Tsukiko is a young woman with short white hair that she wears in a bowl cut around her face. She is frail and thin but always has a smile on her face. She has a fairly happy disposition despite her circumstances, and is considered a joy to be around. She is normally seen wearing a frilly white dress and white stockings and shoes. Because she is a shut-in she is always pale and doesn't tan easily. Her eyes are a clear shade of blue which is closer to being white than an actual color.

- Tsuki and Kimi were childhood friends (there fathers are friends, their mothers had a semi-recent falling out).
- She is known to have been very sickly as a kid (a genetic disorder) which makes it so she can't walk.
- She is a shut-in who lives a very well-loved life, though she enjoys the time she has in AoE.
- When she discovered the power of naming in AoE, she named her favorite new person after her first shared pet.
- As a child, Tsuki wanted to be an Olympic Swimmer, because of her illness she had to give up on the idea, but she's always really enjoyed mermaids, and thus chose them as her species in the game.
