As Dracula's butler from his previous life, Valkenhayn pledged himself and his services to the woman, who'd go on to become a member of the vampire council herself, following her own death and revival. Unlike the woman he is sworn to, however, he is unquestionably overjoyed by the idea of Dracula's return to glory once more.

Powers & Abilities:

Wolf Form: Valkenhayn's most well-known and used ability allows him to transform partially, halfway or fully into a beast wolf form to tear his opponents to shreds unrestrained. This form was gained after Valkenhayn overcame a curse placed on him by Dracula, which turned him into one of Dracula's pet wolves to teach him subservience to the Vampire Lord. The wolf transformation provides an outstanding boost to his melee capabilities, as well as his natural and supernatural sensory abilities. Valkenhayn can now morph between forms at will to take advantage of both for some devastating combination blows. While he gains incredible strength, agility and speed, he is unable to use magic to properly defend himself in this form.
