Physical Description:
Personality: Azazel is a man of desire; one to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Of course, 'simple pleasures' for him includes chaos and mayhem. This could lead to most people thinking of him as a twisted individual of sorts, but Azazel's retort to this would be a simple act of torching. There is not much behind this Dark Mage as a human, but perhaps this could be said due to the fact that most would only see him in combat as an enemy.

Magic

Flame God Slayer Magic (Kaen no Metsujin Maho): A type of Magic that incorporates the element of fire into the user's body. This allows the user to produce black flames from any part of his body which is used mostly for attacking purposes. The user is also able to consume external sources of fire in order bring himself to a healthy state and replenish his strength, which makes him immune to fire based attacks. In addition God Flames do not burn, they are flare halberds that instead destroy everything.

Flame God's Explosive Flame - The user releases a massive stream of black flames at his opponent from his arm by launching his arm forward in a punch-like motion. Once the flames reach its target, they increase in size creating a giant explosion.

Flame God's Kagutsuchi (Enjin no Kagutsuchi) - The user spreads his arms and legs and unleashes a giant ball of black flames around himself. Incantation: When you burn down the west... and you burn down the east... Flame God's Kagutsuchi!

Flame God's Cloud - The user swipes his hand, releasing black flames that cover his target(s) like a cloud.

Flame God's Bellow (Enjin no Dogō) - The user breathes a massive ball of flame at his opponent.

Flame God's Scythe - The user forms a scythe of black flames off of one arm, which he uses as a weapon for destructive results.

Flame God's Supper (Enjin no Bansan) - An attack where the user claps his hands down to launch a mouth-shaped attack of black flames at his foe(s) to trap them in spherical-shaped black flames, eventually turning them into ashes.

God's Wrath - God's Wrath activates when a God Slayer gives in to strong emotions, and allows a God Slayer to essentially transform themselves into a demigod. The God Slayer gains elaborate and winding tattoos all over their body as they reach the ultimate form of God Slayer Magic. God's Wrath grants a massive increase to the user's physical prowess, as well as their God Slayer spells. The more powerful their emotion, the more powerful their spells become. In a manner akin to how Curses function, God's Wrath causes the user's spells to be fueled by a source other than the user's Magic Power. What fuels God Slayer spells during God's Wrath is called Divine Power, which is essentially the strength of the emotion which triggered God's Wrath. The user's element constantly seeps from their body when God's Wrath is triggered, and becomes many times stronger than its previous state as a result of the added strength of emotion.

Azazel's Fire Element with God's Wrath causes his flames to become nigh eternal. When something is struck by his God's Wrath element, the flames continue to eat away at the target until not even cinders remain.

Limbo Magic: A Caster-type forbidden Lost Magic which allows the user to interface with the invisible world known as Limbo (輪墓, Rinbo, Literally meaning: Wheel Grave). Limbo is the realm between Earth Land and Edolas, and is stained with the essence of every creature and their counterpart from the opposite world. Limbo Magic lets the user access that essence, and can even make it possible to bring it to their world in some form. Limbo Magic uses the eyes, and is distinguishable by one or both eyes turning grey in color with ripple patterns surrounding the pupil.

Path of the Forbidden - Azazel's trademark teleportation skill allows him to travel through Limbo. As the space between parallel realms is distorted, Azazel is able to use it as a method of instant transportation to any point of Earth Land. Though it requires more effort, and has more associated risks to do so, he may also branch off the given path, and take himself and anyone he wishes into Edolas.

Limbo: Border Jail (輪墓・辺獄 Rinbo: Hengoku) - A form of Limbo Magic. The user is able to project shadows of themselves into the invisible world known as Limbo (輪墓, Rinbo, Literally meaning: Wheel Grave), which is generally impossible to detect or visually perceive. The shadows can operate independently of the user, attacking and restraining target(s) or defending the original body from harm. One eye being active seems to only allow the creation of a single shadow, but with both eyes active, the user is capable of producing up to five shadows. The user is also capable of switching places with these shadows at any time. To the naked eye, it appeared to be the act of an invisible force. The downside to this technique is that the user's shadows, after a set period of time, automatically return to their body and are left temporarily unusable, although the recharging period seems to be a very short one. The shadows can be partially combated by immobilizing or sealing the body in a way that it cannot move, act, or be recalled to the user's body. Although this does not truly defeat the shadow, it is effective at neutralizing the immediate threat it poses in battle.

Ankhseram Black Magic (アンクセラムの黒魔術 Ankuseramu no Kuro Majutsu): Also known as the Contradictory Curse (矛盾の呪い Mujun no Noroi), is a Black Art that involves killing. Ankhseram Black Magic is a Black Art that allows its user to produce a black miasma that kills anything it touches. However, certain Magic Items have proven themselves able to protect people from the deadly effects of it. This Magic seems to be uncontrollable at times, causing it to burst out randomly, killing anything within a certain radius of the caster. However, if the user forgets the value of life, they can fully control the Magic. This Magic seemingly cannot be learned, but instead, true to its name as a curse, is brought upon someone by Ankhseram, who may do so to a person making light of the connections between life and death. The more regard the cursed individual holds for life than the more they will end up killing inadvertently and only when they no longer have any regards to life will they stop killing at all which led this Magic to be known as the "The Contradictory Curse." The main side effect of this curse is near-absolute immortality. Additionally, after some time of being afflicted with the curse, the person in question's mental state becomes warped to the point where even their own thoughts, feelings and actions become contradictory as well.

Death Predation (死の捕食 Shi no Hoshoku) - A spell in which the caster releases a deadly black miasma that instantly kills any victims within its range. Its range and area of effect are, however, limited. The spell works on humans, plants and animals alike. Anyone standing close to the affected area will only be knocked out, rather than killed.

Death Pillar - The user swipes both of their arms in a circular motion until the bottom of their hands meet. The hand on top has the index and middle fingers pointing upwards, while the other hand has the little (pinky) and index fingers pointing downwards. While doing this, the user is surrounded by a dark aura. This spell creates an extremely large vertical explosion which can seemingly strike a single target out of others nearby, allowing the user to kill targets with more precision than is found in Death Predation.

Truth-Seeking Balls (求道玉 Gudōdama) - Truth-Seeking Balls are hand-sized orbs of black Magic energy that users can use to alter its shape to serve for a variety of purposes. Truth-Seeking Balls are extremely destructive, capable of turning targets to dust. When kept in their default sphere form, they can be used as high speed projectiles, as explosives by making them rapidly expand, or to heal the user's injuries through physical contact. Whatever their shape, users can only control them within 70 meters of their location, allowing opponents to combat them by transporting the orbs elsewhere. Truth-Seeking Balls can be controlled individually or combined together. Azazel is able to manipulate Truth-Seeking Balls without any special effort.

Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball (膨張求道玉 Bōchō Gudōdama) - A vast expanding mass of chaos with power to reshape the world by obliterating it to nothing first. Unlike the standard Truth-Seeking Ball, which a user starts with a set amount of spheres that cannot be regenerated if lost or destroyed, this technique does not have such limitations and can be generated from nothing.

Immobilization Magic: A Black Art of Azazel's that allows him to freeze time for all except those he specifically chooses to remain mobile. After casting this Magic, the surrounding area and all those affected by the Magic appear inverted in color, whilst those unaffected remain as they are.

Grimoire Law (グリモアロウ Gurimoa Rō): It appears to be a malefic form of Fairy Law. Its color is a darker variation of Fairy Law's color. When activated, a dark light envelops the area and inflicts heavy damage on whoever the Caster perceives from their heart as an enemy, leaving friends and bystanders completely unharmed. The choice between friend or foe is decided by the user's spirit, and he/she can not lie to this Magic. It is considered a very powerful Magic and is one of the rare legendary spells. It is said that, if used against Fairy Law, it would bring horrible destruction.

Thought Projection (思念体 Shinentai): A type of Magic which allows its user to create a psychic copy of his or her body. This Magic can work even over great distances, allowing the user to essentially be in two places at once. While some Thought Projections are intangible like holograms, used merely for communication, Azazel is able to create a particularly powerful Thought Projection that can physically interact with people and objects, even though it lacks physical form. The creation and maintenance of this alter-ego is very taxing, however, essentially halving Azazel's overall Magical power. Once the Thought Projection reunites with his body, though, his Magical power returns to normal. Azazel's Thought Projection also differs in appearance from himself, taking the form of Uriel, who has gone on to become a member of the Fairy Tail Guild, as well as a Wizard Saint.
