Name:
Cecil Adrian Brown

Age:
26

Gender:
Male

Affiliation:
Death Eaters

Occupation:
The Dark Lord of the Death Eaters

School of Graduation:
Hogwarts (defected)

House:
Gryffindor

Appearance:
Cecil has short dark brown hair and distinguishing green eyes. He sports a rough beard on his face. His skin is relatively fair, and he tends to wear a simple dark gray sweater, accompanied by a black hooded robe. He is said to be quite handsome, but that doesn't prevent him from using his hood to hide his face from time to time.

Personality:
As a young boy, Cecil proved himself to be a quiet and peaceful individual. His parents were rich and he would often get what he wanted, however, that didn't make him a spoiled brat. As he grew up, his personality developed to be more daring and courageous. After his defection from Hogwarts his nature far exceeded that of any common evil doer. He was shown to have become a complete psychopath with all the classic traits: lack of empathy, incapacity for remorse, grandiosity, selfishness, and violence, believing that the world around him should revolve in accordance to his own desires. He is highly intelligent, as evidenced by his top performance at Hogwarts and his tremendous magical achievements, but his interests are narrowly focused on the usefulness of people, objects, and powers to his goals. His ability to see the larger picture and attention to events, powers and human traits makes him a good observer and allows him to notice details most people tend to forget. Additionally, he is known to be a charismatic leader. Under his leadership, the forerunners of the Death Eaters were able to sneak past surveillance while acting under his command. Showing that even at a young age, Cecil was a very competent leader. As his past experiences increasingly compromised his soul, Cecil's style of leadership presumably changed from the original charismatic rule of the Hogwarts gang to a more ruthless - though no less effective - command of his Death Eaters.

Biography:
Even at a young age, Cecil was able to utilize magic without the use of a wand or even knowing the very existence of magic itself: he had a power to move objects with his mind, to communicate with and control animals, and even inflict harm on those whose who opposed or annoyed him. This unnaturally high level of control marked him a prodigy even as a child. His parents, and of course most of the magical institutes, noticed this. At the age of 11 he got countless acceptance letters from different schools. However, his parents guided him towards their own school, Hogwarts. Cecil was sorted into Gryffindor, where he quickly manifested his talent, not only in his studies but also in Quidditch. He became one of the youngest Quidditch players by joining his house's team as the seeker, while maintaining astonishing scores in all of his classes, as he was top of the class in most of them. His leadership skills blossomed during his second year when he became the Quidditch Team's captain and led his house to victory. His parents died during the next year and it was then that he met the love of his life, Élise. It was Cecil's fifth year at Hogwarts when the duo started dating. In his sixth year, a new man named Liam replaced the old Potions professor. Professor Liam seemed like a respectable man, and Cecil did not hesitate to show him his regards. However, nobody knew the fact that he was actually a mentally challenged psychopath, who got pleasure from seeing other people suffer. Coincidentally, his first victim in Hogwarts was going to be Élise. The man exposed the girl to the Cruciatus Curse before violently killing her with the Killing Curse. When the incident broke out, the school started an inspection on the students and Professor Liam wasn't even suspected. It was then that he decided to point out Cecil's relationship with Élise. He claimed that Cecil was the murderer and the reason for this heinous act was mere jealousy. Although it was hard to believe, given the fact that it was obvious how much Cecil loved Élise, the majority (including the teachers and Cecil's own friends) found this claim legitimate and understandable.

The young boy didn't accept the false claims, of course. However, even his devastated situation had little to no effect on others. He ultimately felt betrayed and immediately fled from Hogwarts. It took him several weeks to get a hold of himself. Meanwhile, the murders in Hogwarts continued to take place. It took eight more murders for the Headmaster to figure out the real murderer. Liam was eventually sent to Azkaban with a life-sentence and Cecil was freed from the accusations. Yet, this did not please him at all. He wanted real justice and revenge from Hogwarts, they were responsible for Élise's death after all. If they had heeded his words or inspected their teachers, none of the deaths would have taken place. So, he decided to carry out justice by himself. After days of research, he broke into the Azkaban, found Liam and tortured him before striking him down with the Killing Curse, exactly like the man had done to Élise. From there on, he continued to carry out his own style of justice. Some people eventually agreed with his ways and wanted to join him in his cause. Cecil united them under the name of Death Eaters. As time went on, he and the Death Eaters became infamous for their usage of Dark Arts. As for Cecil, he became the feared leader of Death Eaters in a short span of four years. So much that some people can't even dare to utter his name and call him as the Dark Lord instead. One of his current objectives is said to be the total destruction of Hogwarts.
