With his brother gone, Dior temporarily lost his clear mind for progression. That is, until Junon replied to his worries with her own observations of what happened. A sigh escaped the older male. So long as the boy was in the dungeon and alive, he could move forward in a way that didn't involve tearing up the surrounding area until finding Asher, but he needed the lad to be a bit less adventurous in such moments. "Kuso. I guess it can't be helped. Let's go," he said, wasting no further time before moving into the dark corridor. Within moments, though, the dark areas throughout the dungeon ahead of these two became illuminated, revealing the goblin horde in front. Luckily, this gave Dior a good enough look at them to tell how much more difficult they would be. "Those armor segments protect them against magic. It would take a lot of power, or a lot of precision to take out their vitals, and this hall is just narrow enough for their size that it would take too long to mow them down."

In spite of his words, Dior took the lead with a casual stroll forward. The goblins seemed to think this laughable, but Dior himself only had a few words of advice for Junon. "Stay as close to me as possible," he said as his grimoire opened to its first page. "Suigin Mahō: Gin no Ame." Dior had noticed that though the corridor was relatively narrow, it was also tall enough to accommodate the size of these particular goblins. As such, he utilized this spell to cause drops of mercury to rain down from above in the area surrounding him, but keeping clear a small radius around his body where he expected Junon to stay. The density of Dior's mercury magic was great enough that even the goblins' anti-magic armor stood no chance of saving them. In the end, Dior was casually stepping over the fallen and mangled corpses of these creatures, expecting Junon to be ready to guide at any moment.
