If Makima wanted every possible tidbit of information about these two, she wouldn't be left wanting. It was all too easy to find out more about their abilities, limitations and all. He didn't even have to ask for the specifics to learn that Miko had only three uses of Mana Reversal per day... and that their Skills could indeed be enhanced with uses. "Sou ka. Everyone else is living in the apocalypse, and you to get to play an endless RPG. And I thought I had it made," he commented, keeping his attention on Miko without taking Yugi from his periphery. All that dodging about seemed almost practiced, yet still with a bit of sloppiness common in the untrained.

Speaking of Yugi's lacking refinement, he was just narrowly dodging a pincer attack from two hounds when Miko called out to him. The veil she coated him in earlier was down one of its two defenses as he slipped the first leaping beast, only to be tackled by the other. Still, he knew he was protected. As such, Miko's request for him to kill three had Yugi grabbing the beast's body with one arm, wrestling it to the ground. "Three?!" he asked as if aghast. No matter. Yugi could see the creature's heart beating through its chest. It was all too easy to take one he'd already wrestled to the ground, charge lightning around a pointed hand, and drive it in to end one life. Its earlier pincer partner was circling by then, aiming its fangs Yugi's way once more. "Heh~" the lad chuckled. One leap into the air had him flipping upside-down. He'd clear the charge of that second hound, but not just. No, Yugi also summoned his sword, using it to cleave through his would-be second kill using the monster's own momentum. "Baaaka!" he taunted. Another was attacking alone. Good. Yugi was having no problems whatsoever with single attacks from unintelligent creatures. One that tried to leap and take advantage of him being airborne would fail to rend him with its claws. Yugi saw that strike coming a mile away, parrying strong claws in such a way as to spin himself around the leaping beast. He snatched at the metal collar fused to this one's neck, mounting it on its way back to the ground. By the time it landed, Yugi's blade was just under that metal ring and through its jugular on the other side. The third beast could land on its feet, but it wouldn't remain standing. "Three down. Shaft and balls!" Yugi demanded during his preparation to deal with the next onslaught. In the meantime, Satoru was picturing Miko in a police uniform ─ though not one of the standard variety. "You should do it again. I've still got my uniform from my academy days. We could be good cop, bad cop~" he joked.

Miko was a person who didn't withhold information without reason to do so. She figured if someone got the information they needed, they'd have less time to spend thinking about how to press and poke at things and would have less reason to stress test their own dumb ideas. She'd remain vigilant only sharing minor relevant things for the most part, things that might help Gojo help them, if that became his decision for more personal reasons. "Yeah, been hearing that kind of thing all day... weird rules for everyone. Box it," she was also still thinking about the difference between their lives and those of the normal 'Hunters'. Meanwhile, beyond her random information dumping, she'd asked Yugi for three dead creatures for her work. She heard him moving, knew when her barrier made contact with creatures and how many he had left to work with.

She then turned to watch as he put on a pretty good show. This movements weren't completely clean but he managed to show off quite a bit. She could say he was moving well and not showing too much damage for the amount of pain he'd been in. His teasing words and taunts were hilarious and Miko couldn't help but chuckle, "Tehehe♪~ Sure thing, but you aren't going to survive if you keep making demands~" Miko flirted. Well, breakfast was several meals were up, she'd do what she liked with her three she needed she turned to Gojo and smirked. As for the notions touted by Gojo Miko could only smile. "Sounds great to me♪~ Still I wonder which one I will be?♪~" she seemed almost curious about that. "Oh but the thing, Craft♪~" Miko said and that sword she had glowed, it vibrated and it... split. A second copy of that exact sword appeared in her other hand and she grinned. "Oooowah♪~" a little chirp and they vibrated in her hands, she could feel them in her flesh and she seemed amused. Her plan in life was making a bunch of these swords and controlling them with her voice. She was going to multicast spells and do all kinds of awesome things. Speaking of, she decided to finally test the conductivity of her weapons, by... using it as the catalyst it actually was, "Lumen Veil♪~" a chant so smooth and mellow, made that crystal sword glow a gentle gold and then the other did the same, and when she pointed to Yugi he'd find his refreshed and then found her off-hand sword still holding a glow. "Sou ka, Wanna dance through the rest of this with me Daddy?♪~" she mused seemingly pleased with the information and offering a proper partnered movement as they adjusted to fighting in a real Dungeon.

The idea that he wouldn't survive with continued demands was laughable to Yugi. As if he'd let himself fall victim in such a way when there were still other deviant things to do! He'd keep making lightwork of the hounds, working to keep himself from too many joint attacks while letting those new eyes adjust. "The fun part is you thinking you'll survive. You're still paying for that Resonance drop," he said. A plan had been established, practiced, and would undoubtedly be enacted when Yugi got a chance. First though, he'd keep using the Sharingan he'd evolved until it was adjusted.

While Yugi continued his tests, Satoru watched the brunette reveal the purpose of her Essence Stones. Of course, she first wondered whether she'd be good cop or bad cop in the game Satoru joked about. "Depends," was all he said. With that, Miko showed that sword of hers being split into two. He could see mana being pumped into it, doubling in quantity overall before a strange vibration caused it to mirror. She even exemplified its use as a catalyst by copying a spell through both. "Hmm. Those are freaky," Satoru observed. Regardless, Miko had an offer for Yugi after recasting the veil placed on him. A dance through what remained of the Dungeon was quite the idea. They hadn't been able to take a proper cooperative approach to something since that Riverglass Phantom, so... Yugi landed from a leap off another hound, extending his free hand toward one of Miko's swords. "Is that even a question? There's only two dances I give a fuck about~" he announced. "These monster names are white now. They're in easy grind territory!" he added afterwards. That was yet another thing for Satoru to take note of.

According to Yugi, Miko would still be paying for the Resonance drop, and so it was funny that she thought she'd be surviving. "I don't know... survivability is one of my best skills currently♪~ But I'm not one to avoid punishment either♪~" Miko claimed while shrugging. No matter what that loss of initial Resonance was technically her fault even if she was drunk and distracted. As for Gojo and his joking good cop bad cop date, apparently there was some wiggle room. "Sou ka, sounds fun♪~" Miko decided. She truly didn't mind being good or being bad, so long as she was getting the sort of attention she'd recently discovered she liked.

Beyond that point, according to Gojo, Miko's swords were freaky. "That doesn't sound bad, gonna take it as a compliment♪~" Miko squealed. She'd shown him how they worked simply because she felt it was the best course of action for her. She lived naturally like that. Still, the happy flirting continued and with both of her weapons created she was ready to rejoin the fray. She and Yugi had spent a long while not able to truly fight together. And they'd also not spent as much time together as she would have liked. That flip into a hand extended towards one of Miko's swords made her smile. As she sent the one still shimmering golden to him, for the sake of making sure he had the extra barriers on him. "You can have that one, my evasion has been buffed for the next 24 hours~" she mentioned. "And if they're at level now, we really can dance♪~" Miko chirped happily. Miko skipped out ahead, a chirping note low escaping her lips and causing that sword of hers to echo a wave of dense mana at the nearest hound, sending it flying as she slipped into the fray certain that she and Yugi could dance together for a while yet. That same echo would come out of his version of sword vibrating and as it would hold on to it, until the swing for its next release.

And so began the dance of Players, all starting with Yugi being granted a second sword for that outstretched hand. Once they shared the same space, the remaining C-rank hounds throughout the Dungeon were doomed. Swords slashed, stabbed, vibrated and electrocuted, spells flew and sounds concussed as they tore their way through. Satoru calmly walked along behind a pair of energetic teens, keeping track of their movements and watching teamwork grow between them. They'd gone from level 25 to 26 with Satoru's initial kill. Miko's similar technique sometime after had raised them to 27. They even gained another 15% Resonance, landing them squarely at 75% with a System notice Yugi didn't have time to read. Soon enough, they were level 28 and descending into a lower floor: the boss's domain.

Yugi found himself wading through waist-deep water. Though things were probably worse for Miko, there was no issue for Satoru, who merely walked atop the water's surface without a care in the world. "Must be nice to be on that end of the Naruto hax. I can't use my shit here," Yugi said, though there was another problem. His extreme clarity was no more. As he looked ahead now, the effects of darkness were even stronger than normal, and his vision was generally blurred. "Oh and... I think I'm going blind," he said with undue nonchalance. Well, he could at least mostly see what was ahead of them. The boss of this Dungeon registered in the system as Ironmaw Alpha—a hulking, malformed hybrid that towered twice the height of a man, built like a dire wolf crossed with a panther and armored in jagged, rusted metal plates that were fused to its flesh. Its body was lean yet massively muscled, with a maw that split wider than it should have, lined with teeth like broken rebar and dripping black saliva that hissed on contact with the flooded floor. Spikes of iron protruded from its spine and shoulders, and its tail was a thick, segmented chain ending in a barbed club that whipped through the water with enough force to dent steel. Its name appeared orange, making it quite the formidable foe for a single Player.

For her part in their exchange, Miko was having a good time. She and Yugi together were quite the duo and both of them moved so freely and shared abilities together so well. She was able to dodge around them use her spells through her sword freely and even have him use the echoes of them through the sword copy he had. His own coated in lightning a dance truly unfolded and its only witnesses were Gojo Satoru and a bunch of dead mutant hounds. She'd gotten the alerts of level ups, as words spoken directly into her rather sensitive ears. Perhaps one day, she'd find herself sending playful flirts to their overseer but for now, they'd be having a good time together. All the way until the reached the lower area.

That flooded basement was an annoyance for Yugi, but for Miko, she had stagnant water up to her chest and a frown on her face. "I wonder if we could learn water walking? It should be possible, every one in Naruto can do it, even the kids. I feel like I should I understand mana flow well enough and tension mechanics. And I for one wouldn't want to do this again if I was still flat-chested, my head is barely over water," Miko said frowning lightly. There was more to Yugi's statement though he thought he was going blind. "Oh right, probably over used them..." Miko said matching his calm for a moment. "Wait what the fuck. Close your fucking eyes then! Don't say that shit so calmly..." she added looking over at him rather quickly but hearing the sounds of that other creature and noting it was going to be quite the problem even if she managed to be able to take it alone. "That's not sounding or looking very good," Miko mumbled quietly, still there had to be a better way to handle this whole thing.

  7. #1057
As they treaded through deep water, Miko mentioned the ability to walk on its surface, as Satoru happened to be doing at the time. "The kids in Naruto are also trained soldiers in a world that's basically always had magic stuff. At least two of them are also probably aliens," Yugi replied. He was once again considering Satoru's power. It couldn't be simple space manipulation, but he did liken it to something in the series Air Gear. "Surface?" he wondered aloud without much thought. "Whatever. This is gonna..." By the time he thought to move on to other topics, Yugi stopped speaking. Why? Well, he'd looked over to Miko. Blurry vision or not, he couldn't keep himself from staring at her breasts floating atop the water, wedding dress soaked through. Even as she chided him about the Sharingan overuse, he was still watching them rise and fall over the moving water. "How the fuck am I supposed to close my eyes with those in front of me?!" he griped.

The boss was ahead, and one of two players was virtually useless against it. Satoru kept moving forward, stepping over the pair's heads without his weight ever being felt, or even a hair set out of place. "You two have had enough fun, right? I've been thinking about something watching you two. You especially," he said, turning around to face Yugi most directly. He squatted as the boss's tail swung, sweeping harmlessly over his head even though it had been aimed much lower. "That's actual Sharingan, huh? In that case, I've got a first lesson for you two! You'll have to keep up as best you can," he said. Those final words were for Miko, who seemed to have her own ability to learn the technique Satoru had in mind ─ though he couldn't imagine it comparing to an eye called the copy wheel. Satoru remained ahead of both teens, slowly lifting his blindfold with a single finger. Those deep blue eyes shone like a lake of pure moonlight, exposed at last. The blindfold, he'd be handing off to Yugi. "Don't put that on yet. Use those eyes for one more thing. Watching you two, I don't think the normal class system applies. Neither of you is very good with your hands though. I'll fix that. Remember Fon?"

Yugi had some points to make about the difference between Naruto and their current life situation. And while he was right, Miko saw it as a spirit of the thing, sort of issue. "I mean sure, but... and hear me out on this, we've already got the magic shit and we still aren't sure this isn't aliens so we might as well put forth our best efforts as the first generation to learn cool techniques that are technically able to trickle down," Miko stated. She thought that learning and sharing informatio was among the best things they could do as a group, though obviously this couldn't help anyone until they were fully ready. The mention of 'Surface' had Miko's attention as Air Gear was one of her favored series, but she'd already ruled that one out, "Iia, he wasn't even touching us when he last picked us up. There's literally no contact point, I haven't figured it out yet though," Miko confirmed. Perhaps they could work it out by process of elimination? As for how he was supposed to look away from that soaked pair of bobbing breasts, Miko shrugged, making them giggle a bit more, "With the full restraint of a priest I assume," she asserted. That being said she was still quite pleased with her body's development, not that she'd be saying anything about it.

Soon enough with a boss looming in the background and one of the pair technically not properly ready to take on the battle, there was Gojo, moving forward to take up a place in front. Had they had enough fun, well, Miko would call being soaked down to the core a bit less fun than she'd like but she wasn't at all upset about the progress she'd made today. Beyond that Miko was also clever enough to want to take any advice she could put to use, given her own shortcomings as an individual. "Hai, I'll do my best," Miko said to the bit about her following along. Of course as he crouched over Yugi and that massive whip went over head, she saw the man pulling away his blindfold. Miko looked into a pair of the deepest blue eyes she'd ever seen and her heart stopped. Not in a negative way though, she was sure she felt a tingle starting somewhere in her loins and ending in a burning sensation around her ears. She'd all but forgotten that increase in Intimacy, but it was definitely coming as nothing resembling a flinch would come from the girl. "That's hot♪~" Miko chirped immediately. Oh well, sex being on her brain kept her from falling into normal human logic like fear. Gojo then made his observations even sprinkling in some references both of the teens would get based on their own discussions. "Yes, I remember all hot sensei," Miko said with a firm nod of her head. At the same time she figured she'd be learning something more aggressive than her Judo and Akidou, but that was fine, being able to fight without a weapon would only make her better.

The discussion of using magic to walk on water wasn't going to make much of a dent in Yugi's opinion right away. The way things seemed to work here, he figured it would be much more complex than how things worked in the series they discussed. As for ruling out aliens, or rather them not being sure there weren't aliens playing about in this world, Yugi had an opinion to share. "There are only two possibilities. No... three. It's either aliens, primordial entities that inhabited the Earth at the dawn of time, or... freaky future things," he deduced. "Or some combination of that set. I guess ancient aliens is also viable," he added after a moment of thought ─ one unable to carry maximum consistency due to Yugi's... preoccupation staring at Miko's chest. Apparently he could resist using the full restraint of a priest. That, too, was laughable. "I could be a priest. I'd be a specific sort though... like, you'd have to confess your sins and ask forgiveness through the gloryhole confession booth."

Soon after that exchange took place, Satoru was finally revealing his own set of mystical eyes. His focus was on Yugi, another unusual eye that should have been fine... but interestingly enough, Miko wasn't put off by the might of Satoru's gaze. No, she was actually entranced, calling out 'that's hot' after witnessing. Satoru shifted his gaze in the girl's direction curiously, and his Intimacy rating began pushing the limit of 50%, sticking at a soft 49. "That's new," he commented. "Anyway, work those eyes even harder and watch what I'm about to show you. It's called Black Flash. When you hit something, you apply mana within a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a second of contact, and..." Satoru didn't bother finishing that explanation. As it happened, the boss of this Dungeon was already aiming another assault his way. Claws were halted in place long before reaching Satoru's back, and then... he turned to face the creature. One step, two steps, three steps had his very aura forcing the beast back against a wall. Yugi watched through burning eyes as Satoru shrank his radius, eventually dispelling whatever power he utilized entirely. So casually did he punch the beast in its abdomen, yet so explosively did a massive surge of cackling black mana, warping space around the point of impact. Yugi's eyes began bleeding as he watched and processed incoming information, but... something interesting happened while he forced himself to stay focused.

Miko and Yugi were discussing the oddities of their current living situation as compared to that of the fictional worlds they both lived vicariously through. The thought of aliens wasn't one Miko separated from and it seemed that Miko wasn't the only one entertaining the alien theory. She heard out what Yugi had to say about it and also liked the third option. "Ancient Aliens, is a good one..." Miko confirmed their mental alignment. Beyond that there was an issue which would be worked on, a perverted priest who would take confessions and grant forgiveness through a gloryhole. "Sounds like my kind of confession... remind me to be a nun at some point," Miko said knowing full well such a thing would end up in a box if it ever became desire to act out.

Ah but while it seemed Miko's horniness wasn't going anywhere, it didn't seem to need to. She met the eyes of Gojo, indirectly initially and claimed it was hot. Oddly enough Gojo claimed something was new about that statement. He had some of the best looking eyes she'd ever seen, in fact she could feel her desire to look into pools like that with his dick shoved down her throat again. "Shame," she said shaming the rest of the people who looked and ever flinched away. She could get lost in eyes like that. Ah but she couldn't afford to be completely distracted, she was supposed to be learning a new technique. She wanted to close her eyes and listen but she was far too enthused to do so, as such she committed herself fully to watching and hearing the sound. And while she gave her all to watching and figuring out that the man had downed the creature in a single punch. Actually, she witnessed one of the most badass moments she'd ever seen and it further cemented her desire for the man. "Chii♪~" the little noise escaped her but the pop up which began reading to her drew her attention.

"Tehehehahaha♪~" that giggle became laughter. "No way!" she exclaimed soon afterwards. She now had full access to that skill. She'd heard their increased Resonance words, but this exact outcome was something ridiculous. Surely whenever that came up for Yugi to learn it was going to be crazy. Miko had learned something just because Yugi had, which was crazy, aside from the ominousness of the flavor text she was purely excited.
