Satoru carried on with all the remaining information he cared to remember. Yugi watched on silently, finding it much easier to use those eyes after leveling and getting some rest time. It probably helped that there weren't too many fast-moving things to keep track of as well, though there was something to focus on. By the time she burst into maniacal laughter, Yugi was watching traces of Makima's mana leave her body entirely. "I could clean that up," he said calmly. "That's one thing you could do with me at least. Your route was still at 25% last I checked."

Satoru busied himself by gesturing openly to both teens, as if he were presenting two objects of his own creation with pride. Of course, he was just having a bit of fun. One person who wasn't having fun, however, was Kaito. Every time Makima called his name, the redhead's heart sank. He would have preferred being called on to kill someone as opposed to what she was now demanding of him. Apparently, he was to stand in place... while Miko used Black Flash on him. He knew that technique; he'd seen it used by some of the more physically ridiculous S-ranks, and some exceptional A-ranks. Why did he have to be an example? Wasn't it enough that Satoru reported them knowing the technique? Worse still, was that brunette actually going to strike him with something so destructive? "... Hai," he said. Kaito knew there was no point in arguing. So, of course... he pushed up from the desk, slid around it, and stood out in the open. Surely it wasn't too much of a problem, right? They had only just learned about the technique; even Gojo Satoru wasn't skilled enough to use it consistently with the kinds of restrictions it had. Maybe Makima was actually doing something nice, proving the point that they couldn't just rely on a technique like that?
